If I could give this place zero I would but the reason I'm giving it two it's because the staff who sent me into imagining and the imagining specialists were so kind a apologetic for the lady in the front. The female who greeted the patients and sat behind the desk was so rude to the point she ignored a patient in the waiting room in front of me. The lady was so rude and would walk away after someone would ask her a question. She seemed bothered by me when I told her I never received a link to fill out my paper work online. On top of that I arrived 7:09 at the door it took her 3 min to open up the door because she was taking her time to allow me in by the press of a button. My appointment was at 7:00 she told me I missed my first screening but I don't understand that concept because she told me I needed to fill out paper work regardless. I'm so lost because many medical facilities give a 15 min grace period or 10. Whatever the case is she clearly doesn't understand hospitality and kindness especially at 7:00am. I'd say either switch her shift or send her back to training because I'm 100% sure that's not how you deal with patients who need medical screenings. Side note again the imaging team were super nice and apologized for everything and I'm still very appreciative of that! read more

horrible experience! We waited for more than one hour past our appointment! They did not let us know they were behind schedule! Very dismissive and no customer service skills. I will not be returning to this office! read more

I really wish my provider would have other recommendations than this place. This is the second time I come here and they don't have authorization when I walk it in by hand obviously someone in scheduling or authorizations is dropping the ball. The front staff the girl with the red hair needs to be a bit more professional. They need to remember they were present the facility. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. NEVER go here they're absolutely awful. Not even just this location, the SimonMed company in general is just terrible. They are so unprofessional and canceled not only 1 but 2 of my appointments!!! I've been trying since February to be seen. I was scheduled in March to be seen, they canceled, then I was scheduled today and they canceled an hour before my appointment. It's such a joke of a company. read more

The gentleman that helped me through my MRI on my feet and ankles was very polite and had amazing bedside manner. The process took so long on each foot so I appreciated that he kept me updated through the speaker. He also continued to ask me if I was doing okay or needed to use the restroom. Thanks for making an uncomfortable situation as easy and calming as possible. read more

SimonMed Imaging - Riverside - Waiting area - Diagnostic Imaging Near Me - Riverside, California

I just had an MRI of my lower back and Jessica was the technologist who got me prepared and did the treatment. The place is well run and quick to get the reports back to the doctor and this particular technologist was very patient, kind, and let me know step by step what to expect and told me afterwards how long it would take for my doctor to get the report. Jessica made my treatment actually enjoyable and quick. I would highly recommend this place for MRIs. read more

Be prepared to wait for at least 2-3 hours regardless if you have an appointment or not. You can hear all the techs and staff in the back laughing and having a good time while you wait mindlessly in the waiting room. Place f*cling sucks. read more

This office is a joke!! My appointment was confirmed by text and phone call, by an employee of Simonmed. My appointment was for 1pm, I arrived at 12:45pm. When I checked in I was told, my appointment wasn't until 2:30pm. And that they we're running behind schedule. I showed the lady my text and let her hear the voicemail, that was sent by Simonmed, confirming my 1pm appointment. She told me I had no appointment at 1pm and if didn't have time to wait until 2:30pm that I could reschedule. So I had no choice but to wait until 2:30pm. I got called back to do the MRI at 3:10pm and didn't leave until 4:45pm. I had other appointments to cancel, because of their carelessness and not having the ability to run an office. I've read more

CUSTOMER BEWARE! Expect to WAIT MULTIPLE HOURS whether you're a walk in or have an "appointment." Would give 0 stars. I had a 1pm appointment with a confirmation slip with me. Showed up at 1240pm as instructed. After an hour I asked for an update. I was told it would be AT LEAST another hour. The receptionist informed me that even though I had an APPOINTMENT, they do not prioritize appointments and simply put you in as a walk in. How does that logic make any sense? I will say, all the staff were very friendly but we are there for a service. read more

I injured my lower back in 2019. My insurance company sent me here for my first MRI which was my first time I've ever had one. If you're claustrophobic I would recommend asking for an open MRI machine.... lol You lay down in this MRI machine for about 25-30 min and the walls of the machine touch your shoulders... the ceiling of the machine was about an inch from my nose. If a zombie apocalypse happened thee exact moment you were pushed in you'd be F*****... no you can't shimmy your way out of it.. lol It's more annoying then anything because you have to lay still but I'm a little Claustrophobic so it bothered me.. nothing you can't handle tho that's for sure. I give it 4 stars because the second time I went the employees seemed more involved in gossiping about other Simon MED workers at other locations and babysitters then answering phones and helping people that were waiting to be helped.. eh it happens. ***************************************************** -IF YOU'RE CLAUSTROPHOBIC- you need an open MRI machine read more

