I had my provider fax over documents and was assured they would call me back to schedule the appointment but I never got a call back. I tried to call to follow up and they ignored my calls despite leaving multiple messages. I know they screen their calls because when I called from my friend's phone they answered. That was when she told me they don't do ultrasounds at their office. The lack of communication resulted in a delay of scheduling and they have horrible customer service. I just wished they would have told me when I first called they don't do ultrasounds.

Today, I spoke with Veronica who went out of her way to schedule my MRI and X-rays immediately. She was efficient, thoughtful, and very kind. I am extremely grateful for the nurses who helped me during my MRI, Annie and Brandon. I was very…read morenervous and claustrophobic, and the MRI tunnel felt very small. Annie stayed with me the entire time, kept talking to me, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. Her calm presence truly made all the difference. Brandon was the nurse who checked me in and also helped me, and he was just as kind, reassuring, and supportive. Because of their compassion and patience, I was able to get through the MRI. They both went above and beyond, and I will never forget the care they showed me.

They make sure you are comfortable and take the time to capture everything they need to send the report to your provider. They are not allow to say anything about your baby if it is healthy or anything looks wrong. Only things like your baby is very active and if you already know the gender they can show you on the ultrasound how to confirm it's a boy or girl. I felt very safe and comfortable in the room and yes it's not fancy, bougie, or ultra modern. But it also only cost $80 and the care i received was as if i paid $150. It's inside the building so you won't see the suite.number on the outside. They do have a bathroom to use cause trust me you have to drink A LOT of water 1hr before the appt. It was pretty fast too got done in 1hr. They accept cash or card but i believe card there is a service fee do double check on this info. I just paid cash. I went in first to get my exam then afterwards my husband came in and we got to look at the images together. Overall I would recommend everyone to come here!!!

I was charged twice for what appeared to be the same procedure under two different business names: Evergreen Spine and Pain Center and White Pine Surgery Center. When I reported this to my attorney, the clinic claimed one charge was a facility fee--even though it was equal to the cost of the surgical procedure. Be very careful. These excessive charges can significantly reduce your final settlement and net recovery. Based on my experience, this clinic's billing practices felt unprofessional and unethical.

People that all deserve a life , a better one, if applicable .. the end ., ;) ~ the reviews I've read of other "pain relief doctors " seem to only add to the unsatisfactory quality of any life received by people. I had depression due directly to pain not being managed. - .. I welcome such businesses ,or CARE, into our community.. What You'll experience , in my opinion.., is expert care. an ethical , moral approach. Empathy, compassion, and the ability to listen happens here. ~~ Pain , is the fifth vital sign .. it's extremely important for diagnoses' and the following treatment~ it's been a journey of bad for this patient.
