The tech said was double booked and was not notified by the scheduling department. They only have one MRI and one CT. No place to sit and no AC. At no point during check-in did the receptionist notify me or any other patients that they were running late. He was running over an hour and 45 minutes behind. This place and their scheduling department have ZERO respect for others and their time. I will definitely not be coming back to this location and will spread the word. This Imaging Center has been the #1 Best I've ever been to for service, kindness and understanding…read more Our first introduction into the Center was with Precious at the Front Desk. Such a brilliant and professional person that one could tell really loves working with the Center and with the Patients that come in. She was very patient with me and helped me through the process of checking in. Next, I was greeted by Brandon in X-ray to have an MRI. He put me at ease and gave me information that helped me relax and get through the process. It was the best MRI I've ever had and the first time I felt comfortable and not afraid. Because of these two professionals my husband and I will continue to return here. The location is excellent, new building, easy to park, and most importantly the staff at RadNet Imaging Center were #1 in kindness, professionalism, knowledge and so much more! He immediately tried to turn her away without even asking why she had returned or reviewing the reason for the visit. When we checked in, we specifically told the woman at the front desk that my mom was having new pain, and she said she would make note of it. I then had to stop the employee and explain again that this was not a routine yearly mammogram -- it was for new symptoms and concerns ordered by her provider. What made the experience even more upsetting was the employee's attitude throughout the interaction. He appeared to be smirking and laughing while we were trying to explain that my mom was in pain and had been sent there by her provider. It felt dismissive, unprofessional, and lacking compassion. After already handing her a card and telling her she was not due yet, he then tried to say he wasn't turning her away. The lack of communication, attentiveness, professionalism, and empathy was extremely disappointing, especially when dealing with someone worried about their health.

UMD has radiology facilities in Temecula and Murrieta. I had a MRI and X-ray done at their Temecula location. It was for an appointment with an orthopedic doctor I was seeing there. Staff was friendly, helpful, organized, no hassles--what a breath of fresh air compared to Radnet! They have recently opened up for outside referrals. So, I scheduled an appointment with them for an annual preventative CT scan at this location in Murrieta. This location has been opened since November. It's brand spanking new with a state of the art CT machine. They are working to build up a clientele. Please check them out!

I must say I was very pleasantly surprised! Check in was very welcoming and friendly. I had completed all my forms prior to this visit on their very convenient online portal and all they needed were a couple of signatures. I was instructed to come in earlier than my noon appointment, which I did at 11:40 am. I didn't wait long when I was called back right at noon! The sweet technician, Heidi, brought me back, she did the scans and it was over in a jiffy. It's puzzling but those bad reviews must have been on off days. I was treated with nothing but respect and received outstanding customer service. I would not hesitate to return here. Many thanks to the wonderful staff!

What made the situation worse was that they eventually refused to see him at all, accusing him of being "hostile," which was completely untrue. He was simply asking to be seen in a reasonable timeframe like everyone else. It felt like they were looking for an excuse to turn him away rather than provide care. The way he was treated felt unfair and, honestly, discriminatory. No patient should be made to feel disrespected or singled out like that. Healthcare offices should treat all patients with dignity, respect, and fairness. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I would not recommend this office.
