I had an amazing experience with this dealership, and I think it has a lot to do with the professionalism of Saul Pimentel-Hernandez. He went in for a test-drive with me, was very honest about the possible issues with the car that I test-drove (BMW 320i) and immediately identified my needs -- in fact, he offered me to look at another car that I ended up buying (2016' Diesel BMW X3). It's such a game changer when the salesperson is also a great human. Highly recommend. And the car's great! read more

Our experience buying my 2024 CPO iX from Stevens Creek BMW was outstanding. My original lease was up and I had turned the car back to the dealership I originally leased it from. Now I had to find a CPO that meet my expectations. Only Stevens Creek BMW was able to meet my expectations and Kamran Haroon did an amazing job helping my find the iX I wanted and made sure everything meet my expectations. I highly recommend seeing Kamran at Stevens Creek BMW if you are in the market for a used or new BMW, he make sure you are well taken care of. Also a big thank you to Lionel in fiance, he also did an outstanding job. read more

Would avoid at all cost. It was a horrible experience. I have been dealing with them for 3 years. I went to purchase my car before the lease expired and I had an appointment, but nothing was organized. No one seemed to know what was going on, and I was asked to buy a car 5 times in 20 minutes. Worse, a $1,000 "service fee" was embedded into my payoff amount without ever being disclosed. When I caught it and they alluded to "m "my numbers were wrong" and this was the correct payoff. Only problem, is that I had the correct payoff from my BMW app. I then politely asked to have it removed, I was refused. That's a devious, disgraceful way to do business. On top of that, this payoff had been discussed for weeks, and no one told me to bring a cashier's check, so I couldn't even complete it. I ended up buying the car on my own in order to not waste anymore of my time and not give them any business. read more

I had a great experience buying my X1 from Stevens Creek BMW. Refai was excellent to work with from start to finish. The negotiation was refreshingly quick and straightforward, and we came to a deal without the usual hours of back-and-forth. Shadi in finance was equally great. He made the paperwork easy, helped work through an issue with the sales tax rate for my registration address, and never made the finance process feel like a marathon. I was at the dealership for only about 2.5 hours total, including a 15-minute test drive, negotiation, financing and taking delivery. That's easily one of the quickest and least painful car-buying experiences I've had. I'd happily work with Refai and Shadi again. read more

Hands down, the best dealership experience I've ever had! A special thank-you to Linda Vu, who made the entire purchase process smooth and efficient and helped me close the transaction in less than an hour. What truly stood out was her willingness to go above and beyond: she personally drove my car 40 miles to deliver it to my home. That level of care and effort deserves recognition. The finance team was equally impressive. The person helping me took the time to explain the available options, calculate the costs and potential savings, and help me understand which choices would save me money. I really appreciated having clear numbers to make an informed decision. Everyone I worked with was friendly, professional, and helpful. From closing the deal to getting my car delivered, the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Linda and the entire team, for making this such a memorable car-buying experience. Highly recommended! read more

BMWs are great vehicles; Stevens Creek is a horrid dealership. This is particularly relevant if you purchase a car out of state. In one word, if you are considering doing that: DON'T. I agreed to lease a BMW on June 21, and today, 60 days later, the car now sits in my garage with my third expired movement permit. The specific individual you need to avoid is Harres Astefi. He is incompetent, unresponsive, and dishonest. He has told me multiple stories, usually followed by, "We have it all cleared up now." I only get to speak with him when I reach out to Ken, the sales manager, who, to his credit, is very responsive. Harres doesn't return calls or emails. I gather that once the car is out the door, he doesn't sweat it anymore. Unfortunately, Harres apparently works in a different department; otherwise, there is no way Ken would permit this guy to make him look so bad. I was told today, after 60 days, to call BMW Financial Services to get a "Move Pack." BMWFS asked, "Why would you need a Move Pack? You haven't moved." They are sending it anyway, at my expense, and I will see what I can accomplish at my DMV. Caveat emptor, folks. If you think I am a complainer, look at my other reviews. read more

