Well this is a brand new Rav 4 car with only 10,000 miles on it, so go BS someone else. Try to get a new tire out of me. I had the same thing happen to me at Firestone and let them sell me a new tire on my Honda Accord with only 20,000 miles on that tire. So I knew better. I was on the rim and out the door with Triple A Tire even though they were busy, I was out in 20 minutes. I will always give them my business!
