Getting some regular maintenance service done and the customer service was great. We were greeted and helped right away.

Stevens Creek BMW offered, hands down, THE best deal I could find among all BMW dealerships in the Bay Area. I compared extensively -- not just locally, but also with several South Cal dealers and even broker quotes -- and they were still at the top. My BMW family loyalty rebate and history of selling a car to their sister dealership (Stevens Creek Honda) right across the street helped, but even without that, their pricing was extremely competitive. Adriel was my salesperson, and he was phenomenal throughout the entire process. From the initial test drive to keeping me updated on the production&delivery status to post delivery support, he was consistently responsive -- even replying to iMessages during odd hours. More importantly, he was transparent and straightforward. No games, no pressure, no last-minute surprises. I tend to be very cautious with dealerships. Before buying, I did a lot of homework on common tactics used to boost dealership profit -- things like grossly marked-up interest rates, nitrogen tire upsells, VIN etching, inflated doc fees, and other junk add-ons. Stevens Creek BMW didn't pull any of that. The experience felt clean and professional. During paperwork, Eric (finance/doc) did walk us through options like the Ultimate Care maintenance package and extended warranty, but it was presented reasonably -- not pushed aggressively. In my case, since we plan to keep the X5 for 10+ years and the pricing was more than solid, buying them actually made sense. Viet, the BMW Genius, was also fantastic. He walked me through the car setup, explained everything clearly, and made the transition from a lifelong sedan driver to an SUV feel much less intimidating. PS he has a great sense of humor which made the whole experience enjoyable, even while we were slowly roasting in the sun.

3 weeks ago I paid $900 for Stevens Creek BMW to replace my car battery. This morning, as I am about to leave work for lunch, I hit the start engine button and the entire car just turns off. I use BMW Roadside Assistance and get it towed to Stevens Creek BMW (roughly 11:00 AM). I get to Stevens Creek BMW i think a little after 12PM because I have stuff to do at work, and I get told that my service rep is at lunch. I physically watch 2 people at the service center call my rep and confirm this; so I went on a test drive of a 530i xdrive with Kaya (shes great). I come back from my test drive, and go back to the service center. There I get told once again that my service rep is at lunch, and that he always takes his lunch between 1 and 2. So are service staff just lying to customers faces? My service rep tells me he thinks its a software problem, and that they reinstalled the OS for my 2023 330i. I go back to work. At this point I spent 3.5 hours of today not working on stuff I wanted to work on. At roughly 4:00 PM, I need to drop something off at a different facility; I get into my car, hit the start engine button, and the whole car turns off again. Literally less than 2 hours after I left Stevens Creek BMW. Imagine how I found out that the leads to the battery were not torqued to spec, and were loose. The top line leaders of my entire operation, who also happen to be car guys, were nice enough to take a look at my car. Imagine my embarrassment watching directors and managers pick through my car just to tell me someone forgot to screw down a bolt holding a lead to my $900 car battery. I over pay for a car battery at Stevens Creek BMW because I expect quality work. This is not quality work at all; you guys had me thinking I needed a new alternator. if I ever have to experience something like this again I will go buy a Lexus IS350 F Sport.

I honestly wasn't even expecting to get exactly what I wanted, especially knowing these cars have one year waitlists, but she stayed on top of it like a hawk and somehow made it happen. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail are unmatched. On top of that, she is incredibly friendly and has the perfect non-pressure approach, which made me feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Barry, Carlos, Lei and Farwad, who were all wonderful to work with and truly added to the experience. The entire team made me feel supported, valued, and excited, not just like another transaction. Buying my dream car exceeded every expectation I had, and that is 100 percent thanks to this incredible group. If you're even thinking about purchasing a vehicle, do yourself a favor and work with Jennifer and her team. This is how car buying should feel. Highly, highly recommend.

The one thing that was disappointing, though, was that the tech reset my tire pressure to 30/28 PSI (front/back), stating this was the Audi recommended pressure, while the recommended pressure is actually 35 PSI front/back. I don't expect a tech the remember the tire pressures for all Audi models, but all it takes is a glance at the sticker when opening the driver's door if you don't know. That shouldn't be happening at a dealership. Yikes! And when I provided this feedback to the service adviser post the visit, I never heard back. Would have expected an apology and offer to rest the pressures to factory recommended.

