When no appts are available for Days or weeks the only option is the ER and who wants to go sit in an ER for hours due to a possible strep throat. The "affiliates" can't get your medical history and optum staff can't access the doctors notes. Calling the nurses on call is useless as they can never help due to how Optum runs their business.

Due to complications -- my baby measuring in the 1st percentile -- I was advised that all imaging and high-risk care would be handled through Dr. Brar's office. From early on, I was repeatedly told they were convinced the issue had to be genetic. We went through more in-depth NIPT testing, and everything came back normal, yet that assumption never seemed to shift or be further investigated. Starting in January 2026, I was seen weekly at Dr. Brar's office. During this time, I rarely saw Dr. Sadjadi and trusted that between both offices, my care was being properly managed. Looking back, that trust feels incredibly misplaced. Despite being seen every single week for a high-risk pregnancy, not once was my blood pressure checked. I was later diagnosed with preeclampsia, with blood pressure reaching 158/102 -- a serious and dangerous condition that should have been caught much earlier with routine monitoring. Instead, it was missed entirely. This ultimately led to an emergency induction and the devastating loss of my baby at 26 weeks. There are no words to fully describe the pain of that loss. What makes it even harder is knowing that something as basic and standard as checking blood pressure -- a fundamental part of prenatal care, especially in high-risk cases -- was completely overlooked during consistent, weekly visits. Follow up with Sadjadi regarding this care left me feeling dismissed and unheard - she would simply tell me "oh honey don't stress" and never addressed my concerns. I feel deeply let down by both Dr. Brar's office and Dr. Sadjadi at Optum. The lack of attention, oversight, and accountability during such a critical time in my life is something I will carry with me forever. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend their care to others.

This office is one of the worst establishments I have ever attempted to be seen at and this is coming from someone who, like clock work, has to see a physician every month for medication. The office staff is very dismissive, regardless of whether you have an appointment time scheduled, that is merely a suggestion to these providers. I was supposed to have an intake appointment today at 11:20 am and was given the run around until about 12:05 pm when I was finally able to speak to a provider. Not only is this inconsiderate to their patients time, they charged my card 24 hours before my appointment and the office staff basically said it would be easier to wait an undisclosed amount of time than to get a refund for an appointment time they failed to abide by and could not give me in a timely manner. A waste of time, money and effort with nothing to show for it. And the only explanation I got when asking why I couldn't have been notified that my provider was running more than 40 minutes behind was "our system doesn't have that feature." As I'm sure anyone reading reviews for a medical office knows access to quality healthcare in the current economy is all but non existent and this office is no exception. I can guarantee attempting to be seen at this office is one of the worst mistakes you can make for yourself and I'd STRONGLY advise finding an alternative. Unfortunately for me I didn't read reviews and had to learn this lesson the hard way while wasting my time and my money.
