As a…read morebusinessman myself, I was impressed from the time I entered his office in Yucaipa until the time I left. His front desk person was very kind and asked how my day was going and was all business regarding my appointment. My nurse who took my vitals was kind, personable and professional, and Dr. Jones greeted me with a handshake while looking me in the eye, asking how I was feeling and doing today. He took the time to ask about my life and whether I was retired or working etc. Dr. Jones was very productive with our time, and he promised me that he and I will travel through my medical care together, and explained what would be expected of me and what he and his office will be doing for me. Although this is my first appointment, I left his office today knowing that I am lucky to have him as my primary care physician. I highly recommend Dr. Jones and his staff. Dan Haskins Yucaipa, CA

I called his office and after being placed on hold for quite sometime, I received apologies and then they tried to reschedule me for next week. I was hospitalized for my condition which can be fatal but they didn't care. They don't care about their patients or people. Hopefully, somebody calls you back. Outdated from April of 2026 talking about their closure dates in April. The office recording says she can't answer the phone because she's busy on the phone with other people. Yet every time we go to that office, the front desk receptionist does not appear to be that busy or on the phone. I have probably called that office 15 times in the last year and a half, and every time you get the phone recording. Nobody answers their phone. While I hate that I have to give Dr. Blakely four stars instead of five, her office staff is also a reflection on her.