Audi San Jose ruined my credit over a $695 tail light and violated fair credit reporting laws…read more This review is about my 2022 Audi lease return and the fallout caused by Audi San Jose. For context: I've been a loyal Audi customer for over 15 years. I've bought four cars from this dealership for hundreds of thousands of dollars and have personally recommended them to at least 10 friends. That's how much trust I had in them. When I returned my 2022 Audi, the dealership told me to cancel the independent lease inspection that I had previously scheduled and bring the car directly to them because they would "handle everything" on the same day. I was at the dealership signing and driving away in my new 2024 Audi e-tron GT, believing--based on what they told me--that the lease return was fully taken care of. Seven months later, out of nowhere, Audi Financial claimed there was a problem with the lease return: a $695 charge for a cracked tail light -- something they told me would be handled and disclosed on the same day. Audi never contacted me during those seven months. No notice. No discussion. No attempt to resolve anything before it escalated. I immediately disputed the charge in writing through the proper channels with documentation. Despite that, the charge was pushed through anyway and reported in a way that wrecked my credit. Since then, I have spent months--now over a year--trying to get this resolved. All I am asking is that Audi Financial properly report the facts back to the credit bureaus. They have refused to do so. The impact: my credit score went from ~820 to ~590 over this single $695 issue -- a problem that exists only because I followed Audi San Jose's instructions and trusted them to handle the return properly. To make matters worse, Audi San Jose has never acknowledged that they told me to cancel the inspection in the first place, even though that instruction is what put me in this position. Based on how this was handled -- reporting a disputed charge, ignoring the dispute, refusing to correct the reporting, and causing massive credit damage without any meaningful attempt to resolve it -- Audi violated fair credit reporting laws and basic consumer protection standards and I will be pursuing this further with consumer protection organizations. This wasn't a minor inconvenience. This was: * Bad guidance from the dealership * Zero follow-up for seven months * Then financial and credit damage over a $695 tail light charge * And over a year of refusal to fix their reporting After 15+ years of loyalty, four cars, and countless referrals, I will never, ever, ever buy another car from Audi again.

But, in a market where cars are in high demand, supply is drastically low, and are selling for $10k+ over MSRP... thats as good as it gets. We were referred to Arkady through a friend. Hubby has a long history in retail sales, so the car buying experience has always been... eventful, as everyone knows. But now with 2 toddlers in tow, we weren't able to dedicate the months-long research, wheeling and dealing, and multiple dealership trips all over the Bay Area to get what we wanted. So we decided to give Arkady a try. We told Arkady what we wanted. SPECIFICALLY what we wanted. Down to the T. A brand new Platinum Highlander Hybrid in Pearly White. A special order color, in a very sought after trim level and combination. Arkady looked and found us a few, but we weren't ready yet. So we waited. And the aftermath of COVID was in full affect. The dreaded chip shortage. Dealer lots were empty, cars were being bought up like no other, and the market is now flooded with buyers willing to pay top dollar from a supply pool that would disappear with a sneeze. Unfortunately for us, we just couldn't afford to battle with ballers, so we waited, hoping Arkady could find us a deal. Luckily, Arkady was able to place us an order with the Toyota Factory for our specific car, in our specific trim. We waited a few weeks, putting our trust in Arkady, and we finally got the call. The vehicle had landed and was ready for us. Everything we wanted, as we had requested. Even in this market, he was able to get us below the MSRP, which is absolutely mind blowing. He promised, and delivered in spades. His cost of service is worth its weight in gold. The process was painless. He was prompt with his communication and was always straight forward. On delivery day, we met at his office and spent no more than 15 minutes doing paperwork.... to buy a car... that was tailor made to our specification.... at a deal we were more than happy with... We cannot emphasize at how valuable his services were to us, and our family thanks him greatly. Remember the kids? They didn't even have time to even THINK about throwing a tantrum before they were buckled up in the new car and we were on our way. Arkady runs a no-joke, no-frills, get-it-done business. He saved us a lot of time, stress, and yes, money during the car buying process, and has a customer for life. Thank you, Arkady, for all that you've done!

Seems easy, right?! Nope. After countless emails, txt messages, and phone calls from the dealership, I finally received a clear response to my request. Of course, this still required multiple txt messages & a call. In between, I continued to receive multiple calls & txt messages from other people at the dealership. Fortunately, my iPhone blocks all unknown calls/txts. Over 18 hours later, I received a response from Chris at with the exact monthly payment amount. It was 412 pm. I was exhausted, but still needed to contact my insurance company to make sure the cost + car payment would fall within my budget. I'm really bad at math, but my calculations are much quicker than the sales manager. Now, it's past 5 pm on a Friday. Shout out to Jessica Connelly's Farmers Insurance agent!! She stayed late to verify full coverage payment amount for the vehicle I wanted to buy. It only took her 30 minutes!! That includes sending her the details of the car. Now, I have cold feet. Unfortunately, there was a communication breakdown. No one called me back on Saturday to tell me the status of my car or that they will be keeping my car overnight. We called and left a message, but no one ever called us back. Sunday, we called and we spoke to Jenny. She apologized for Michael, he had the day off Sunday, she set us up with a loaner car. They kept my car overnight again. Monday, we received an inspection video of my car, that was cool, but it was difficult to hear and understand the mechanic as he did the walk through. Later, Jenny contacted me and informed me that my car was ready for pick up. I wish we had a better experience.
