Made my appointment three wks in advance, online and had to first set up an account. Ridiculous! Gave them all of my insurance information copies of my cards etc. Appointment day arrived 08/18/26 @2:45pm I arrived at 2:00 pm. They have doors locked so you have to hit the buzzer 3/4 feet to the right of this front door. I checked in, l asked anything else l need to do, no, she said, you did it online. I said yes thank you. Then as l'm being called in, lady comes back to window and she said you have to sign this form first, before we do your scan. Its basically is a wavier for them to charge you if insurance is denied... l said why didn't you get a pre approval for this test. We don't do that. How stupid is that. So l'll be charged if they don't code it right etc. She then said you'll be like a self pay and it's like $100.00 you can pay that now if you'd like. I said, can you write that down on this form you're wanting me to sign. NO l can't do that. Well then l can't believe what you're saying then, it says $532.00 on this form your wanting me to sign. Ahhhh I'm pissed at this point, my blood pressure is increasing and now I've got a headache from this BS. Not only is this place unprofessional they left someone's cell # for me to call if l had any questions, on the reminder call left on my cell phone. I will never use them again, l wasted my time and gas going there. Beware, Find another imaging center! read more

Horrible communication and service. I had an MRI scheduled and arrived 15 minutes early as requested. Doors were locked and another person waiting inside (not an employee) had to open it for me. My insurance had previously called this office and confirmed that it would be $0 out of pocket. They were going to charge me $165. I had to call my insurance in front of them and put it on speaker. They confirmed again $0 out of pocket. However the associated there didnt know how to "bill it that way". I was still going to proceed with paying $97 so that I could get it done. Oh wait, it's 6:15am and now they say that I have to wait until 8am to call my doctor and get confirmation since he didnt sign the referral form....oh you mean the form that I uploaded over 4 days ago to you guys and you guys didn't request anything else after receiving it... Would give a 0 if I could. Horrible experience and wasted 2 hours of my life. I woke up and drove there at 5:30m for nothing. read more

Don't expect to be seen at your appointment time! Doors don't open you need to ring a bell and then they let you in. This was very unusual and honestly useless but okay... Arrived about 5 minutes before my 4:30pm appointment. Checked in and was told to be seated. There was probably about 4 people waiting. At 5pm I got up to follow up and receptionist mentioned there was someone in the machine but based on past reviews this is a common pattern. I wasn't brought back until 5:50pm!! Plan to be there at least an hour and a half! read more

I wanted to come on here and write a review for the technologist I had today Yusif. He was so kind and attentive. It isn't fun getting MRIs but he made the experience so effortles. I struggle with being claustrophobic and this place has a OPEN MRI machine and it is definitely not as bad and WAY quieter and more room. I just wanted to say thank you to Yusif for making a stressful situation so easy. There needs to be more people in the world like him and especially in health care settings. give this man a raise !! lol thank you! read more

Honestly, I don't understand how this place is still in business. The service is unbelievably slow, and the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. You can sit there for hours with no sense of urgency from the staff. Customers' time clearly doesn't seem to matter here. If this is how they operate on a regular basis, I'm genuinely surprised they have any repeat customers. Save yourself the frustration and the wasted time go somewhere else. read more

Little Things matter Cup of water was wonderful! Not the little cups where you need several! Thank you Jessica H! Every patient loves feeling like they matter. I received excellent quality care from front desk to back staff, service was amazing. Helped me feel comfortable, answered questions, and attentive to details when seeing to my levels of comfort. Good care provided. Location Easy to find, late hours! This was great for my work schedule. I was able to get off work, be seen and head home! This business is horrible. My wife had an appointment for a scan at 8:00 AM. She was told the technician was running late. After 20 minutes we followed up with the front office and they said the technician would not be in until 3:00 PM. Who does that? Took a day off work and they told my wife to reschedule. They didn't even apologize or seem to care. Definitely need new management at this facility. Would recommend another company. Tried to give a zero star but I couldn't post unless it was at least one star. read more

Several visits and always have great support from helpful staff but especially the technicians.