Avoid Ms. Prsicilla as your sales rep at all cost unless you want major inconveniences for yourself. You have no choice other than to be consulted with Mr. Harres after, make sure you double check your information because they won't. Ask them for everything in hand- inconvenience them because they WILL NOT CARE for you as your representatives. Do your job by actually following up on problems that you caused. Be a decent human being and communicate with your buyer. All they want is a signature. Fake ass people. I haven't gotten my car registration in my name until after my temporary plate expired and then they started begging me to go smog the car for them- which is their job. Chris an assistant was able to help with the process. Horrible first time experience buying a car. I don't expect this BMW to do any better in the future. Would not recommend Peter Pan or Stevens Creek. I would rather drive out the bay and pay more than to deal with these numbnuts.. STOP ASKING FOR 5 STAR REVIEWS IF YOUR SERVICE AINT EVEN 2 STARS. Like ????? What are you expecting? Work done shows who you are. Problems that should be addressed- addressed. Very non-accountable this team. read more

Buying a car here was fine. Getting it serviced here requires a lot of patience because they have no concept of time. A simple oil change takes them at least two hours. Emphasize the "at least". Took my car in to get a new tire. The cost was exorbitant, and took them a total of 8 hours. Fortunately they gave me a loaner and I sent them a text that I needed the car by 5pm. I brought the loaner back at 4:10 and saw the service manager at 4:20. He said the car would be ready at 4:30. However, I didn't get the car until 5:40. The service operation makes tortoises look fast. read more

I'll spare you the details of the circus of events that brought me to purchase a new BMW from Stevens Creek BMW. I will say that the team I worked with on my journey were absolutely wonderful and treated me with so much kindness, respect, compassion, and restored my faith in humanity. HUGE shout out to Von Torres (sales), Ken Liu (sales manager), Gordon Winans (service), and Shadi Saod (finance). All four were infinitely helpful in making my wild and wacky journey much easier to navigate and to make my BMW dreams come true, all the while making my very unique experience an easy and comfortable one. I did not make it easy for them - a little messy, even - and they rose to the occasion/challenge and didn't make me feel weird about it or that I was an inconvenience. Not only that, I left with a beautiful new car that I absolutely love and four new friends. These gentlemen totally broke car dealership stereotypes, going over and above all expectations. I know this review sounds sensational and I promise you it isn't. What is sensational is what this team brings to the car buying experience. They're very professional and adept in working with you to achieve the perfect outcome and will take good care of you. I've dealt with other BMW dealerships that either do the absolute minimum, are rude, or play games. You will find none of that at BMW Stevens Creek. If you're looking to purchase a BMW, start with Von Torres. His calm and friendly demeanor will put you at ease. And ask for Shadi in Finance - he is the most wonderful human being. And when it's time for service, Gordon is your guy. read more

We brought our X4 M40i in for service twice recently. The first time we brought it in for some routine service and coincidentally immediately after leaving the car was getting overhearing messages out of the blue and needed a new water pump. The second time we brought in for tire changes and a few days later we noticed this damage to our hood. This damage does cannot possibly happen for collision with another vehicle. It was caused by the hoists or tools that were used for servicing. read more

Stevens Creek BMW - Car Dealers Near Me - Santa Clara, California

Stevens Creek BMW offered, hands down, THE best deal I could find among all BMW dealerships in the Bay Area. I compared extensively -- not just locally, but also with several South Cal dealers and even broker quotes -- and they were still at the top. My BMW family loyalty rebate and history of selling a car to their sister dealership (Stevens Creek Honda) right across the street helped, but even without that, their pricing was extremely competitive. Adriel was my salesperson, and he was phenomenal throughout the entire process. From the initial test drive to keeping me updated on the production&delivery status to post delivery support, he was consistently responsive -- even replying to iMessages during odd hours. More importantly, he was transparent and straightforward. No games, no pressure, no last-minute surprises. I tend to be very cautious with dealerships. Before buying, I did a lot of homework on common tactics used to boost dealership profit -- things like grossly marked-up interest rates, nitrogen tire upsells, VIN etching, inflated doc fees, and other junk add-ons. Stevens Creek BMW didn't pull any of that. The experience felt clean and professional. During paperwork, Eric (finance/doc) did walk us through options like the Ultimate Care maintenance package and extended warranty, but it was presented reasonably -- not pushed aggressively. In my case, since we plan to keep the X5 for 10+ years and the pricing was more than solid, buying them actually made sense. Viet, the BMW Genius, was also fantastic. He walked me through the car setup, explained everything clearly, and made the transition from a lifelong sedan driver to an SUV feel much less intimidating. PS he has a great sense of humor which made the whole experience enjoyable, even while we were slowly roasting in the sun. read more

