If you go through the appointment site Grove Diagnostic no longer shows up as an option to schedule appointments for Xrays. If you go to the Radnet imaging online site the voicemail directs you too to find available walk-in locations, yet the grove site is always listed as "not taking walk-ins today". If you attempt to call the Grove location directly and push 7 to speak to a person at the front desk. They allow it just to ring and ring until the voicemail picks up. I walked in without an appointment (x ray) just after they opened and was able to be seen in approximately 30 minutes. By the time I left, there was a rapidly growing line of people (at about 9:00 am). I would definitely advise arriving as early as possible without an appointment and about 10 minutes before your exact time if you do have one. Horrible experience! Drove a family member here for imaging. The wait was an hour long. They first make you wait in the outside waiting room, then after awhile they stick you in a tiny cupboard in the back of the facility. It's not even a chair, it's a tiny bench right up against the wall and it's barely enough to fit your behind. Once you are stuffed in the cupboard, they make you wait another long period of time before taking you in for the actual imaging. They keep patients waiting in the front and back to give the illusion that there's fewer patients but there's people everywhere waiting. I am appalled at the absolute misinformed and rude staff I dealt with today trying desperately for hours and days to get an MRI appt for my minor daughter for her left knee. They have no clue what they are doing and talking about I gave them my PPO insurance info that requires no pre-authorization whatsoever for them to cover an MRI. I provided them with an imaging order/referral specifying a knee MRI with no contrast and they said that wasn't enough and even asked for clinical notes??!!! Meanwhile my daughter is in excruciating pain, can't walk, limping, can't bend her knee and they tell me it will be 10 plus days to check with your insurance!!! check what!!?? there is nothing to check I already did she met her yearly deductible as well. I dealt with a Sing, and a Mekel, and Rayla. I even offered to pay cash $420 to get her seen now and they refused to refund me at a later time and retroactively bill my insurance for the MRI. They broke the law and refused a minor a medical service. So even though I have a PPO that I pay $2,000 a month and it requires no pre authorization as they insist they are making me pay cash and won't refund me!!!! Don't tell people you can come in for a walk-in x-ray if walk-in x-rays are not available on Saturday I spoke to several representatives. They all told me I was OK to come in for a walk-in x-ray on Saturday. The website even stated it however when I got there the representative, who made sure to tell me, she does not work this location, but couldn't assist me because the people who told me over the phone and your website is incorrect. she also advised she didn't know why someone would tell me that they do x-rays on Saturday when she has never known them to do x-rays at a walk-in basis on Saturday she offered me to go to the Moreno Valley location for an x-ray but she could not help me today. I made sure to make it at opening. I gave 1 star only because there's no 0 star. Horrible service attitude at the front desk and they cancel patient's appointment however they like. Dave the front desk dude fully demonstrated his unprofessionalism on handling patients and the fact that they do not care at all about patient's time and effort to make this appointment. Long story short, this dude Dave (not a doctor, not a technician) used his poor little authority to decide my wife was "not fully prepared" for the procedure and cancelled her appointment without communicating with her at all. Plus the "reason" he gave did not make any sense. Obviously he did not give a dime on how hard she prepared for this testing procedure or how long she had to wait for the reschedule. This place is consistently the worst. They don't answer the phone when I call, so I go online. There I learn that X-rays are walk in only- no appointments ever. Not closed for lunch. X-rays are done Monday through Thursday plus Saturdays, but when I showed up at noon on Thursday I'm told the techs just left for lunch. I'm told it's their policy to let their techs eat lunch... no kidding. I'm fine with them taking a lunch, just might want to put that in the website so I know they don't actually have rotating staff (which would be VERY helpful!). Then I'm told I could come back on Friday- but the website says they're not open on Fridays! I'm told they ARE open but they don't take appointments- but they NEVER take appointments for X-rays! This facility is clean and the wait for an x-ray on a walk in basis wasn't as bad as I expected. My son waited for 30 min before they called his name and they finished doing his X-rays in about 15 minutes. Seats in the waiting room are spaced apart appropriately and there are plastic dividers between chairs. On the flip side the staff could be friendlier. I've been here twice, and when you go in, no one greets you or offers to help. During this last visit I was standing there by the desk, staring at the ladies sitting there, waiting for assistance. I didn't want to interrupt them in case they were in the middle of something and I make them lose their count or something. However even after a few minutes, they continued to completely ignored me, until one lady walking by finally asked how she could help me. The billing department here is completely incompetent. They don't bill out correctly or efficiently and then leave the bill at your feet. In our case, they had insurance approval and authorization, yet keep sending a bill to my husband and sent it to collections. We've attempted to come here twice now for X-rays. The first time we came as a walk-in, we were told they were down a technician and unable to take walk-in appointments. We got an appointment scheduled for a few days later. Upon arriving, there were many disgruntled patients asking about wait times saying they had appointments. We were told the wait time was roughly two hours even for individuals with appointments because they were down two machines this time. They turned away multiple people for the duration of our wait having to tell them that they are not taking walk-ins as they advertise on their website. It's very frustrating as this was the closest location for us to be seen at and it takes us about an hour to get to and from our home. They really need to remove the walk-in option from their website and phone services as it's very misleading and clearly not a one time thing. On 03/17/2025 at 7:10 there was a male worker working behind the desk at suite 102 I had 2 appointments , one at 7:00 and a MRI at 8:00 I arrived 10 minutes late and they rescheduled my 7:00 appointment and told me to wait for my 8:00 MRI I waited and 15 minutes later the guy told me I never had a MRI and made all these excuses I ended up leaving I knew something wasn't right because my MRI for my knee was my MAIN problem The next day I called my doctor and they had told me that the people at diagnostic imaging cancelled my MRI for whatever reason So the guy lied to me And I honestly feel that I was the last person there and they were just lazy and ready to go home The guy at the front desk told me I never had a MRI and lied My knee is very messed up and I looked forward to that MRI and now have to wait another month to get it That was very strange that he lied and that he and whoever else responsible cancelled my 8:00 appointment at 7:30 read more

Dave was very unprofessional and rude to me. He does not know how insurance works. he also made me stand out of the line and "helped" other people when I got there first instead of me. He would not run the benefits on my insurance card and when I asked him why not he made a huge scene in front of everyone. He not only violated my privacy in doing so but also was very snobby in the process. in the end he ended up turning me away because he couldn't figure out how to run my insurance, no matter what I said. He seemed frustrated that he couldn't do his job correctly but that's no reason to violate a patients privacy in a huge seen. Dave was extremely unprofessional for this.