They made me go to the appointment and they canceled on me because they didn't have a person that date to do an MRI Then why do you schedule in the first place The front office person took my money charge me and 15 minutes later told me that there was nobody available to see me What type of business is this? Very questionable I will never come back read more

I arrived for my 1pm appointment at 12:41. It is now 2:00pm, and I was still sitting in the lobby waiting to be seen, with people sniffling in every direction. Then I ask to use the restroom, and there is no toilet paper. I tell the person at the counter, who has a lackadaisical attitude, and she acts like she couldn't care less. Let's not forget to mention that when I pulled up to this facility, it is located in a desolate shopping center that is all boarded up. I would also like to add that I had an appointment scheduled on my day off originally, but they cancelled on me. So I ended up having to take time off work to attend the appointment today, and then I'm not even seen. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I ended up leaving without being seen because I had to get back to work. Ridiculous! read more

This place was HORRIBLE! We recently just moved here from Orange County and my doctors told me I needed to come here for a chest xray, I gave my insurance and they told me it would be a 20 minute wait so I sat down and before I knew it a whole hour had passed by, I then asked the lady what's taking so long and the pregnant girl told me they can't find my insurance? Excuse me what does that even mean. I ended up leaving after waiting an hour and 30 minutes, I did not receive my xray. read more

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with . The people that work here do not care and do not address any concerns. I have called and messaged HOPE the so called office manager several times and have gotten no response. ( I didn't really expect to) the people that work in the office are no better . My father needed a important procedure performed and they cancelled on us twice! They have no follow up at all ! If I could give this place a -0 I definitely would . They should not be in the business for Health care . Stay away and have your ordering providers refer you to another facility not here !!!!! I will find out how to escalate this higher . read more

I showed up at 6:30 for my 7:00 appointment. I was let right in the facility. The receptionist was so helpful and nice. I was called back for my MRI on time. The lady who conducted my MRI was so friendly and gave me detailed instructions. She told me exactly what was going to happen and made sure I was comfortable. Once my MRI was over they gave me a CD within minutes. My MRI report was posted online on the same day. It was excellent service. I would definitely refer this place. read more

I didn't even step foot in this place and I can tell it's ripe with "training issues" as Reeham has stated. I received a referral to SimonMed for dual shoulder MRI's with contrast. I actually had a referral somewhere else, but it was out a month and a half. My insurance called other providers before redirecting the referral, to make sure that they; 1. Provide the services needed and 2. Had availability sooner than what I had scheduled. Great. They had availability "as soon as today or tomorrow if (they) had the orders". Wait the 2 days for it to be redirected. I call (June 30th) and speak to someone who books me an appointment by LOOKING UP MY AUTHORIZATION. I am scheduled for July 11th at 10:15am. I then receive a text message on July 2nd saying that they hadn't received the order and would need to reschedule unless I got it to them. So, I call my insurance the fax it over and it is confirmed as received. I get another text message confirming my appointment and providing me with a link to fill out forms. Fast forward to July 9th. I receive another text message that says they cancelled my appointment because they don't have the order. I spend an hour and 45 minutes with my insurance on the phone as well as SimonMed on the line with my insurance. Appointment is moved to July 16th. They have the order at least... So I called SimonMed Imaging and they tell me that there's an issue with the order and that I need an MRI with contrast and without. Because they won't be able to compare. Ok... kinda makes sense. THEN...I get a text message this morning saying that they don't have my order for my appointment and that they will need to reschedule. So, I do what? I call again. I file a grievance with SimonMed Imaging. 45 minutes later. I learn that we are at an impasse. BUT I get a text with a link for forms for the appointment. Just got of the phone with Reeham (spelling?), who called me, and said that they don't do the service I need and that I will have to have my referral sent elsewhere. I ask how this happened. I was told it was a training issue. I seriously questioned that considering that between my insurance and myself, I spoke to 5 different people. This is a foundational issue. How would I even be able to trust any of their radiologists to even read the images? Sounds like a company that expanded too quickly, has a high rate of turnover and an abysmal management. Do yourself and spare yourself the headache and anger, go somewhere else. This is a laughable attempt at being a medical provider. read more

All staff members were very kind, but my 2:30 appointment time (asked to arrive at 2:15) lasted until 6pm. I would have waited even longer if the person just before me in line hadn't left due to the long wait. Someone after me in line, understandably, left as well. To be fair, not every imaging center has an open MRI & that comes with high demand from the claustrophobic & overweight population. I just feel like they could have done a much better job setting expectations for wait time upon entry & add a display screen with a live update que. read more

