I had the worst experience at this location. Without getting into a drawn out detailed account of…read moremy experience, I will provide some details to quickly sum it up. I had an appointment on 8/24, 4:45pm. The front receptionist was rude, impersonable, and lacked professionalism. She never once looked at me or smiled, had RBF the entire interaction with me. I witnessed her treat the lady who came after me the same way. I held my tongue for fear of retaliation (delaying my appointment and making me wait longer) and waited until my name was called. Once I was in the room, I told the tech how poorly I was treated and she apologized (but defended her) and suggested maybe she was having a bad day (as if having a bad day is a good excuse to be unprofessional and rude). The tech reassured me she would bring it to the office manager's attention. I also took their online survey at the end of my appointment and requested someone call me, but to date no one has called, apologized or offered an explanation, therefore, I felt compelled to write this review. Healthcare is a business, and success comes with providing an excellent customer service experience. In the end, I do have choices and I can take my business elsewhere. I am choosing to take it anywhere but this place. I will not be returning here. The one star is mandatory in order to write this review and it is also for the tech who was nice.

That was when she told me they don't do ultrasounds at their office. The lack of communication resulted in a delay of scheduling and they have horrible customer service. I just wished they would have told me when I first called they don't do ultrasounds.

The girl gets me checked in and takes my copay, then tells me that it's going to be at least an hour after my appt. time. Mind you they have you get there early. ie 4:50 appt. 5:15. So now I have to sit and wait till 6:15 to get called in. If you need to use the bathroom you have to turn in your ID but if someone else has it you have to wait and the bathrooms were disgusting. Now it's been 7 day's and my Dr. still doesn't have the reports from them. Kind of ridiculous. 2nd Review- I have to take my dad to Urgent Care and they tell him to go get a x-ray at Radnet. We look it up and it says they're open till 4. It's like 9:30 am. We drive all the way over there and there is no one there. So we go Monday, at 4 pm. Girl calls us up asks for our paperwork, then says we've reached our limit for x-rays today. Really! First off you see were standing in the x-ray line and wait to tell us after we give the paperwork and why don't they tell you they have a limit? Another wasted trip and time going to this joke of a place!

I had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience trying to schedule an ultrasound. I spoke with Ralfjohn Dario, who assured me from the beginning that the Redlands location did offer it. Based on that assurance, I spent over 40 minutes on the phone, sent in my doctor's order, and sat through repeated holds while he supposedly worked on scheduling the appointment. After all of that, he finally told me I would actually have to go to La Jolla for the test. This was a complete waste of my time and could have been avoided if accurate information had been provided at the start. Patients should not have to spend nearly an hour on the phone, submit medical orders, and be repeatedly placed on hold only to be told the opposite of what they were assured at the beginning of the call. This experience showed a serious lack of competence, communication, and respect for patients' time. I would not recommend relying on this office for accurate scheduling information.

It felt like a lifetime waiting especially since we hadn't had anything to eat from morning. We finally got a room at 2am in the ER building. It was clean and refreshing. We were mentally and physically drained. The next day we were transfered to the main hospital. Wow. 180 degree turn from the ER environment. The main hospital staff were AMAZING. I've heard so many horror stories about county hospital. On the contrary the staff were very caring and thoughtful. My mom had an ileostomy ( part of her small intestine routed through her stomach into a " poop bag"). From the surgeon to the cleaning staff, they were fabulous. I would recommend this hospital 100%. This is why I was adamant about writing this note for whomever has heard other info. I don't question other people's experiences but I'm very grateful for the time we spent there and it was an amazing experience.
