If I could give this review more starts I would give it a 10. This place is amazing! As soon as I walked in, the place smelled clean and fresh. Everything was very clean and organized, (coffee was fresh and amazing). I was also greeted by two kind receptionists (Jessica and Bernie).. When I first heard that I needed to get and MRI I was frightened, terrified, but these two knew exactly how to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable They knew exactly how to answer all my questions and worries. They are both lovely people to talk to make you feel like family. The technician (Chris) was amazing, he knew how to keep me calm, gave me breaks when I needed, and was very under standing and extremely patient. He was making sure I was ok and was talking to me through the microphone the whole time (which kept me calm) which was wonderful. I was amazed and delighted. I have been to other places and you can tell they only care about the money, but this place was beyond amazing and you can tell right away that there main priority is the patient! This place is awesome! From the scheduler Yasinia to the front desk with Jessica and Bern they made this experience calming. I'm very claustrophobic and was very nerves about the mri due to a previous Mri that said it was open but did not feel that way. The office in Riverside is wonderful called for an appointment that was given as soon as the next day. My appointment was at 730 am arrived at 715 was finished by 750am. Jessica explained and helpped me with the paperwork while Bern explained the procedure. Once in the Mri room 3 smiling professional's were very calming. I was very worried I wasn't going to be able to complete a MRI because of my lower back. I was pleased to see I was able to sit down comfortably and watch tv. I wouldn't have known I was getting a Mri if it wasn't for me hearing the camera. The next thing I know I was drifting off to sleep when I heard a soft voice saying I was done. Starting with the office personnel, they are absolutely amazing, very friendly, which creates a fantastic patient experience before and after your diagnostic exam, not to mention excellent music playing which is so good for the soul. The diagnostic technicians were very professional, asking all the right questions and listening attentively to my concerns and questions. As for the diagnostic test the techs were very concerned for my well-being all throughout my testing creating an awesome experience as far as being patient showing caring concerns throughout. I was here about two weeks ago and I had an appointment. I have had other health issues which cause me to have trouble sitting down and staying still. The tech,Kate,was amazing she was very patient and was working with me. She has a lot of patience and was able to get my mri done. The office staff were all very kind and the office itself was very clean and has a fresh scent as soon as you walk in. Friendly, professional from setting the appointment, following up to the time I arrived. Then care from front office, prep for services, once I went to have my procedure done. Excellent service from start to finish. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The techs were exceptionally helpful and made the whole experience seem like a breeze. Good experience, there was fast, professional and the machine is not the most comfortable, but if you are claustrophobic defenly this is the machine you need, you will be sit down and whaching a movie, is a little noisy but nothing like the other types of MRI's machines, and I'm been done in about a hour and this is doing paperwork and the scan. read more

The facility is clean and relaxing while you wait, the staff is super professional and personable but, the chairs in the waiting rooms are terrible. On chair I felt like I was going to sink through it when I sat down....please buy new chairs for your elderly guests with back problems. Would give 5 stars except for the seating. read more

This facility was so pleasant. Not only did it smell clean, look clean and feel safe, the staff were amazingly sweet and caring. Been to over 10 MRI companies this is the best by far . Very comforting for my panic attacks being claustrophobic the employees are awesome handling my painful circumstances and needs. This was the first time I've been to this facility. Staff was very friendly and courteous even though I was running late. I have never been in a sitting MRI, it was definitely different. I do like the fact that I got a CD of the MRI session and I didn't have to ask for a copy for my own records. read more
