Anytime I would ask him questions about changing medication out for a more natural approach to supplement her heart issues, he looked at me like I didn't know what was speaking about?! I am a homeopathic licensed physician. If it were up to me, I would have taken her off of all of these horrible meds - but, he literally threatened to call APS on me if I did!! Completely stressing my Mother out - I mean, who threatens someone like this?? Meanwhile, the side effects that she was suffering were horrible. I will be losing my doctor who I have been with over 3 decades, and he is one in a million and no one could come close to taking his place. Beaver made you feel like FAMILY. OPTUM is a corporation and cares nothing about staff or patients. They care about $$$$$$$$. I have filed 3 grievances against OPTUM and have spoken on many occasions to the company who owns Optum, United Health Care about making changes. Let United Health Care know what OPTUM is doing with all of their changes and rules that have caused the mass exodus.
