This is my first time ever leaving a review and I wish to remind anonymous because I do plan on going back. I went to Baby Bumps to get a gender reveal. When my family and I walked in we were greeted and then I checked in. There were three techs that day. One in the desk one next to her and then one sitting more of where my family was. The one sitting near us was talking pretty loud to the girl sitting next to a bookcase. They were also saying some cuss words pretty loud which at first I didn't care but then I did because we had children with us. I'm not a karen or nothing but I do think if you work somewhere you should act professional and these girls weren't going that. The tech that was at the front desk took me in and scanned me and she did amazing!! I have no complains about her. While we were close to finishing I heard the techs outside laughing pretty loud again, which wasn't bothering me too much but I would constantly hear them and then it started to bother me. We finish the exam and walked out and one girl sitting near the mini fridge was watching tiktoks with a pretty high volume. Again, I am not trying to be a Karen but I just found those girls very unprofessional. The tech that scanned me though was amazing and I do want to keep coming back, I really hope next time it's better! Update: I believe yelp thought I was a bot and deleted my comment so I had to go review some other stuff to seem more real. Just wanted to give more of an update and looked at my ultrasound pics and the tech who scanned me that day was Fernanda. Super nice and amazing! I also looked at my first visit strip and that tech was called Roxanne. She was also super nice and amazing explaining what she was seeing and made me have a good experience. I will continue to go to Baby Bumps but as i mentioned those other techs that were outside were just being very unprofessional. I believe they shouldn't be talking like that when you're at your job or atleast when there's customers around. I hope my next time is better. read more

Horrible experience. I went on a day that there appeared to be training. The ultrasound techs were friendly however my experience was not a good one. I think someone new was assigned to me. They could not find baby and when they finally did I was told I was 7 weeks versus 9 weeks. I had 2 ultra sound techs come in and they seemed unsure. I left my appointment feeling SO uneasy. I booked at a different ultra sound location the next day bc I was so paranoid and sure enough they found baby right away, clear image and shared heart beat. I'm extremely disappointed in my recent experience, I totally understand learning and training but the way I felt was horrible after my appt. read more

I had my "Oh Baby" ultrasound scheduled for 12/13, and because the baby was not cooperating, I was asked to return for a rescan. The rescan was scheduled for 12/14 at 4:00 PM. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told my name was not on the schedule. I was then informed that my appointment had been changed to 6:00 PM because someone had called to reschedule it. I want to be very clear that I did not make this call. This situation was extremely upsetting and caused unnecessary stress. I arrived on time for the appointment I was given, only to be told it no longer existed. I strongly recommend that your office verify the identity of anyone requesting appointment changes to prevent this from happening to other clients. read more

I was worried and very nervous before walking into this facility. After having a miscarriage I just needed to see my baby and hear the heartbeat. There were two lovely ladies that handled my appointment. Both were sweet and took great care of me. I would highly recommend this place for your 1st, next or last look at the baby before delivering. read more

They were great. I didn't have no complaints I went there to find out the gender of my baby, and they told me within 10 minutes the ultrasound was a good price it was only 40$ and they also offer recording of your baby heart beat 3D imaging and regular too. I would definitely recommended this to anyone who wants to find out the gender of their baby. Also they ask if you want it to be discreet and put in an envelope or told in person. read more

Took my pregnant wife of 31 weeks to this place, we were excited to see our babies face. We got there, spot was a bit hard to find parking, but we did after a couple of laps in the area. Got there, the lady explained to us the process, we paid and to the room we go. I expected your typical doctors room, all bright and a little screen. I WAS WRONG. we enter the room and it's like a small theater cinema. With 3 row seats and a big projector screen in a dark room. Pretty awesome. I took 6 other family members, we all had enough space to sit. The session was suppose to be 15 minutes but the baby wasn't turning around where we could see his little face. She lady was very nice and was almost a 30 minute session! We were so happy to see our babies face. I recommend doing the HD 5D! Here are some photos of our babies! Despite having a late start to our appointment she made sure to let us know they'd be giving us extra time and pictures for the inconvenience. I absolutely love this place! This staff is so polite and helpful the second you walk in. I made my first visit when I was a day shy of 6 weeks pregnant! Even though I couldn't really see the baby, they assured me that baby was definitely there and not to be alarmed if I thought otherwise. I plan on coming back for a gender blood test at 16 weeks and also a gender ultrasound at 17 weeks. A little excessive I know, but I'd rather be completely safe finding out the gender than sorry. So if you're looking for somewhere to do a great ultrasound. This is the place to go! I can't wait to visit again and see my growing baby. Took my sister in recently after having a great experience myself prior at the Moreno Valley location but sad to say we will not be returning! My sister is expecting her rainbow baby and we were very excited to see this ultrasound with her. While my sister filled out the forms, the girls were talking quietly but would look up at our group and giggle which made us uncomfortable. We were taken back & my sister was on the bed for maybe 5 min and then we were sent to the lobby area to wait for her images. The girl who did the ultrasound, I think her name was Carly, barely explained anything even after mentioning that this was her rainbow baby. She also seemed annoyed that my sister was having a very emotional moment and was moving just a bit while being scanned. I attempted to ask questions because it was just so awkward and tense but was met with one word replies. We felt so rushed and there was absolutely no compassion from the tech. My sister received 6 dark and blurry pictures and was left so disappointed with her experience. I was luckily able to find another place within the area that my sister ended up having a wonderful experience at the following day. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! read more

Oh my gosh I'm not sure where to start! What a PLEASANT surprise this studio is. Checking in was super easy. She was super helpful with any of our questions and let us know about certain specials going on. I was nervous since this was the first time seeing our baby (we can't get into doctors office for a few more weeks/month) and we wanted to make sure everything was okay. The scanning room was very comforting to walk into. There's couches for guests to sit in and next to you. It was an amazing first experience for the both of us having our first child. Super kind and took her time with it asking us questions and letting us know everything we were looking at. Everything is reasonably priced & they even have a drink cooler. They also offer gender reveal supplies. Don't second guess coming here! We hope to be back soon!!! :) read more

I've been to this establishment around 6 times during this current pregnancy and once in the past. If you were to ask me would I recommend this place before yesterday the answer would've been yes. Not because it's just perfect but the staff is polite and the experience is ok. There have been a few times I made it to my appointment and still waited a while to get started beyond swiping my card and filling out the same exact paper and questions each time ... but it was never worth complaining about because things happen and that's life. . I've spent well over $200 here. Yesterday I had an appointment to have a 3d/4d scan done on my baby this would've been my first time trying this ever ... as i usually just take standard scans. Yes I received the protocol text the evening before reminding you of your appointment and verifying if you would make it... on the way to the appointment my husband noticed the tire had a nail in it so coming from Fontana we decided it was safer to take the streets this time which put us 2 mins later then the 10 mins grace period you are giving .... As soon as I could I texted them to let them know I'd be arriving 2 mins past the grace period and I was told they were fully booked and I'd have to reschedule ... I wasn't even offered a later day appointment... After traveling pregnant with three other children that was pretty disappointing and cold for someone who's been here several other times. Heartbroken to say the least.... Luckily we pulled over and was able to find a place who could accommodate us with a same day appointment and I still had a pleasant experience. This is simply a business exchange just keep that in mind. Don't think you're gonna come in here and be treated like they've seen you 7 previous times. read more
