The staff was professional and courteous. The doctor listened and spent time with me as a new patient. I will return!

Dr. Sultana is a wonderful and focused healthcare provider! She is our family doctor and also…read moreprovides feminine health exams so I don't need to see a gynecologist for them. When walking in, you'll sign in and then they come to you to take blood pressure in the office, but besides that the office functions as a regular health office! For certain cases you can also do zoom calls which is great for the immunocompromised.

Ok Folks this is unacceptable. I took Dena to her follow up appointment with Dr. Hajera Sultana…read morehere in YUCAIPA. When we walked in the air smelled musty. We were told the office had a flood and the carpets were drying. After the initial triage we were called back into the doctors private office because the flooding affected the exam rooms. Ok by now we're getting very skeptical. Her p I ate office is not a sterile environment nor a clean one. Her desk is covered with patient information. Medication bottles and the like bare attached pics. The shelves were filled with patient files. We could have but didn't easily look at. Then doctor's prescription pad sat inches from us. Then the doc comes in to see her without washing her hands. I know for a fact. I saw her walk straight from another patient with her laptop in hand. She proceeded to give Dena the second degree for all the previous orders. When it was time to take out the stitches she pulls a glove out of her pocket and asked he ma to bring in the suture removal kit. Now we love in the day and age where all suture removal kits are prepackaged and sterile. This ma brings in dirty utensils uncovered on a dirty metal tray and she used her ungloved thumb to move the utensils on the tray before handing them to the doctor. When I stopped her and questioned the lack of sterile utensils. She said the ma opened it before bringing in the room. That's total bullshit. Then she pulls a gauze out of an already opened package. The gauze was so yellow it looked like a smokers wall. This was by far the very worst medical experience of our lives. Not to mention the multiple HIPPA violations. This doctor and her staff need to go back to school. This office doesn't even deserve this star but yelp wouldn't let me post without it

After being placed on hold , I began explaining that I needed to make an appointment and briefly mentioned the reason for my call. The receptionist cut me off mid sentence in a rude and dismissive tone just to ask if I was a new patient. I was then asked placed on hold again. When Cindy answered I asked to speak with somebody else. The second employee showed no concern, did not acknowledge the issue, and seemed completely uninterested in addressing my complaint. Calling a doctor's office about health concerns should not feel this frustrating or disrespectful. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from the front office staff was unacceptable and has left me with no confidence in this practice.

I do love Dr. Bradshaw herself but the office itself has frustrated me beyond belief today…read more I've attempted to return a call to Dr. Bradshaw's office 4x in the last hour and have been put on hold which ends up in a dropped call. Their hold system automatically hangs up on you after 5 minutes. The last time I called, I tried to get a word in, hoping to just schedule a call back instead of being placed back on the 5 minute hold that never gets answered who knows how many more times. She didn't listen to me (she heard me though) and just said, I'll be right with you and cut me off to place me on this hold that never gets answered yet again. Extremely frustrating. I don't know if I'm being placed back at the end of this hold line every time the call is dropped. I tried to be patient, called back after being hung up on 3x before asking to please be given a second to speak which was not honored. Please fix this hold system or set up a call back list if you're too busy to take patients calls. Thank you.

Dr. Greggory Jones has been my Primary Care Physician for years - over a decade and a half; as well…read moreas that of my wife, mother, and aunt. This is one of the few times in a Yelp where I am at a loss for things to say, because I have so many *good* things to say about him. Granted - no man is a superman. Even doctors have their limits as to what they can do for their patients - but what Dr. Jones IS... is patient, easygoing and insightful; as well as competent in his knowledge and advice. He even has a dry sense of humor that kind of comes out and at you out of left field at the most surprising times. What he's NEVER been in the time he's been my doctor, is pushy or over insistent on a particular test or procedure or point of view. He's always stated his hunches... his suspicions..and his medical opinions to me and my family as if we were human beings with a brain. We've never felt talked down to or patronized in any way, shape or form. Something the wife and I really like is that we've never felt rushed in his office. When either one of us, or both, are there - we are his sole focus. He's attentive and helps us to feel like we are all partners in our health care. If he doesn't know something - he's not afraid to say so, and to find out more information to discuss during a later visit - or to give a referral to another Doctor, specialist or other resource where we can find more answers. He works out of Beaver Advantage in Redlands, tucked away in a nice little residential neighborhood. The place has a cozy but friendly feel to it, and the staff is always friendly. Granted - sometimes you have to wait, but such is the lot of those of us in managed care; and besides - the office and waiting rooms are comfy. My only minor complaint is that sometimes his own staff can be a bit "bubble headed" when it comes to keeping some of the necessary forms on file (aka I've had to fill out the HIPA form to allow my wife access to my medical records probably around three times now) - but it's certainly not enough to remove s star. If you get a chance - do try to choose Dr. Jones as one of your primary care physicians - he honestly seems to care; and unfortunately, that kind of thing is becoming more and more rare these days. Oh - as an interesting side note.. He kinda has a passing resemblance to the actor.. Hugo Weaving. Whenever he walks into the room I expect him to go... "Greetings... Mr. Anderson... Its time for your exam...".

I'm going to give a 3 for bad customer service. Haven't even seen the doctor yet. Called the office…read moreand was passed around to various hold lines. Then I spoke to a nurse who said she could schedule me but I needed to register first. Was passed to the registration department and guided through that process. Then, was passed back to the scheduler who said that he isn't accepting new patients. When I asked why I needed to register as a new patient in order to find out that he isn't accepting new patients, they didn't have a good answer. Just makes me wonder how good they are at handling other administrative processes that could be more life threatening like lab results and other paperwork.
