I had a check engine light on my Subaru Forester Sport 2020. So iI went to this dealership and relieved that it is covered with the warranty. I received a really great service starting from the first person i interacted with and. all the way to the staff that send me off with a brand new loaner car for free! The service advisor , Nhat sent text if i have questions. He also called me about recommended service for my vehicle and sent me text of updates re: my vehicle. I am so thankful that i went to get my service done here. This place is highly recommended.

I love Stevens Creek almost as much as I love my new Subaru! The best part of my experience was working with the sales agent, Andreas. He was knowledgeable, helpful, kind, patient, and a total pleasure to work with on my purchase. He addressed all of my questions and concerns and even helped me consider important factors when making my purchase that I had not considered. I want to give a huge thank you to Pete, William, and Luis for their outstanding help and support throughout my car-buying journey. This was my first time getting a new car, and I couldn't have asked for a better team to guide me. They made the entire process feel smooth, easy, and stress-free, which meant a lot to me. When I first visited the dealership last Tuesday, the specific car I was looking for wasn't in stock. Pete followed up with me just a few days later on Friday evening to let me know the exact car I wanted had arrived. I came back the very next day (Saturday), got my old Subaru Crosstrek appraised, and signed the lease for my new car all in one visit. Throughout it all, the team went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and made sure to inform me every step of the way. Wonderful buying experience. Went in with my wife and kid just to narrow down our trim and color choices. Greeted and led around by Peyman M., he was so warm and friendly we were lucky to find each other for real. He let us tour the upper deck and sit in and explore all the Outback trims, test drive, it was great. Low pressure the whole time, he simply stated there's attractive financing this week if purchasing today. We jumped on his offer and the whole buying process was smooth and chill. There was a large TV with the niners playing where my crazy toddler could chill and distract himself while we discussed financing and contracts. A barista there gave him hot chocolate and lil' man was happy. Walked away with a great car and decent deal, two complimentary Sierra lift tickets, and a legit memorable and positive buying experience. We did this all in a sleepy Sunday afternoon, probably took 3 hours and we enjoyed ourselves the entire time. Advice: ask for Peyman!

Had my first service yesterday. Ace was very helpful, professional, friendly and welcoming. Even though there are no major issue with my Outback, he explained everything he saw and did not see. The things that was done and not done He also explained the charges and fees. The waiting area and restroom is clean. The lounge has wifi, tv, have some free snacks, water and a nice cafe. I will try the cafe next time. Had some welcome talks and upcoming Subaru updates from Kuya Bas and Alelie. Everyone is very welcoming. Overall experience is good. Will be back for my next service. -Ferdie

Yes we charge a credit card fee of 3% on credit card charges. There is no fee for debit cards.

Are dogs allowed in the cars that get loaned out?

When I rented a car, there was a sign which noted no dogs allowed in the car. There would be a cleaning fee for hair.

What a difference good staff makes. Parsa in particular greeted me as I walked in the door, which I believe is the first time ever that has happened at this site. He further asked my reason for visiting and immediately helped me before I queued up at the teller window. I greatly appreciated this since he saved me a step in my banking business during that visit. As far as I'm concerned, he should be the bank mascot. He always greets me with a smile. It was time for us to upgrade the family hauler, so the long research process began…read more.. Long story short, Arkady got us the car we wanted just under MSRP. Nothing to brag about right? But, in a market where cars are in high demand, supply is drastically low, and are selling for $10k+ over MSRP... thats as good as it gets. We were referred to Arkady through a friend. Hubby has a long history in retail sales, so the car buying experience has always been... eventful, as everyone knows. But now with 2 toddlers in tow, we weren't able to dedicate the months-long research, wheeling and dealing, and multiple dealership trips all over the Bay Area to get what we wanted. So we decided to give Arkady a try. We told Arkady what we wanted. SPECIFICALLY what we wanted. Down to the T. A brand new Platinum Highlander Hybrid in Pearly White. A special order color, in a very sought after trim level and combination. Arkady looked and found us a few, but we weren't ready yet. So we waited. And the aftermath of COVID was in full affect. The dreaded chip shortage. Dealer lots were empty, cars were being bought up like no other, and the market is now flooded with buyers willing to pay top dollar from a supply pool that would disappear with a sneeze. Unfortunately for us, we just couldn't afford to battle with ballers, so we waited, hoping Arkady could find us a deal. Luckily, Arkady was able to place us an order with the Toyota Factory for our specific car, in our specific trim. We waited a few weeks, putting our trust in Arkady, and we finally got the call. The vehicle had landed and was ready for us. Everything we wanted, as we had requested. Even in this market, he was able to get us below the MSRP, which is absolutely mind blowing. He promised, and delivered in spades. His cost of service is worth its weight in gold. The process was painless. He was prompt with his communication and was always straight forward. On delivery day, we met at his office and spent no more than 15 minutes doing paperwork.... to buy a car... that was tailor made to our specification.... at a deal we were more than happy with... We cannot emphasize at how valuable his services were to us, and our family thanks him greatly. Remember the kids? They didn't even have time to even THINK about throwing a tantrum before they were buckled up in the new car and we were on our way. Arkady runs a no-joke, no-frills, get-it-done business. He saved us a lot of time, stress, and yes, money during the car buying process, and has a customer for life. Thank you, Arkady, for all that you've done!

I'm a huge fan of Mazda cars, but the service department at Stevens Creek Mazda is a joke. I…read morebrought my 2015 Mazda3 in for the Mazda Connect Class Action Settlement because my display keeps freezing and the touchscreen is totally unresponsive. They confirmed the screen is dead, but then played word games to avoid fixing it. They claimed it's a "lens cover" issue--not a "display" issue--whatever that means. Just so they wouldn't have to honor the settlement. To make it even more ridiculous, they tried to sell me a CarPlay upgrade while standing right in front of a screen they knew didn't work. I texted the Service Manager, Neff Castro, to ask for my diagnostic notes and a real explanation. He's been completely unresponsive. But the part that really pisses me off? I'm still getting automated "special offer" spam from that same phone number. They can't be bothered to reply to my complaint, but they'll keep blowing up my phone for more money. Honestly, just save yourself the headache and go to Oak Tree Mazda instead. I'd rather drive further and not deal with crooks.