I called SimonMed at (951) 352-0555; when I asked regarding the issues; she asked what facility I was calling about; the number listed for the Riverside facility, apparently is for ALL FACILITIES, the calls get routed to same line. She claim the appt was an hour later than it was. Arrived 1/2 hr prior to the appt and 2 hours later; not been seen. APPOINTMENTS DO NOT MEAN SH!#. IS MORE LIKE WALK-INS; YOU'LL BE SEEN WHEN WE FEEL LIKE YOU SHOULD BE SEEN TYPE OF ENVIRONMENT. read more

I am a veteran and I went to this facility because of a VA claim that I am processing. The incident was so horrible that I had to leave the location before even getting my x-rays done. Elizabeth, who was the staff member at the front desk was extremely disrespectful. rolling her eyes at me and hissing with her mouth as to display her carelessness with me. Then began speaking spanish to her co-worker in front of me saying something with the word "Puta" . I am certain she was talking about me. I felt I was completely appalled by her actions. This was a referral through Optum Serve as they are handling my claim through the VA. I had an appointment at 11am today. I arrived at 10:20am. I was told that they only do walk-ins for x-rays and that I have to wait my turn. Even though I have a text message and confirmed appointment time of 11am... Elizabeth told me there was 3 people ahead of me and it would be about 30-40 minutes. I figured, ok ill still be seen by my appointment time. I watched 4 people be called ahead of me. at 11:05am I went back to the counter and asked how much longer it might be. Elizabeth rolled her eyes at me and hissed. then after looking at her computer, she looked back at me and said there was still 2 people ahead of me and it would be another 20-30 minutes! I said that was unacceptable and requested to speak with a supervisor! She then laughed and said, "there isnt one here". After I demanded to speak with her supervisor, she gave me a phone number and said it was her supervisors number. She then grabbed her cellphone in front of me and began texting someone (I am assuming the supervisor) and was ignoring me. I was the only white person in the waiting area and she and the other staff member were hispanic. It was clear to me that she was not going to assist me in anyway and I believe she even put people ahead of me! I called the supervisor who was also hispanic (based on her accent) who told me "well to bad, you are just going to have to wait". Then I wanted my paperwork back as I did not trust anyone at that location to have my personal information. She then laughed again and said I can have a seat and wait cause it was going to take "a while". She went to the "shred box" and began pulling papers out as slow as she could and one by one looking at each paper and playing games just to try and upset me more. As a veteran I will do anything I can to inform any and all entities who have control over this facility in hopes that no other patient, and especially no other veterans are treated this way! I felt completely discriminated against based on the fact that I was the only white person there and they were clearly showing preference to the other hispanic people that were there. read more

sure its far from SGV. and who wants to drive far to get into a tiny cyclinder for an MRI... but I gotta tell yall... the MRI tech (a female) was stellar with her demeanor... professionalism, empathy and patience. Would give them a zero if I could. Like being in hell. A zoo. Arrived 15 min early for my appointment. No place to sit. They wouldn't let me fill out paperwork online. Said it was unnecessary. Didn't inform me until we were there that insurance doesn't cover the test. Would probably have been there all afternoon waiting. Employees obviously disgruntled. Horrible company. Avoid. read more

I have used them twice. The first time it was a good experience. They were able to give me cost up front for my services. Second time it felt shady, I was getting a simple ultrasound. I was told max 350. I never paid that ever for this type of ultrasound sound so I would have them bill my insurance. I get a bill 1200 and was charged for services that was not performed. They never billed my insurance either. They will fix it, but I must keep calling to check in. Their mistakes and I must do all the work. I will never go back or recommend them. read more

This business has been calling for months. Today I decided to answer to see what they are calling for. Amy didn't respond and would just stay quiet when I asked questions. Professionalism starts with responding to questions asked when you call. I didn't call you, you called me!! read more

Fast and very nice techs. Specially if someone is claustrophobic and needs an open MRI this is the place to go.

