I purchased a car from Abe today and my experience was excellent! Just like it was when I purchased my first car from him 3 years ago!! He is very helpful and wants to help people!! I recommend him and his vehicles to everyone out there!!i am a very happy customer! Thank you so much Abe!!!

Dont go here. This guy is a scum and sales broken cars. I test drove 2 vehicles both had problems. The Chrysler started POURING coolant as soon as I was done with my test drive and they still had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to apply for credit to get the car. Second car was a Cadillac STS and while accelerating it would vibrate and the check engine would flash then turn off after a couple minutes. When we told them we weren't interested he told us to leave. Go elsewhere if you know what's good for you.

    Beautiful, baby.

Both of them are wonderful people. I just moved to States so I had no clue about buying a car. They helped me along every step.

First, I would like to state that enterprise has created an environment that is congenial and…read morefacilitates a pleasant car buying experience. Obviously the sales staff are paid by commission, which can create a rather cutthroat environment. However, at enterprise the staff work as a team. So the team that does the work for you split the commission. And it shows in the way the staff members supported each other. I also found out that Enterprise cares about its staff and has internal procedures to promote their careers Enterprise also has a no haggle policy, the price is the price and that's it. This made the car buying process so much simpler. It's one less factor to juggle around. All of the prices are below the bluebook value. Furthermore, enterprise does not sell cars that are more than four years old. Obviously the used cars that are available are from their rental fleet. I doubt they keep cars that are more than five years old. You can sift through the cars by here by make, model, year, and mileage. They automatically give you the Carfax report. They have enough in inventory that you have some choice. Both Pat and Kate help me decide which make, model and helped me narrow down my choices. I told them my first priority was reliability. Pat proceeded to show me a Toyota, a Nissan and oddly a Mitsubishi. I was not aware that Mitsubishi was in the most reliable car category. I was very interested in the Nissan Altima. It had a lot of bells and whistles, some neat safety features and was priced about $5000 less than the Toyota. After further research, it turns out Nissan has had a troubled history in the last decade and a half. Certainly cars from that era were less than reliable. However, seems like the company has turned itself around, and the cars are greatly improved. However, the turnaround has been recent enough that it's unclear if the new cars are reliable. they simply don't have the history to prove it. As for Mitsubishi... Before enterprise allows a car into the used car pool, it must pass inspection by their mechanics. You must obviously bring the car for an independent assessment from your trusted mechanics. My mechanics told me two of the tires needed to be replaced. I was rather angry because I had already paid for the car. Now the manager ( whose name has escaped me) send me to Pep Boys and promised enterprise would pay for the replacement tires. It was at Pep Boys that we discovered the tires were perfectly fine. I was totally confused. So I decided to buy a tire tread gauge. I measured the tire treads myself and the numbers agreed with the numbers from Pep Boys. I reread the report from the inspection by my mechanics. There was no indication that the tire treads were worn. This reinforced my belief that it was just a verbal mistake. There is nothing like having two silver Toyota Corolla's in the garage at the same time. Well, those enterprise mechanics won this round. Overall, enterprise runs a clean ship. The used cars all have a complete and documented history of maintenance. They don't sell used cars that have been in accidents. Overall, the experience at Enterprise was superb. Both Pat and Kate understood that I was still in the middle of trying to figure out the make the model and the age of the car which fit my budget. They carefully selected judicious choices for me to test drive. All in all I think I spent about 6 to 7 hours total reviewing their inventory and making my pick. Although I spent much longer than that doing extracurricular research. Compared to other used car dealers, the Enterprise buying experience blew them away. Pat and Kate listened carefully to what I wanted and brought forth the best fit . Another dealer were excellent, but they had small inventories. One dealership just seemed phenomenally rude. A third dealership seemed hell bent on selling me an SUV which was way more car than I needed. When I asked to see a four door sedan, they turned away and started to show me a Subaru Forrester. Finally, Enterprise completes all the paperwork for the DMV. The title, new plates, car registration will arrive in the mail. It can take 2 months or thereabouts but your temporaries are good for 3 months. Since I donated my car only thing I had to do was transfer the title for my old car. After all this, the tire pressure warning went off after driving 100 miles. all four tires were about 13 pounds below the recommended pressure. Now, if you under inflate a tire it gives a smoother ride. And if you choose to over inflate your tire the ride will be much rougher. So this is a dirty trick, played by the Enterprise mechanics to smooth out the ride . Enterprise mechanics, you have been caught red-handed. You lose this round.

We came in specifically to see the Mazda CX-50. From the moment Justin greeted us, he was incredibly helpful. Justin was also very transparent with the out-the-door quote and worked hard to get us the best value. If you're looking for a Mazda, go see Justin, he's straightforward and genuine!

They confirmed the screen is dead, but then played word games to avoid fixing it. They claimed it's a "lens cover" issue--not a "display" issue--whatever that means. Just so they wouldn't have to honor the settlement. To make it even more ridiculous, they tried to sell me a CarPlay upgrade while standing right in front of a screen they knew didn't work. I texted the Service Manager, Neff Castro, to ask for my diagnostic notes and a real explanation. He's been completely unresponsive. But the part that really pisses me off? I'm still getting automated "special offer" spam from that same phone number. They can't be bothered to reply to my complaint, but they'll keep blowing up my phone for more money. Honestly, just save yourself the headache and go to Oak Tree Mazda instead. I'd rather drive further and not deal with crooks.

The first visit came just one month after purchase, when the car simply refused to start and had to be towed to the Redwood City location. I was mortified by the entire worn down setup and employees to match unfortunately. It was after that experience I promised myself I would happily drive an hour in any direction so as not to set foot in that depressing, time-capsule of a service department again. Enter, Sunnyvale service department. From drop off, communication (there was an issue with software), offering me a rental, to pick up, the juxtoposition of both locations could not be more of a 180. I walked in to pick up my car (after calling them to send me a Lyft, which they promptly did), and went to the wrong desk. The lady there then walked me maybe 10 feet to the receptionist, when she could have easily just pointed to her because she wasn't that far away from me. The receptionist was lovely, warm, apologetic, and welcoming all at once. I had some questions and was referred to Doug who took care of my vehicle. He was to the point, friendly and helpful. The physical location seemed new, extremely clean and inviting. I sincerely don't understand how this location and RWC could be the same companies.

Even when I come in for service visits, he is always willing to help point me in the right direction and help identify problems or concerns with the car.
