The tech said was double booked and was not notified by the scheduling department. They only have one MRI and one CT. No place to sit and no AC. At no point during check-in did the receptionist notify me or any other patients that they were running late. He was running over an hour and 45 minutes behind. This place and their scheduling department have ZERO respect for others and their time. I will definitely not be coming back to this location and will spread the word. But, this location is the worst by far! They insisted I arrive an hour and 10 minutes before my CT Scan. Then they made me wait an hour and 10 minutes before even calling me to the counter. Then I waited another hour before having my CT Scan one hour after my appointment time and 2 hours and ten minutes after I was required to arrive. The scan itself took 30 seconds. The rest of the time? No explanation!

UMD has radiology facilities in Temecula and Murrieta. I had a MRI and X-ray done at their Temecula location. It was for an appointment with an orthopedic doctor I was seeing there. Staff was friendly, helpful, organized, no hassles--what a breath of fresh air compared to Radnet! They have recently opened up for outside referrals. So, I scheduled an appointment with them for an annual preventative CT scan at this location in Murrieta. This location has been opened since November. It's brand spanking new with a state of the art CT machine. They are working to build up a clientele. Please check them out!

I had an appointment on 8/24, 4:45pm. The front receptionist was rude, impersonable, and lacked professionalism. She never once looked at me or smiled, had RBF the entire interaction with me. I witnessed her treat the lady who came after me the same way. I held my tongue for fear of retaliation (delaying my appointment and making me wait longer) and waited until my name was called. Once I was in the room, I told the tech how poorly I was treated and she apologized (but defended her) and suggested maybe she was having a bad day (as if having a bad day is a good excuse to be unprofessional and rude). The tech reassured me she would bring it to the office manager's attention. I also took their online survey at the end of my appointment and requested someone call me, but to date no one has called, apologized or offered an explanation, therefore, I felt compelled to write this review. Healthcare is a business, and success comes with providing an excellent customer service experience. In the end, I do have choices and I can take my business elsewhere. I tried to call to follow up and they ignored my calls despite leaving multiple messages. I know they screen their calls because when I called from my friend's phone they answered. That was when she told me they don't do ultrasounds at their office. The lack of communication resulted in a delay of scheduling and they have horrible customer service. I just wished they would have told me when I first called they don't do ultrasounds.

The girl gets me checked in and takes my copay, then tells me that it's going to be at least an hour after my appt. time. Mind you they have you get there early. ie 4:50 appt. 5:15. So now I have to sit and wait till 6:15 to get called in. If you need to use the bathroom you have to turn in your ID but if someone else has it you have to wait and the bathrooms were disgusting. Now it's been 7 day's and my Dr. still doesn't have the reports from them. Kind of ridiculous. 2nd Review- I have to take my dad to Urgent Care and they tell him to go get a x-ray at Radnet. We look it up and it says they're open till 4. It's like 9:30 am. We drive all the way over there and there is no one there. So we go Monday, at 4 pm. Girl calls us up asks for our paperwork, then says we've reached our limit for x-rays today. Really! First off you see were standing in the x-ray line and wait to tell us after we give the paperwork and why don't they tell you they have a limit? Another wasted trip and time going to this joke of a place!

She said she was doing appointments in that moment because she was alone. I understood. She's alone and all appointments were booked and there were walk ins. I stood by the door waiting. I could hear laughter after every patient. Some took 5min some 10min. Frustrating. I kept getting skipped. There were 2 walk ins ahead of me on the screen however they weren't there. So I was next for a long time. The other girl finally arrives. She calls someone after about 10min of arriving. By the way the other one wasn't calling anyone anymore. It's been over 3 hours so when she comes out to call on appointments (by the way the people in waiting area haven't been there long) I told her that I'm a walk in and I've been waiting over 3 hours. She replies with yeah we're backed up I just got here but you can go online and schedule an appointment for tomorrow. With a smirk on her face. I said wow! And left. I can't believe she said that after I told her I've been there over 3hours. Unbelievable, I've never experienced this type of bad customer service at labcorp. She should have asked me for my name and said let me get these x amount of patients and you're next. But nope, her solution was to go back the following day. By the way I've never seen these 2. The others were always kind and tried to give the best customer service. You guys need to replace these 2. They have no business working there.
