    BE AWARE of your choice!! The crew was here late, with broken truck, not available to provide service! YOTA moving cannot provide the service they promised. Per our contract, it supposed to be a 3 men crew arriving at 8-9am. Instead only two men and a broken truck showed up. The crew started fixing the truck for one and a half h still NOT WORKING. We made several calls and the business owner cannot find a replacement crew for the service. INSTEAD, they charged me for a three man crew for 3 hr service right after the call. During the call, all of a sudden the owner said they're recording the calls and didn't get my permission nor reminding me when the calls started. It's the feeling of being threatened during the calls so I keep my word to leave a review on Yelp.

    Meh. I was sucked in by the friendly front-end customer service and low quotes, but I wouldn't use these guys again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. In my opinion -- as others have noted here -- they were relatively slow and unprofessional. I ended up spending WAY more than expected due to the amount of time it took. At one point during the move I tried to reach out to their main office about their performance and couldnt get ahold of anyone, so I left a voice mail. Nobody ever answered the phone or called me back. Also, I found a chipped pieces of my table in the outside hallway on the ground, so I took a picture. Later I came back and the piece was gone. I went down to the moving truck and the piece was sitting on top of a different table. One of the movers said, "Oh that was just there on the table." Really? It broke itself off, landed outside on the ground in the hallway, let me take a picture of it, and then when my back was turned it floated downstairs onto that table? That's amazing! It truly is a magical table. I didn't tell them I had seen and taken photos of the piece on the ground already. Later another mover told me he had just "found" the piece on the floor inside my home. Ugh. You get the idea... I know it's a tough job, but working with them made it feel even tougher. At the end of the day, they had actually left one of their hand trucks at my old residence. I went through the trouble of going back to the residence and putting it outside for them. Not so much as a thank you. I would take a hard pass on these guys moving forward.

    I have never been more disappointed or disgusted in the service received by a business. The move was scheduled for an 8 to 9AM start time but Diego and Alex did not arrive until ~10:30AM. This was problematic as my girlfriend and I were both scheduled to start work at 1PM. We asked them if they could complete the move if we reduced the number of items, and they provided confirmation. The rest of the morning was a nightmare as they were continuously on their phones and moved extremely slow. The furniture was poorly wrapped and ultimately resulted in a number of items either being dirtied or damaged. Even though we reduced the number of items they needed to move, it still took them over 3 hours to complete their move because they were lackadaisical. Too add insult to injury, they charged us a late fee and pushed through the payment when we told them that there should not be a late fee. They told us that we would have to speak directly to their manager if we had any issues with the late fee they charged because they took too long. Most businesses would correct this issue easily but Yota Moving is an exception. I have been trying to reach them for nearly two weeks now and they screen my calls on a daily basis. Cornelius has hung up on me multiple times and is exceptionally rude. The managers have been impossible to reach and I have been told they will either call me back or that they are out of the office. I do not recommend anyone book these crooks. They will damage your furniture and condone their workers stealing money. There has been no business in existence where the managers have refused to contact a concerned customer for two weeks. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau about formally submitting a claim.

Sanjar came to my home, evaluated the project on Saturday and agreed to take it on. On Monday he returned with Sardor, Murat and Adlan. They physically picked up the fountain, put it on a dolly, moved it through my yard and placed it on a prepared level pad. It took less than an hour and was done without any injury, problems or damage. The cost was less than a half-day rental of a fork-lift, not counting an operator. I was super-pleased with these men's planning, strength and ability to handle what I believed to be a difficult job, not to mention their friendly interaction with me, my wife and each other. I highly recommend Hulk movers.

I first reached out to them on Yelp and then began communicating with them over text message. They responded promptly to my messages. I reached out to at least 5 other moving companies and Little Guy's rate made the most sense, they didn't charge additional fees like an administrative fee or random fees that other companies do. They charged me 120/hr cash or 130/cc. Two movers arrived to my home right on time, it was great. In the past, other moving companies have arrived late. The two men (Mr. L and Mr. E) who assisted me with my move were friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job wrapping my furniture and making sure all my items were secure. I thought their pace was fair and efficient. Mr. L and Mr. E worked hard and it was truly appreciated. Jan 2026: I hired this moving company again and they did a great job. I had a problem with my storage unit key which made us run late but both Jennifer (admin) and Mr. A were so understanding. I felt terrible that I messed up with not having my storage key but the team was so kind. The move was quick and efficient. Both movers were friendly. One of the movers did look very young though. On a side note, their prices did increase by $10, I believe. I would 100% recommend this moving company and will be using their services in the future.

With no care. If we pay for 3 hours of work, the expectation would be you work 3 hours. Yet I was told "you treat us like robots" 2 hours in when we still had 1 hour of work left. I wanted some boxes moved from the garage to the room (all 1 story) maybe 10 feet away and was given an angry attitude. I'm sorry but we're paying you to do a job. So at the end of the day they got 1 free hour of pay and a tip. But I would never use them again. So unless you want to be treated rudely and scared, use anyone else. Ps Jeff/owner will probably respond and just argue about the one heavy item. I'm not disputing if I had known it was going to be considered heavy I would've said something. ---- Edit: What I can at least say is Jeff was at least professional and offered a small refund for the issue. We didn't quite hit that, but at no point did it feel like anyone was wasting time. The crew hustled the entire job. They listened to how I wanted to prioritize the move. We focused on large furniture first, got all the key items handled, then worked through the rest. Communication was constant. They asked questions, followed direction, and adjusted quickly without any pushback. The team was professional the whole time. No hesitation, even with heavy items or sending things upstairs. Everything was wrapped appropriately, not overdone, just done right. Nothing was damaged, and they were careful with walls and flooring throughout. We had discussed heavier items and drive time ahead of time, and everything was handled fairly. No surprises. I also compared pricing beforehand, and their rate of $199/hour (cash) plus the $60 truck fee was in line with what I was seeing. We ended up at about 3 hours 45 minutes total and paid $825, which felt great for the level of effort and coordination involved. Every move is different, but there were no surprises. Vladimir, Dima, Greg, and Aibek were a great team. They worked hard, communicated well, and stayed professional throughout. They are amazing. Bruno, Carlos and Triston arrived early and were so efficient with their time. They handled our belongings with care and made sure to wrap furniture that needed to be wrapped. They made sure that the each TV was transported in a tote and made sure that the TVs were all on their stands and in working order before they left. They even went above and beyond and fixed the legs on a couple of dressers that have been damaged for years.
