Daniel and Paul are very knowledgeable and I appreciate that they have been able to aid us in keeping our Telluride well-maintained without paying for unnecessary services. I also find that our car is always finished well before the promised time. I love that my car is always cleaned after being serviced. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. My husband and I had an awful experience here. We had come in a few days earlier for a test drive, but they were busy and specifically asked us to come back on Monday. We did exactly that. When we arrived, there was no one at reception. We asked multiple salespeople for help, and everyone we spoke to was curt and acted like we were bothering them. After waiting about 15 minutes, someone finally came over to take us for the test drive. From the start, he seemed irritated and completely uninterested in helping us. The "test drive" lasted less than five minutes, essentially to the next traffic light, a U-turn, and straight back. He barely spoke, barely answered our questions, and made it obvious that he wanted the interaction over as quickly as possible. Then he essentially told us, "We're short-staffed, and if you're not buying a car right now, I have other things to do." I was stunned. We are actively shopping for a car and have visited several dealerships. I have never had a salesperson speak to us like that. It was dismissive, rude, and incredibly unprofessional. Apparently, wanting to test drive a car and ask questions before spending tens of thousands of dollars is considered an inconvenience here. We went back inside and spoke to someone who appeared to be a manager or owner. We explained how unwelcome we had been made to feel and said the behavior was so unprofessional that it warranted a negative review. His response was: "Will that make you feel better?" That was honestly the final straw. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging how poorly we had been treated, he responded sarcastically. Only afterward did he suddenly start asking what car we wanted and quoting prices that were already listed on the website. The short test drive by itself would be annoying but not necessarily review-worthy. The bigger issue is the way we were treated around it: multiple people acting like we were a nuisance, the salesperson essentially saying he had better things to do if we weren't buying immediately, and then the manager responding to our complaint with "Will that make you feel better?" That last part especially is pretty unprofessional. The whole experience was hostile, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. We had returned because THEY asked us to come back, and somehow we were treated like an annoyance for doing so. There are plenty of dealerships that will treat you with basic courtesy and professionalism. Take your business somewhere else. read more

Landed at Stevens Creek Kia at an unfortunate time because they were in the process of moving all their cars. My bad for not calling ahead. Unable to test drive, so made an appointment with Ash. Very specific about what I needed and wanted. Kia Sportage PHEV. Want to test it going up a hill so that I could compare with Hyundai and Toyota. He told me to go to Capitol Kia and test there and he would beat their deal (rude!). Nonetheless, I needed it to be San Jose, close to my mom's since the car is for her. I called the day before to confirm. He said he would have a car ready. When we arrived, the car was not ready. It was not charged at all. Ash passed us off to another salesman who was a smoker and reeked enough to make me cough, although he was polite and nice. As soon as we began to drive, the salesman directed me, saying we could not go more than 10 miles. What happened to my designed test-drive?? The other two dealerships (Toyota and Hyundai) were happy to make the same test drive happen. I turned into the neighborhood and took it back. There was no apology, no consideration, no nothing. Theses sales people our the lazy people to deal with. They refused to look up a residual to get the exact price of the vechicle They just make up a percentage number of 65 percent. Is this percent of msrp or net price. I got quotes exatly from other Kia dealers and they are able to tell me the residual. These residuals our comming at 45 not 65 percent of msrp. The residual is base on Kia fiancing so it should be easy to look at. Everyone in this dealership want to make money without doing no work. The fiance is also too good to return phone calls. If this dealership cant be upfront like this dont give your hard earn money. read more

2nd update (6/26, ): Now down to 1 star. Had my 16k service and they insisted on additional services behind the service in the manual. For an electric car that doesn't need oil changes, they charged about $750, most of which was labor for cleaning the battery and battery charging port. I later verified the only service recommended was your rotation and cabin air filter. They gave me a $75 coupon which brought the price down to $675, still far more than reasonable. Also, I never did get the charging adapter and just bought my own. By far the worst dealer service I've experienced, and I'm not ever going back. Update (8/25, ): reducing from 4 stars to 2 stars. No complaints about while I was there (except as noted below), but in the almost 2 months I've gotten no actual answers about this complimentary NACS adapter that is supposed to be coming to me. I have gotten marketing emails reminding me that I'm eligible for this adapter, but nobody calls or emails back when I reach out asking when it is coming. Sam emailed a generic follow up after the sale to say to reach out anytime, but doesn't respond if I do reach out. Very disappointed. At least we like the car. (Original review, 6/25, ): Just bought a Kia Niro EV. Our sales person, Sam, was friendly, fairly knowledgeable about the cars they were selling, and didn't try to upsell at all. Unfortunately, they didn't have the adapter for Level 3 charging available that they promised came with the car, so we have to wait on that, and the parts department didn't have any Level 1/2 charging cables in stock, so we had to buy those separately. Came here because we saw a car we were interested in on their website. The lot was a disaster, there's construction going on. Lots of pre-owned vehicles in the lot but we were looking for a 2027 car. We walked around the entire lot on our own, no one came out to welcome us or help us. We entered into the showroom and were asked if we had an appointment. I said no and asked if it was required, the sales person said no and informed me he would look for someone for me. No one came for about 5 minutes. The receptionist asked if someone helped us or if we had an appointment. We informed her we were looking at their website and wanted to see a car posted. She was kind enough to look up the car using the stock number we gave her. Then asked several people 4-5 if they were available to help us. No one was free. Finally Al came to help us. ANOTHER UPDATE: At this same visit, I had the service team inspect the driver's side interior A pillar trim which was visibly loose (unlike the right side). I was told at the end of the day that there was a broken clip and that they replaced the clip but the looseness remained. They stated they compared this to a new vehicle and that this was "normal for the car." After having the care inspected at Hilltop Kia in Richmond today they said that the team at Stevens Creek had jammed the piece back into place incorrectly and that the clips inside were broken (and that this is not normal). They are ordering me new clips and if this doesn't fix the issue, they offered to replace the entire trim piece under warranty. This is how service should be done! Again, Stevens Creek Kia is just shady on all accounts. Stay away! read more
