It is very difficult to get an MRI at this location and I had a very bad experience this weekend. The technician named Erin had an attitude from the second. I met her. First, she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about when I wanted to add an exam then she told me I had to take my pants off for her knee MRI, which I've never had to do in the past then she was irritated that I needed support on my back when I need back surgery which caused muscle spasms and forced me to leave my appointment earlier. I don't understand these young people with these attitudes and lack of personality and do anything but try to cooperate with customers I am elderly, and it is nearly impossible for me to sit on a flatbed for an hour and a half and feel comfortable and she did everything she could to make me feel more uncomfortable. It took her 10 minutes to put my foot in the boot and she couldn't care less that my socks and pants were all wrinkled, and I never would've been able to lay for a long exam so when she so she was irritated when I made her do it again, but this time it was more comfortable. I did not realize she was combining two ankle and foot exams, simultaneously and one after the other without giving me a break I had to pull the Emergency and asked to be released and I had to cancel my exam for my knee. Now this employee lost income for the company besides causing me miserable for the next 3 to 4 days while I try to recuperate from back spasms what is the sense of treating people like this? When all you have to try to do is be pleasant and work with somebody. I'm so deceased with the Health these days after it took me two hours to make these appointments to begin with. read more

This place SUUUUUUUCKS!! I've never had an MRI done before and figured they knew what they were doing. They had me scoot all the way to right on the bed and put the dedicated coil on my LEFT shoulder (my affected shoulder was the RIGHT one). Before going in to the room, they double-checked which shoulder and it was on all the paperwork and even CD afterwards. I didn't realize it until I was driving home about what the coil did and why I was all the way to the right on the bed. I also YouTube'd the procedure and which arm the dedicated coil goes on. I live in Rancho C., so this was a 30 minute drive there and 40 minutes back! They have 4 different numbers and do NOT answer any of them. I left a voicemail on each and haven't even heard back as of writing this. When I got home I called the scheduling line and asked what they could do since they did the wrong shoulder. He luckily got me in to the Rancho office on Haven Ave. for the next afternoon. At the new appointment and Just before going in to the MRI room the nurse asked if I had any new tattoos. I said I had had one just over 2 weeks ago and she was very apologetic and said they wouldn't be able to do it today as it could cause major inflammation and a trip to the ER and needs at least a month before having the MRI done. I asked how I was able to do it the day before and she was horrified! She said it is policy to never allow a patient in with a new tattoo. But they did at the Magnolia Ave. one!!! They looked at the previous day's images and confirmed they scanned the wrong shoulder. So, not only did this place do the procedure wrong, but neglected to tell me something which could have been catastrophic. Please do not go here. Please! I saw their 2.5 stars and thought, "it can't be THAT bad." But it is. The staff was nice, though. read more

Had to be referred to this place from Kaiser for an open MRI. Made an appointment over a month ahead of time and took time off work. Today was the day for my appointment. Context: I don't live in Corona and my MRI was a pretty serious one for my brain. These incompetent and negligent people cancelled my appointment while I was on my way there. My appointment was at 9:30am and I was told to get there about 15 mins prior so I was already on the freeway headed there. They texted me and cancelled my appointment at 9am. Please avoid going here. If you have to go here, do yourself a favor and call them multiple times to ensure your appointment isn't cancelled, even call a half hour before your appointment to make sure it's still scheduled. Worst experience ever. I will not be back if this is my only option. The front desk was Isabella. This is the worst front desk ever. Extremely racist. She treats the patient as if he is coming to play. She intentionally delays. She treated me disrespectfully. She made excuses that I do not have an approval from the insurance. She made me call the insurance and wait after 2 hours. My doctor sent the approval again, she told me to make another appointment. From the first moment, she was disrespectful and her intention was not to let me in today, and that happened. I'd give negative stars if possible, brought my grandma here for an Open MRI which was scheduled at 5pm. They said to get here early to check in, I arrive at 4:30 and give all the information. I expected to wait until around 5 to get in as there is nobody in the waiting room and doesn't look like there's any person we are waiting on. 5:15 rolls around and we still aren't in, meanwhile the whole time the staff are just gossiping and looked stand-off and had full RBFs when I asked about the wait time. Finally at 5:30 a tech comes in to take us back and says the machine takes time to warm up so we have to wait for longer. As if the machine couldn't have warmed up when we arrived at 4:30. The Radiologist and MRI tech were very accommodating and friendly and tried to get us out quickly. Front staff not so much, they did not seem to care or want to do anything. Very unprofessional of this location to not value their appointment times and other people's schedules If you like to waste time or have nothing better to do I recommend this location. If you are like 99% of the world and have a busy schedule and don't want to feel like a waste of space, go to the riverside or other corona locations for a quicker and better experience. read more

The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The MRI was explained thoroughly. The MRI machine is large and has a big opening by your face so you can see out and not feel as claustrophobic. The reason for 3 stars is lack of lighting in the front of the building poses a safety risk for customers and the staff as well. Safety should always be a priority. read more

MRI was rescheduled twice because the doctor called off that day. Over an hour wait in the freezing waiting room. Bring a cushion to sit on and something to read. You will be here for a while sitting on a cheap uncomfortable chair with no magazines. read more

Went to their location on Central Ave. to take my 91 year old mother for an xray. Had to wait over an hour in a crowded and noisy waiting room before she was called back. Then they wouldn't let me walk her back because they only allow the patient to go back. She had to totter down long hallways and back with no help! It was better when they had a facility on Magnolia that only did xrays but they closed it and moved everything to this crowded and overworked facility that does all kinds of imaging. Do yourself a favor, tell your doctor to send you somewhere else. read more

Wow.....what can I say other than I wish I never scheduled here at this location. My appointment was made for 2:30pm on a Friday, but was told to show up 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. So, I arrived at 2:00pm in the dot and checked in with the front desk. Afterwards, I filled out a one page health info form, (which took about 5 minutes at most) and then waited. There was one person in the waiting room when I arrived and the staff called him in. 45 minutes had passed and I was still waiting.....honestly there shouldn't have been any reason for me to have arrived 30 minutes early. At 2:55pm, they called me in for my mri. The technician who did the mri was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Once in the mri room, things went fairly quickly but the waiting here was pretty ridiculous. I don't think that I will schedule another appointment here at this location again due to the waiting, or if I do end up having to schedule here, I will not be coming in a half hour early like I was told to do. read more

I definitely would not recommend Rad Net Imagine Center to anyone. My wife went in for an MRI and we couldn't complete the whole two hour process due to the attendant unable to get a strong vein in her arm, so he did a partial MRI and to continue the rest at a later time. That wasn't the problem. Upon our arrival back at the Citrus Care Facility in Fontana.the Rad Net Ctr. called and stated to come back and pick up my wifes drivers license, medical card and envelope with my wifes pertinent information. I told her to mail it to me. She refused and stated she would not do that. So, for your incompetence i have to pick it up right? She said yes. And she also stated that she tried to give it back to me. Well gee if you did, why isn't it in my hot little hands.DUH!!! I asked to speak to her supervisor. i was placed on hold for eight minutes. She came and said , "will mail it to you" I guess she told her boss this is going to bite us in the butt if we don't mail it. Well guess what? They mailed it. One more thing, i signed several medical sheets they gave me to fill out and i accidentally left my personal pen that my grandson had giving me to write to him because he was moving out of state after a divorce of his mom and my son. The pen had no value but it was sentimental aspect of it that bothers me. Four hours later and they can't find the pen. Unbelievable. Its a wonder how some of these businesses stay in business. They don't deserve one star. read more
