THE WORST IMAGING CENTER I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED…read more My grandma had an appointment today, July 14, 2026, at 5:15 PM. When I scheduled her appointment over the phone, the representative specifically instructed us to arrive one hour early so she could complete paperwork and be prepared for her MRI and CT scan. Instead, by 6:55 PM, she was only just being called back. She had been waiting for nearly two hours, despite following the instructions we were given. To make matters worse, she had been fasting for her scans and was clearly uncomfortable and in distress from waiting so long. The most frustrating part was that staff told my mother there was no reason to arrive an hour early and even claimed my grandma's appointment was at 6:15 PM--which is completely incorrect. We have documentation showing her appointment was scheduled for 5:15 PM. While we waited, multiple patients who arrived after us were called back before my grandma without any explanation. The lack of communication, organization, and compassion was incredibly disappointing. This experience was unacceptable, especially for an elderly patient who was already uncomfortable. I sincerely hope this facility improves how it schedules patients and communicates with families, because no one should have to go through this. We will not be returning. Ridiculous place

Receptionist name was Adrienne, friendly and respectful, which is the only reason for 2 stars. Did receive a call the next day to schedule and this is when it got challenging. The business expects to schedule when it is convenient for their techs and will not allow for breaks in schedule. So they will not accommodate the patient/customer in any way. Attempted to schedule an afternoon but was told we have openings at 8:30 so we cannot schedule for afternoon until we schedule the morning to keep the technician busy. Even asked the supervisor. No accounting for someone's reasons for needing later appointments. Poor customer service and business practice. Called and had the referral changed to another diagnostic center which allowed for patient needs and customer service.

I needed X-rays and my doctor referred me here as a walk‑in patient. I wasn't thrilled about that at first, but I got over it. I arrived a little after 8 a.m. when they opened, and the lobby was already full, so I wasn't sure how long I'd be waiting. After checking in and filling out paperwork, it took about 30 minutes before I was called back, which was quicker than I expected. Once inside, the process moved fast. They took my X-rays and let me know the results would be sent to my doctor within 3 to 5 days. Will you get what you're there for? Absolutely. Would I recommend this place? Yes, I would. But overall I'm keeping my review neutral because the experience had both positives and areas that could be improved.

Day of appt comes around and the wanted me to pay $240 ish as my patient portion. There's no one to speak to in person that knows anything. It's ridiculous. They need to fix their whole Radnet system. As far as the radiology techs, they're great. Professional, knowledgeable and the facility itself is clean. It's the whole appt and payment problem I kept running into. Seems others who were there also had issues with one thing or another. Fast forward to earlier this month, I came again for a mammo. This time no issues with insurance and them incorrectly trying to bill me up front for anything. Again, no issues with radiology techs. But their whole phone tree, outsource radnet system for appts, billing, auth. etc. is absolutely horrible.

I'm a big guy, and not particularly claustrophobic, but I can't imagine someone of even normal size being anything but terrified by these things without substantial sedation. Remembering HSI and their Open MRI from a couple years ago, I jumped through the hoops to get my referral redirected to them. The difference is like night and day. The office decor and people immediately put you at ease and the open machine didn't make me feel claustrophobic at all, let alone restrict my breathing like the other one.

I had explained to the doctor that my back had been injured for over 2 weeks so he prescribed 5mg of Flexeril for 10 days. After taking this and staying away from the gym for 6 days, there was ZERO improvement. The medicine wasn't doing a thing for me. So i called them to see if they could switch up my muscle relaxant and they said I'd have to come in again. WHAT! I was literally just there for the same exact problem and you want me to return?!? They just want another reason to bill my insurance, as if my first copay wasn't high enough. My advice- if you can wait for your primary doc- WAIT! OR find an urgent care where they really want to help and not just collect on insurance.

As a new patient trying to establish care with a new PCP, I was told to email my prior mammogram report -- simple enough, except the office gave me the WRONG email address. Three separate times. Three separate calls to follow up, each time told "oh, that's not it, try this one." I was handing over my personal medical history to random inboxes because their own staff couldn't get their act together. On the third round, an agent finally said just bring the report to my appointment. Fine. Then, the day before my appointment, a reminder call informs me I now need the actual mammogram images too -- something I have never seen or been given a copy of in my life. When I asked whether it made sense to jeopardize my care over a technicality when I had a full written report in hand, the agent escalated me to her supervisor, "Claudia." That's when things went from frustrating to genuinely unacceptable. I opened by saying I was venting because the whole process had been a mess. Claudia interrupted me -- repeatedly -- talking over me every time I tried to finish a sentence, telling me to "just listen to her." When I pushed back, she raised her voice and told me flat out that she did not have to listen to me. A supervisor. Raising her voice at a new patient. Refusing to let me speak. This isn't a one-off bad day -- it's a pattern: wrong information, no accountability, and a "supervisor" who thinks yelling over patients is an acceptable customer service strategy. Now I understand why this place has such a low rating. Do yourself a favor and find a practice that treats new patients like human beings.

