I will be losing my doctor who I have been with over 3 decades, and he is one in a million and no one could come close to taking his place. Beaver made you feel like FAMILY. OPTUM is a corporation and cares nothing about staff or patients. They care about $$$$$$$$. I have filed 3 grievances against OPTUM and have spoken on many occasions to the company who owns Optum, United Health Care about making changes. Let United Health Care know what OPTUM is doing with all of their changes and rules that have caused the mass exodus.

She was rushing, forgetting what procedures they wanted me to do like a mammogram and she didn't do it. She was ready to go home. I wouldn't trust her with anything. Horrible doctor. Still searching for better up to date care. She also made comments like does your insurance cover dental too I'm like B I went to the dentist this morning. I don't know what was wrong with her but if you ask for test or anything she will try to tell you no because she can't bill more than one issue per visit. Complete bs.