Had a 40 min. drive to this place and when I got there they told me they were running a little behind. I was expecting to hear 30 mins maybe 45 mins.? No, they told me two hours, two hours!! Now you think they would have texted everyone of this problem like they text you to be 15mins early for whatever reason. Avoid this place or be prepared to take the day off. read more

I went to this imaging office for MRI for my hips pain. The office staff were very friendly and on time. However I had a extremely bad experience with the technician Salvador Borrego. He didn't seem to know what he was doing. Once I was on the table my feet were hanging from the table and after 45 minutes inside the machine, the result didn't come out right because of the way he positioned me. I was in so much pain but the other technician advised that the whole process needs to be repeated. Although I was in so much pain through the first process I had to do it again for another 45 minutes. The pain was unbearable. He didn't even apologize for his mistake. This is not acceptable and he may need to go to another training. I do not recommend him to anybody. Make sure he is not the technician before you go there. read more

Appointment at 3 pm for MRI to spine and hip, was asked to come early. Came at 1:59 pm. Was called around 3:50 pm. Finished MRI to spine at 4:25 pm, was told had to dress up and come back in one hour for my hip. They never informed me that I have 2 different times of appointment. And why did they schedule me with 2 different times? One hour later at 5:25 I asked them when's my turn they said,"not yet, still 2 people in front of me." My gosh... It was a horrible experience. I told them that I'm in pain from sitting for hours. They didn't care. Finally they called me at 6:08 pm and told me to wait for another 6 minutes. I Finished my 2 MRI around 7 pm. I did regret that I didn't check their review before I came. read more

The most unorganized mess I have ever had to... x-rays of my knees were taken... they were never sent to me or my doctor. I have called them several times in the past 2 months and always get the run around... was told they were sent to the doc... 2 weeks later nothing. You request to records and your disconnected or you get a recording to go on line... I have had to cancel appointments with my ortho surgeon twice because he has not received my x-rays... only a report... you access the portal and the only thing available is a report... I am sick of the run around and just want my xrays!!! read more

Sunny went above and beyond to try and get me an appointment as soon as possible at one of their locations. I needed a 3T which required a Dr be onsite (not all the locations could accommodate that). We even did texting with pictures of authorization paperwork to speed up the process. I totally appreciated all the time that she took with me. This review is on her assistance only. Due to date conflicts I had to go to another Simon Med office out of state. read more

This place is horrible!!! I will never come here again. My appointment was at 1015 , it is now 1240 and I still have not been seen. Their receptionist were waiting on a order from my doctor, which was suppose to be sent via fax. They called my doctor and asked for the fax , but failed to give my doctor's office the correct fax number. Their attention to detail is horrible and they show no compassion towards peoples time. No point of having an appointment time, as it appears everyone in here has been waiting for hours. I just witness 3 people angrily asking how much longer until they are seen.I am beyond upset and would not recommend this place at all. read more

The women that work the front desk are VERY RUDE. They have no customer service skills whatsoever and it really gives the location such a bad look. I heard them time after time give attitude to the patients and it was making me upset. Also if you come here expect to wait 2+ hrs, I had an appointment set and arrived 30 minutes before and still waited over two hours to be seen not once did they give me an update and I felt uncomfortable even asking because I didn't want the sass from the receptionist. Overall I would highly not recommend this place go literally anywhere else. read more

Never Ever Go to this place. It is awful. I had a 10:30 appointment and I didn't get out of there until 4:30. There was a 2 hour wait - I wasn't seen until 12:30 - then when I was seen no one explained anything to me - the procedure was unbearably painful. I had an Anthrogram done on each hip - and the doctor took 24 ties to try and get the needle into the joint - which was excruciating and incompetent. I was crying my eyes out - and when I asked for a tissue was handed a wad of scratchy gauze. Later when I got the actual MRI it took over 2 hours which no one warned me about - in fact I was told it would be 45 minutes - and I lay totally still. To add insult to injury they played horrible music and I asked them twice to please change the station or just turn off the radio - and they refused. They Do have an open air MRI machine which is great - but the experience was sooooooo bad it was not worth it. DON'T GO TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. read more

I had to go her per my doctor. However going to this place literally was one huge reason I found a new OB. It takes forever to get anyone on the phone literally 30 min and multiple phone calls being dropped before you reach a human. My OB had no direct line to them it was insane. Also they tried to schedule my anatomy scan before the 18 week mark which could have cost me thousands since insurance does not cover anatomy scans before that week. Only giving two starts because the gal that actually did my scans was lovely. But even she knew there were issues with her company. read more
