It's signed as "Redlands Yucaipa Medical Group" or "RYMG" or something other than his name, so finding it the first time is tricky. There is ample parking in the complex. Office: The medical office is standard office. There are several chairs in a smaller waiting room, but it can become standing room only. There's a TV. Appointment: Expect to wait up to an hour after your scheduled appointment time. This, alone, would prompt me to find a different medical provider, but I think Dr. Osmoni falls behind because he actually listens to patients. I never feel that he's hurrying my description or explanation. He'll have an actual conversation with you about your health. Redlands Yucaipa Medical Group: I haven't had as good experience with other doctors in the RYMG. I think his referrals are to other doctors in that group. I now schedule specialist appointments with people outside of this group because other than Dr. Osmani, I've been disappointed.

Wrote me a handful of prescriptions whether I needed them or not, then advised me to, "stop eating for 30 day periods" to manage post menopausal weight gain. His reasoning was that the human body can survive 30 days without food. Not a single concern about lack of nutrition or the impact starvation has on heart health. He then went on to tell me to never make an appointment or call, text or email the office only. When I did email them asking for a prescription renewal, I was lied to and told they sent it to my pharmacy when they did not. I am not interested in developing an eating disorder nor do I want to load up on pills I don't need, so the search for a PC continues.

His front desk person was very kind and asked how my day was going and was all business regarding my appointment. My nurse who took my vitals was kind, personable and professional, and Dr. Jones greeted me with a handshake while looking me in the eye, asking how I was feeling and doing today. He took the time to ask about my life and whether I was retired or working etc. Dr. Jones was very productive with our time, and he promised me that he and I will travel through my medical care together, and explained what would be expected of me and what he and his office will be doing for me. To me chiropractic Care should be focusing only physically on the areas that need improvement, not crossing into personal questions or psychological interference. Desk staff also get a little personal and don't seem intuitive to whether a person wants to talk, at all. No voicemail in case you have to leave a message if something changes. They seemed to be the only reasonable chiropractic office in the area which is why we went. They have good supplements, reasonable rates and acupuncture if you use it. We're just not there to be asked irrelevant questions and dispensed unsolicited advice or comments. Chiropractic treatments that make you feel better only last so long depending on your condition. This office or any other is not a miracle cure, at least in our experience. They seem to only use activator methods. Again, you probably won't be prompted about which modality you prefer. ​​