Shady liars. Read your paperwork carefully. Finance guy hands me loan docs to sign with a loan amount $20k higher than my actual loan. I recently took my 2022 BMW X3 with 37,000 miles to Stevens Creek BMW for routine maintenance. I knew the car needed an oil change and a brake fluid exchange, and both of those services were completed. The problem came when I picked up the car. After I paid the bill, I was handed a detailed invoice. This was actually the first time I had seen the detailed invoice, and I noticed a $225 charge for something called a "Vehicle Check." I asked the dealership what this charge was, but no one there could explain it to me. My service advisor had already left for the day, so I texted him. He later explained that it was an "enhanced" vehicle inspection that goes beyond BMW's complimentary multi-point inspection. I told him that if this was an optional $225 service, I should have been informed about it before it was performed. I was never given a detailed breakdown of the services that would be performed or the charges I was agreeing to when I dropped off the car. Had I known about this additional $225 inspection in advance, I would not have authorized it. What was particularly frustrating was being told that the complimentary multi-point inspection that BMW promotes is apparently not particularly useful, while this additional $225 inspection is the more valuable one. If that's the case, customers should be clearly told about the difference and given the opportunity to accept or decline the additional service. It's possible there was simply a miscommunication between my advisor and me. But from my perspective, the experience was troubling. The oil service itself was reasonably priced at about $115, which is competitive with many independent shops. But discovering an additional $225 charge only after the work had been completed left me feeling that the final bill was substantially different from what I understood I was authorizing. My advice to other BMW owners: buyer beware. When you bring your car in for service, ask for a detailed written estimate before any work is performed, ask specifically about any inspections or recommended services, and make sure you understand which items are optional and which you actually want performed. Then compare the final invoice carefully with what you authorized. I like my BMW, and I don't mind paying for quality service. What I do mind is being charged $225 for a service that I didn't know was being performed and never had the opportunity to accept or decline. Stevens Creek BMW would do well to make these charges much more transparent and obtain clear customer authorization before performing them. read more

Mansour Zare at Stevens Creek has been my go to guy for years. I have bought multiple cars and I always come back to him because he consistently delivers the best experience. What I appreciate most is that he is never trying to be a pushy sales guy. He is trying to take care of you. He is professional, very knowledgeable, and genuinely patient. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers every question, and makes the whole process feel easy instead of stressful. He also goes out of his way to save you money and get you the best deal possible. Von has been the absolute best with the purchase of both our cars. Answers all questions and fixes all issues. He was not pushy like most salesman. He looked for what we asked for, sent us info on many different cars for us to look at, then sped us through the purchase so our kids didn't drive us mad while getting things done. Shadi was brilliant. Thanks to him the financial part was easy. He is very friendly and always says hi when he sees me come in for anything. I was very disappointed with my experience at BMW of Stevens Creek. The salesperson we worked with quoted us a monthly payment that was surprisingly high, even after telling us we would need to put $3,000 down. To compare, we visited another BMW dealership nearby, and they provided us with a much better monthly payment quote without even requiring a down payment. That made us question whether we were being offered a fair deal at Stevens Creek. Buying a car is a major decision, and customers deserve transparent, competitive pricing from the start. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience here. We ended up purchasing elsewhere because we felt we received a much better offer and overall experience. I hope the dealership takes customer concerns seriously and works on providing more competitive and transparent financing options in the future. read more

Customer service and sales are horrible. We recently went in to Stevens Creek BMW to take a look at the BMW iX3. After looking around for 10 minutes, we went inside. A sales rep remained seated while we looked then said, Can I help you? We told him we were looking for the ix3. He said, oh, it's on a test drive. We asked if we could see it and he said no. Walking through the parking lot, we saw it sitting with no one around. Fortunately, we were able to tour and sit in it. In the 15 minutes looking at the car, no one came to see if we needed anything. Happy to have had our personal tour we looked and left. I'm sure we'll end up getting one but not from this dealership. We love our BMW X3 and are excited to work with someone who takes pride in their product and is willing to take the time to chat. read more

What started as a test drive turned into almost 100 text messages and dozens of phone calls. The sales person and his minions began harassing me to lease when I specifically gave him a timeline. It gets better. I presented a counter offer on the SUV I wanted and it took over 4 days to get back to me. Stupid kid games. I suggest you buy your BMW elsewhere unless you like being constantly harassed by the sales person. This place is a joke, walk away. There are better BMW dealers not far away. read more

