I am extremely grateful for the nurses who helped me during my MRI, Annie and Brandon. I was very nervous and claustrophobic, and the MRI tunnel felt very small. Annie stayed with me the entire time, kept talking to me, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. Her calm presence truly made all the difference. Brandon was the nurse who checked me in and also helped me, and he was just as kind, reassuring, and supportive. Because of their compassion and patience, I was able to get through the MRI. Did all my pre-registration and work up a week before my scheduled 3T MRI for prostate AND WAS scheduled for Monday, August 5 everything was good. The Friday before I start getting phone calls at almost 4 o'clock asking for PSA report and report from the doctor. This should've all been sent over in the doctor's orders and referral. Needless to say it's a little late to start trying to get those kind of documents at 4 o'clock on a Friday when Kaiser Records closes at five.. these records were not even needed for M 3T MRI of the prostate. Long story short I was prepared for Monday they canceled my MRI.. back to square zero Immediately went to Providence in partnership with Zolut Shin imaging center Tuesday and received my 3T MRI OF THE PROSTATE IN IRVINE WITH ZERO DRAMA AND RECORDS NEEDS AT THE LAST MOMENT. I don't know who dropped the ball on my referral MRI APPT but everything was completed and good to go, that was horrible customer service to drop a patient right before his scheduled MRI I gave you the PSA levels from Kaiser the report from the doctor was not needed. It went smooth at Providence without any of that unneeded BS requested paperwork I definitely would like a supervisor or one of the Doctors/owners to review this procedure and find out who dropped the ball that had my information for over a week and then canceling my appointment at the 24th hour because you realize they are missing paperwork that wasn't really needed PSA levels sent over etc read more

I just had a lumbar spine MRI here, and everything went smoothly. I was led into the dressing area very soon after my appointed arrival time, and helped with how to don the gown where, despite trying to imitate instructional pictures on the wall, simply could not figure out by myself how to get both arms through arm holes and tie all fabric parts together. All attendants and staff members were very friendly and courteous, and their instructions were clear. Although disinfecting surfaces is reportedly carried out by staff between patients, since my face was just two inches below the roof of the chamber at all times while the MRI took place, I was glad I chose to wear a metal-free mask during the entire imaging session. The procedure took about 20 minutes but felt like 50 at the time. Yet, with cool air constantly flowing around my head, and placed in a comfortable position lying on my back with legs supported by a pillow, other than the loud noised muffled somewhat by required ear plugs, the experience was actually relaxing. I received CDs of the completed images within 10 minutes after I left the imaging room. It was my best MRI session to date! read more

My daughter has had ongoing bone issues and we have been through many MRIs. Redlands Advanced Imaging is by far the best establishment we've been to, the staff is incredibly friendly and they make you feel comfortable. I had a MUCH different experience than others who left reviews here. This place is not patient friendly at all. Getting through to an actual person on the phone was my first challenge, getting someone to actually answer questions and help was my second challenge. I was finally able to make an appointment, whew. Then, after I contacted them, I got emails from Redlands Advanced Imaging, RadNet, Riverside Advanced Imaging, and Beverly Radiology South. I received an email from RadNet that said my appointment was confirmed and another email for Beverly Imaging South 2 hours later that said my appointment was pending approval. Which is it? In addition, I received text messages form 909-259-5584 that tell me to schedule, then another from 909-340-3275 that said I already have an appointment, and yet another from 747-225-8642 that says my appointment is "pending review." Try calling the phone number to clear some of this up and you will feel like you are talking to someone from one of the walking dead shows. That was my experience with 4 different people on three different days. All the same. So, I tried talking to the song man at the reception desk in Redlands to ask if he could help clear up my appointment confusion. He said, "I'm working on a problem here and I will help you when I can." Okay, more of the same lousy service! 5 star rating to AJ THE MRI TECH who was amazing made me feel at ease and got me through my 2nd mri as i was terrified of the machine and the whole health issues. she is 2000% in her purpose and it shows her bed side manners are amazing cant express it enough thank you aj. i give a one star rating to the facility itself not only was the receptionist rude and quick when i called to find out why my results to my mri are still not posted and i got my mri june 30th. the fact that they posted when it would be ready and it was not ready at that date or time is incompetent and inconsistent. this is not something minor im scared for my life my anxiety and depression is so severe i cant do anything. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT PLAYING WITH PEOPLES LIFES AND RESULTS ESPECIALLY WHEN WE ARE ALREADY SCARED OF THE RESULTS. read more