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this clinic. I had a doctor's appointment scheduled and drove 40 miles each way to get there, only to be turned away at the front desk. Why? Because I didn't have the physical copy of my insurance card -- even though I had a clear photo of it on my phone and had already confirmed with their customer service team beforehand that a digital version would be acceptable. To make things worse, I'm a returning patient -- not someone new to the system. There was no attempt to look me up, no effort to verify my existing records, and absolutely no flexibility shown. It felt like the front desk staff were more interested in finding reasons to turn people away than actually helping patients who made the effort to show up on time and be prepared. The whole situation was handled with a complete lack of professionalism or empathy. I wasted my time, gas, and energy for nothing -- and all because of an inconsistent policy that their own team can't seem to agree on. If this is how they treat returning patients, I can't imagine how they handle anything more complicated. Hugely disappointing and unacceptable. read more

Horrible place! Extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful front desk staff. Especially Liz. I wouldn't hire her to work at a fast-food resturant or as a gas station attendant. Made ridiculous excuses about why they had to cancel my appointment (even though they sent me two text messages reminding me of today's appointment). Completely incompetent in processing my order for services. I asked to speak to a manager, but was told the manager wasn't in today. I guess that explains a lot. Urgent care sent me to this facility. I contacted my doctor's office immediately upon leaving and they told me they don't send their patients there because of all the problems that they've had and patients complaining about them also. (Look up this place on Yelp for reviews that are similar or worse than my experience.) Even during business hours, if you call, you can't get through to the front desk people working at that location (even using the local number on their business card and listed online). It goes to a call center to somewhere overseas where they have a hard time speaking English and communicating. I was given wrong information (from the call center as well as front desk staff at the facility itself). I asked to speak to a manager of the person at the call center and was put on hold then sent to a survey instead of a manager. Building is located in a very sketchy area and they have the doors locked and have to buzz people in one at a time because of the undesirables hanging around outside. Not safe for elderly or women going alone. Save yourself the headaches and find any other facility that is in network for your insurance. I am in the process of submitting a complaint online to Medicare as well as my insurance company and state agencies. Good thing my new phone had excellent capabilities for recording all of the interactions! Audio and video is hard to dispute. And it gets rid of the he said she said factor. read more

I've unfortunately had to come here 3x's and each is just as bad. Don't bother making an appointment. It doesn't make a difference. I had an appointment and had to wait 1.5 hrs to be seen. My condolences if you are supposed to have any kind of imaging done at this place. Scheduling is difficult because the background noise is so loud that you cannot understand what the scheduler is saying. It's ok, because this place is so messed up that you will not get your imaging done on your first visit. The doctor office faxed the order, however, no one at the facility seems to know where the fax machine is. I was told upon checking in that I had to bring the order with me. I never have the order, they are always sent to the facility. End of first visit-no imaging done. Once I had the doctor office email the order to me, I scheduled again. I was able to have the imaging done. End of second visit, imaging done. I will be contacting insurance and requesting to NEVER go to this facility again. read more

I give ZERO stars to this place. I was given an 11am apt and was told I might need to wait a few minutes to be seen. Those few minutes became 3 hours and still wasn't seen. Terrible Healthcare X-Ray/MRI provider experience. Do Not go here if you value your time or have any expectations of ethical Healthcare professional best practices. This is the exact opposite of that. Average wait time? Two and a half to three grueling hours with people coughing all around you. Veterans beware: The V.A. will schedule you for x-rays, and when you get their the staff will inform you, and I quote, "That's just an appointment to wait." The waiting room is small, dirty, and crowded, and the trash bin is overflowing. Patients are unattended to, and none of the staff check in with you or give you updates regarding your wait time. Came here to avoid waiting for hours at the ER. Made an appointment and still ended up waiting for hours, they couldn't clear my insurance and ended up checking for the wrong procedure. After waiting 2 hours with an appointment (NPO, no food/water) until 12:30pm I gave up and left. Most unprofessional staff. I had an appointments for a MRI. They called me the day before and said the insurance was not complete. This happened with two more appointments. Each time, day before scheduled appointment, the insurance was not complete. Each time it was because of a different problem. After the second time of dealing with my insurance company, I told them to call and get what they needed. They did, but were not happy about having to do their job. Today I went in for a hip X-ray and the and they told me the same thing. I stated I was not leaving until the X-rays were taken. Again, unwilling took care of what they needed. Each appointment was set up by their company. Making appointments without all the paperwork in hand? It took me five weeks to get my MRI. I'm not sure how they can stay in business with the lack of knowledge the staff possess. Maybe a director is needed to at this office. read more
