    So I had an MRI appointment at 9:45 am I drove 60 miles and left 2 hrs before to make sure I arrived on time I show up at 9:10am hoping I could maybe get in earlier.... I was told running behind by 1 hr and would text me if earlier. Well at 12:30 pm I finally was seen the technician was great so I used my 0 stars to 2 and I am holding my breath for X rays to be delivered on time.     19 hours ago New I…read morehad a very upsetting experience at this office. My husband was treated extremely poorly, and the behavior we encountered felt discriminatory and unacceptable. He waited for hours while watching multiple other patients be seen before him, despite arriving on time. When he calmly asked about the delay, the staff responded with rude, dismissive attitudes instead of providing any explanation. What made the situation worse was that they eventually refused to see him at all, accusing him of being "hostile," which was completely untrue. He was simply asking to be seen in a reasonable timeframe like everyone else. It felt like they were looking for an excuse to turn him away rather than provide care. The way he was treated felt unfair and, honestly, discriminatory. No patient should be made to feel disrespected or singled out like that. Healthcare offices should treat all patients with dignity, respect, and fairness. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I would not recommend this office.

I must say I was very pleasantly surprised! Check in was very welcoming and friendly. I had completed all my forms prior to this visit on their very convenient online portal and all they needed were a couple of signatures. I was instructed to come in earlier than my noon appointment, which I did at 11:40 am. I didn't wait long when I was called back right at noon! The sweet technician, Heidi, brought me back, she did the scans and it was over in a jiffy. It's puzzling but those bad reviews must have been on off days. I was treated with nothing but respect and received outstanding customer service. I would not hesitate to return here. Many thanks to the wonderful staff!

    Never have received a billing or notification of treatment for my wife from this company, but today…read morewe received a threat of lawsuit from their collection agency, CMRE Financial Services, stating that their client had made several attempts to contact us for payment (never happened!) and that if we fail to pay $34.28 immediately we face lawsuit. Inasmuch as my wife's medical bills have all been paid or settled by Medicare Advantage plus Medi-Cal, it is obvious that this is a fraudulent scam and I will be filing a complaint with the State and Federal agencies regarding both RRMG and CMRE for this illegal collection attempt. Even if I receive an apology from both companies, I will not rescind this complaint, since everyone should be aware that such despicable tactics are taken by companies to scam the elderly consumer! As a later followup I visited the office and was given an apology and a paid receipt by the office manager who assured me it was an error and she would call CMRE immediately to have my wife's file deleted with no further contact. A month later we received yet another even more threatening dun notice from CMRE demanding immediate payment or suffer having a medical collections notice appended to my wife's credit reports. Trying to reach RRMG by phone is impossible and sending an e-mail to the customer service address they provided over the phone resulted in a 'bounce-back' as being undeliverable. It leaves me with the only option of visiting their office (40 miles away) again and seeking some real cooperation and results this time, instead of the obvious kiss-off I got with my first attempt.

    I have to start out by saying I'm claustrophobic and have an anxiety disorder when put in tight…read morespaces. This facility had available appointments sooner than most others I reached out to where I needed a wide-bore MRI (open at the end of the tube so its technically a closed one). The technician David was one of the best I have ever had work with me. It's only because of his sympathy and kindness that I was able to get through this very needed MRI my liver specialist needed me to get done. I postponed it for 6 months cuz that's how much I hate doing closed MRI's. David showed a level of patience that is not common in all medical settings. Hats off to him for not giving up on someone like me. He talked me through it and again was so patient with the fact that I was having such a hard time starting it and staying in the machine. I couldn't have asked for a nicer person to help me. The invoice and results took a bit longer than expected but I think it's because they were having issues with the internet and equipment. I'm not sure. I had to call to remind them to send my doctor the images and for some reason they sent the cd's but not the actual written report. That was strange. But they at least emailed me the report after I called and asked for it and I finally got an invoice to submit to my insurance after I emailed them asking for that too. Even with those smal annoyingl details I'd still use them again for any MRI tests I'd need to get done in the future (hopefully Ii dont need them). So I'd highly recommend them.