WOW! SCHEDULING.......had to say and spell my name 3 times. Had to repeat my birthdate 3 times had to repeat my insurance card numbers twice....then, when I tried to help by saying "V" as in Victor.....she still couldn't get it and finally she repeated what I told her......"B" as in BOB ! ....really???? Then, I received an appointment time confirmation via voicemail AND text for a different time than what I had scheduled soooooo I called to confirm and the text and voicemail were INCORRECT!!! When I arrived for the mri, they thought it was for my OPPOSITE ANKLE! Then their computer was down and they couldn't give me a cd for my doctor and said to come in in the morning and it would be ready.....soooo, I called in the morning to see if it was at the desk for me (as agreed).....after waiting FOREVER, all I was told was that the computer was now up BUT NOTHING about my cd "as they were busy with customers" In the end, I have to question whether the test AND the interpretation are accurate (for a variety of reasons) STAY WAY UNLESS YOU THRIVE ON DRAMA AND ENDLESS MISTAKES!!! read more

I don't blame the actual facility for the 1 star because I never actually made it to the facility. I blame the scheduling company they are associated with (RadNet I believe). First time I called as a new patient to inquire about the cost estimate of an MRI procedure, scheduling transferred me to billing. Then billing told me that they only handle business after the procedure and everything beforehand is handled by scheduling. Second time I called scheduling they told me I couldn't schedule the appointment without my doctor faxing in the MRI order. I had a physical copy and I asked if I could email it in or physically drop it off and they said no, that it had to be faxed from the doctor. They also told me they couldn't tell me what my insurance allowance was based on their contract with them. Last time I called, they let me schedule the appointment (apparently the doctor does not have to fax in the order). However, they said I had to go to a specific location because the one closer to me does not have a 3.0T scanner. That appointment was a month out. And the copay quote they gave me was $450 for an MRI of the R knee without contrast. Again, they couldn't provide me anymore information than that. I ended up canceling the appointment and going to a place that was much more organized, cheaper, and faster. read more

I went there for an MRI (my first one) and was scared to death, plus had other medical conditions that had me worried. They had a Saturday appt., extremely kind and professional receptionist and took me back EARLY!! How often does that ever happen?! The tech's were understanding, reassuring and put me totally at ease!! I was in there for 1.5 hrs and they made it so easy!! I can't say enough wonderful things about the experience!! Keionie and Mark was amazing. They were nice, professional. knowledgeable and accommodating. There was a mistake on my scheduling and I was going to only have 2 of my 3 MRI done. They were able to fit in my 3rd MRI when the other patient didn't show up. They were really nice and gave me sense of calmness during the exam. My boyfriend was referred here for an MRI by the orthopedic doctor. When his appointment was scheduled over the phone he was told he needed to have a morning appointment we show up to his 9:30 appointment to find out he is scheduled in the evening 9:30 pm we both had taken a day off work to come in. Annett was very helpful and accommodated us so that he can been seen in the morning instead. I know that schedules can be thrown off when a change is made so we really appreciated that he was able to been seen and also we understood that there may be a wait time and we were ok with that. read more

This was my second time coming here because my Physician uses this office. A year latter and they have the same lousy billing practices. At the time of service, I asked for the full amount and paid it by credit card on 23 Jan 2018. I get a bill dated 19 Feb. 2018, and it show this amount unpaid and then there is an additional amount. I call the phone number on the bill 844-866-2718 and spoke to Angei who was obviously a service center in India. They had no record of my credit card payment and will have to research it.