I recently reached out to BMW of Stevens Creek while shopping for a new BMW X7. I had received a promotional email from the dealership advertising 0.9% APR, and the email even had the GM's name attached to it. When I contacted the dealership and asked about the promotion, I specifically referenced the email and even sent them a screenshot of it. Instead of addressing the promotion or explaining the details, the sales manager simply responded that the best rate they would offer was 1.99% APR. There was no explanation and no acknowledgment of the email I had provided. The lack of transparency and poor communication was disappointing. If a dealership sends out promotional offers with management's name on it, customers should at least receive a clear explanation when asking about those offers. Because of this experience, I decided to purchase my BMW from another dealership that was more transparent and professional during the process. read more

Was looking for a x5 50e from Southern California. I eventually landed on a handful of vehicles and started to negotiate pricing. My salesman I don't want to disclose who but knew I was flying in that day to make the deal happen because I finally received a number I liked. He proceeds to call me to make sure (completely understandable), but while flight delays and other things was happening, instead of making sure I was okay, called me multiple time while I was unable to pick up the phone. Leaves voice messages, and by the time my flights actually landed, 530. I landed to a text stating the car has been sold. I ended up getting an uber to BMW Mountain view to make a different deal. disappointing experience. We had a terrible experience at Monterey BMW and we were hopeful this would be better. So far, it's not at all. I specifically asked about the Kelly Blue Book of the car we were buying and was told it was about $3k higher than they had priced. I naively trusted my said person - why would he lie about something easy to look up. Nope. He quoted the "car Fax" value, not the KBB, which was significantly higher, making it look like I was getting a deal. Then, we get home and one of the keys doesn't work. "Must be the battery". You didn't check?!?! Fine, overnight a battery. Three days later, no battery. "Oh, we did not overnight things". I'm sorry , I thought this was a luxury dealership. Today, my other fob battery dies as well. So I have a $32,000 paperweight. I call the manager- ok now we will overnight it (I live about an hour away). Disrespectful of Women! My wife and I made an appointment at Steven's Creek BMW (2 hours distance from our home) to look at a specific vehicle. Upon arrival, a male sales associate introduced himself only to me, shaking my hand, and then turned to walk with us. Thus far he never acknowledged my wife, who was standing right next to me, so I stopped him and introduced her. That rep led us to another rep, also male, who would be showing us the car. As we walked with him, I told him we'd both be looking it over before our test-drive. While we were inspecting it, the salesman interrupted only my wife and told her to get in the passenger seat (despite the fact it was obvious she knew her way around this model and what to review). During the test drive, I drove first. Partway through, I took an exit to trade places with my wife so she could also test drive it. With an incredulous voice, he asked, "Your wife will drive on the freeway?" Very disappointing visit today at Steven's Creek BMW. Took my car for oil change & was surprised with the fact that many things changed since my last visit. Normally this place would offer a drop off service but apparently they no longer offer it so I had to spend on Uber. Also, my car wasn't washed after service due to my car having a aftermarket rear spoiler & front lip which doesn't make sense because previously I wasn't told that. It's like they don't want to do any complimentary work anymore. But what really caught my attention was the fact that, after picking up my vehicle from service, I've notice my steering wheel alignment was a bit off & now drifts to the side when driving. Didn't happen before I brought it in because previously I had to pay $250 at this location for a wheel alignment after financing my car here due to steering problems a couple of years ago. Honestly, I've had some bad inconveniences at this dealer & will now service my car somewhere else. Its sad knowing everything is just getting worse with customer service. read more

Been going to Stevens Creek BMW for service since 2007. Service has declined dramatically over the years. So bad that their seasoned service advisors all left. The techs are inexperienced. Took a car in for brake changed but they didn't reset the light. Requested them to reset before leaving but said they couldn't figure out how to do it. Gave up and left with the car. Did some internet reading and was able to reset the light on my own with no problems. To top off the inexperience of their techs, they needed to do an OBD scan on another one of our vehicle and we have a dash cam that is plugged into that port. Instead of figuring how to unplug it properly, they pried it out and broke the connection to the dash cam. On another vehicle, they door dinged the passenger door in their lot while moving the vehicle around. They willingly assumed responsibility for the repair but it took several weeks to get the car back. But here's the kicker..they had the body shop work on the wrong door. Back the car went to the body shot. In all, they were in possession of our car for 4+ weeks. And a heads up, if you bring a car in for service, they now charge a 3% service fee for credit cards. They are a luxury brand but can't absorb the fee? Better off going to an Indy shop moving forward. read more
