I was understanding but at the time was at another appt and didn't have much time to chat I just went with the next available which the guy said may 14 @10:45 . I said ok cool After I got out of my appointment I realized I had another appointment the same day few minutes before this appointment I had just booked . I'm a pregnant woman that has been needing to see cardio for months now and I have been waiting patiently. Why do you guys schedule patients if the drs not ganna be available then . I schedule pts for a living too I always accommodate my pts . I'm always very understanding but this office just doesn't care. I spoke with 3 different people in scheduling and one person said May 29 or June 1 being the next available. I spoke to someone else he told me June 5th and the last rep told me June 13 . Kept asking to speak to someone else . Everyone was clueless Kept me on hold for Minutes.... The manager in this office was not found so they said he's not available. I asked them to give him or her the message that I am waiting for them to return my call . Will see how long it takes . There's no profession here .

I was taking Lipitor and told Dr Walker I had been having pain. Another doctor had diagnosed with diabetic neuropathy and had been started on gabapentin. Thanks to Dr Walker he discontinued the Lipitor and I was able to get off the gabapentin. My pain was resolved just with a change of medication. If it hadn't been for Dr Walker I would have been misdiagnosed and I would be on an unnecessary medicine.

The process includes a quick visit of which the doctor never reviews the file prior to visit and they often fail to ask proper questions or follow their own prior notes . I had a Angiogram done by them and they did not bother to follow up and explain the results for 4 months and when I called to see why !!! they gave me an appointment for 4 months later. After waiting so long to get back now they say my left Artery is 60% clogged and that my LDL is too high and need to increase the dosage of rosuvastatin to 20mg . Their relax nonsense attitude regarding patient health is unbelievable and unethical. They don't care about patient health and they see as many patients as they can without any regulation and control which is why it takes them 8 months to get back to a patient with serious medical condition. This type of clinics should be closed down and these Pakistani doctors should loose their licenses and sent back to medical school. I should sue them ..stay away

Most recently, a loop recorder was implanted for 24/7 heart sinus rhythm monitoring March 18th. Procedure was relatively painless with a local lidocaine injection. I was discharged in less than 3 hours after checking in. The entire team of surgical assistants were very professional and the collection of Nurse Practioners for my follow up appointments are top-notch. LLMC is like having the Mayo Clinic in your back yard. If you need quality medical care, make sure to ask for a referral to this amazing facility. Dr Bhardwaj's knowledge, compassion and bedside manner are beyond reproach. At 70 years old, I know I'm in good hands when getting medical care at Loma Linda Medical Center and the International Heart Institute.
