Anytime I would ask him questions about changing medication out for a more natural approach to supplement her heart issues, he looked at me like I didn't know what was speaking about?! I am a homeopathic licensed physician. If it were up to me, I would have taken her off of all of these horrible meds - but, he literally threatened to call APS on me if I did!! OPTUM is a corporation and cares nothing about staff or patients. They care about $$$$$$$$. She was rushing, forgetting what procedures they wanted me to do like a mammogram and she didn't do it. She was ready to go home. I wouldn't trust her with anything. Horrible doctor. Still searching for better up to date care. She also made comments like does your insurance cover dental too I'm like B I went to the dentist this morning. I don't know what was wrong with her but if you ask for test or anything she will try to tell you no because she can't bill more than one issue per visit. Complete bs.
