However, both of my 70" TVs were broken (screens all messed up) when I tried to turn them on. (I remembered both had been moved in the van while standing on their short end. I looked this up after finding them broken, and I found that standing TVs on the short end is not the way to store them, as it puts pressure on the screen in a way it was not designed to bear. Especially in a bouncing moving van!) And my bookstand with wheels had one broken wheel (probably they forgot to unlock the wheels before trying to move it). Ugh. Later, the main mover guy texted to ask me to give them a good review at a different link than the one I had used to write this Yelp review. I let him know about the TVs (I had not discovered the book case yet). And he made a big deal over how this had never happened to them before and his guys were so upset and how they didn't do anything wrong. And then he said I could file a claim with the company but asked me to say they had not done anything wrong, everything had been packed right. Well, clearly not the case! And not my problem to protect his ego. Double ugh. I made a 1.5 hour round trip drive to drop off the TVs at a free electronic recycle. I'll go to Costco to try and replace these TVs. They were probably only each worth 100 when broken, but I'll have to pay a lot more than that to replace them. A serious drag.

Could not have done it without them. 100% would recommend to my family and friends. Side-note - loved how a few of the men actually helped me place items in the right spot. They have an eye for where furniture should go if you're unsure.

A 2bd plus living room move took around 5 hours total for a 2 person team. We had a pretty messy house going with dogs running around but they were very sweet and worked swiftly. It's a flat $115/hr with cash, and no hidden fees or other random charges. They don't charge for drive time if it's under 10 min away. He understands that people who are moving are stressed and anxious and need reassurance. I was concerned that the crew that moved us would be inflexible and would set about doing the work in their own way while my wife and I were set off to the side. And they were very efficient but they also checked in with my wife and myself about how certain things like sculpture and artwork or fancy ceramics should be packed. The three guys who moved our stuff were Julio, Cesar and Arturo. They did a great job of communicating with us, of responding to our questions, of taking care of all the issues that we hadn't anticipated. Altogether they did a really fabulous piece of work. Thank you.

There was some minor damage to some furniture paint due to the tape used, so make sure to flag any sensitive items. Recommended for your next move.

During move in, Dwight noticed a scuff on the ceiling he thought he caused by grazing it with a hockey stick. Coincidentally I knew the scuff was already there before they arrived, but Dwight immediately tried to remedy it anyway.