From the moment my MRI started, the experience was extremely upsetting. The MRI technician was rude, had a bad attitude, and openly complained about doing her job. When I tried to lay down on the MRI bed, she saw me struggling to lift my legs and did not offer any help at all. I have very limited mobility in my legs due to multiple spinal herniations, and at that moment I clearly needed assistance. Instead, she kept rushing me and showed no concern for my pain or condition. Before the MRI began, I clearly explained my medical condition and informed her that I cannot remain in certain positions for long periods because the pain in my lower and upper back becomes unbearable. She told me that if I needed to stop, I should let her know. However, after about 10 minutes inside the machine, I asked for a short break due to severe pain. Her response was shocking--she told me that if she stopped the scan, everything would be canceled and that I should come back "when I was better," because she was not going to stop it. That felt like torture, not medical care. After the first MRI was completed, she complained that I was taking too long because I was in pain and needed a brief break before starting the second MRI. Instead of showing understanding or professionalism, she expressed frustration about the delay, even though the delay was caused by my medical condition and severe pain. She saw me crying from the pain and still did not offer any help to sit up or stand. There was no empathy, no professionalism, and no basic human consideration. On the other hand, I want to clearly mention that the X-ray technician was excellent. He was very gentle, professional, and understanding of my back pain. My experience with him was very positive, and he did not make me feel uncomfortable at any point. His care and attitude were exactly what you would expect in a medical setting. This MRI technician should not be working with patients, especially those with mobility limitations or in severe pain. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place based on my MRI experience. read more

I have scheduled an appointment for an MRI, and to my dismay, they informed me that they were running 45 minutes behind schedule. Despite arriving early at 7:00 pm for my 7:30 pm appointment, I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes in the lobby. The front desk receptionist then casually mentioned the 45-minute delay. It is truly baffling to me why appointments are even made if they cannot be honored, or at the very least, a courtesy call could have been made beforehand to inform me of the delay. I had to leave work early to make it to this appointment and will now have to rush back to work by 9 pm. This blatant disregard for my time is unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Not covered as a regular check up. I told them it has been covered previously under the ACA act-- all preventative physicals are covered-- apparently they said no that's not true. I said yes m'am it was ... and the older lady next to her chimes in and said, "it's never been covered for dense breasts." They were gas lighting f me when I said it was last year! So I cancelled both my mammogram and ultrasound and walked out in tears since I had been waiting to get this done. So I called and the manager said, "They don't run insurance prior per policy..." and argued with me and said who did you speak to at your insurance??? I said I called and didn't get the name-- but it is covered...you need a name she said. For what??? Am I lying??? I ended up getting this so called voucher and paid cash for the mammogram and ultrasound and my primary doctor signed off on both. It was much lower for all the screenings for cash payments. My husband switch jobs and at this point I had a lapse in insurance... made that very clear that I was a "CASH" client when I rescheduled. Showed up to my appointment and got the same idiot checking me in....acted like she has never seen this cash voucher for breast cancer awareness month. She had me go to the office down the way and pay cash upfront -- which I did... never felt so disrespected....i let them know again -- I have a voucher paying cash, no insurance. Ended up getting everything done... months later, I get a the EOB from my OLD insurance saying $3000 breast ultrasound was denied!!! I was so angry that they still ran it through my OLD insurance even though I told them all I don't have insurance now!!! I will be paying cash and use the coupon/voucher. I called them and let them know that they shouldn't have billed my old insurance, like WTF!?!? This happened last year-- and I am still traumatized by them-- for advocating for myself and requesting an ultrasound due to dense tissue. This is supposed to be part of the City of HOPE cancer center --- they are anything but helpful for women!!!! I've been going to them for several years at this place-- and then sadly, this was my experience with them last year. Do not recommend since they are condescending to women getting their mammograms. Sad! I have to find a new place and transfer all my records. Do better SARH!

They make sure you are comfortable and take the time to capture everything they need to send the report to your provider. They are not allow to say anything about your baby if it is healthy or anything looks wrong. Only things like your baby is very active and if you already know the gender they can show you on the ultrasound how to confirm it's a boy or girl. I felt very safe and comfortable in the room and yes it's not fancy, bougie, or ultra modern. But it also only cost $80 and the care i received was as if i paid $150. It's inside the building so you won't see the suite.number on the outside. They do have a bathroom to use cause trust me you have to drink A LOT of water 1hr before the appt. It was pretty fast too got done in 1hr. They accept cash or card but i believe card there is a service fee do double check on this info. I just paid cash. I went in first to get my exam then afterwards my husband came in and we got to look at the images together. Overall I would recommend everyone to come here!!!
