I purchased a car from Abe today and my experience was excellent! Just like it was when I purchased my first car from him 3 years ago!! He is very helpful and wants to help people!! I recommend him and his vehicles to everyone out there!!i am a very happy customer! Thank you so much Abe!!!

Dont go here. This guy is a scum and sales broken cars. I test drove 2 vehicles both had problems. The Chrysler started POURING coolant as soon as I was done with my test drive and they still had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to apply for credit to get the car. Second car was a Cadillac STS and while accelerating it would vibrate and the check engine would flash then turn off after a couple minutes. When we told them we weren't interested he told us to leave. Go elsewhere if you know what's good for you.

    Beautiful, baby.

Both experiences were delightful, stress free (who would associate stress-free when you buy a car?) and quick. No hassle car buying - that should be his business's title. He helped us narrow down the list of cars we were looking at and make a decision that worked for us. He also scheduled all the test drives, negotiated the prices, and pointed us to a specific person at the dealership, a complete VIP experience. He did the same for our friends just this week, they bought a great car in a great condition, he negotiated the price down and steered them away from less desirable options. My friend was nervous (just like I was before ) because the process of buying a car is stressful. But after they got into the dealership and the car was waiting for them, they test drove and bought the car. My friend said: who would have thought that I can enjoy buying a car! And that's all thanks to Jeremy. Believe me I'm not hyping him up, he is professional, kind and customer centric. Thank you Jeremy!

tldr, (1) outclassed by other experience I've had on more expensive cars at other dealers (2)…read moredidn't seem interested in selling the car (or just me as a customer?) (3) feeling's reciprocal and I won't be coming back here (or affiliated dealerships e.g., Stevens Creek Toyota) after discussing said experience with friends. Had a yelp account for a while but dont typically leave reviews, but here goes my time here from a couple of weeks ago just to underscore the negative experience (obviously understanding that these yelp ratings tend to be 1 or 5, since who has enough time or wherewithal to write about a 3 star experience). To preface all this, I'm in the market for a sportier car to supplement my daily but was still researching/cross-shopping very different options (Mazda Miata, Toyota GR86, Lotus Emira, BMW M2, Porsche Cayman & 911, McClaren 570S & Artura, etc.) I was in the area after testing an M2 and 911 at the respective nearby dealerships on Stevens Creek and saw this dealer had a used 718 Cayman S I was interested in, so I decided to stop by to check it out and see if I could do a test drive. This was on a slow weekend afternoon and I was the only one there, along with a sales person and the owner/manager in the back that I didn't get a chance to talk to. I described my situation (doing research and testing, not looking to commit to purchasing that day), but had shortlisted the Cayman they had and asked if I could do a short test drive to get some initial impressions. So this is where the poor experience and rating comes in. After coming back with the keys, the salesperson started the car to show off the exhaust; after a couple of awkward minutes of me looking around the exterior and the trunk he opened, I asked if we could take it out for a test drive -- he was hesitant since it had relatively low mileage (30k) but said maybe we could take a similar one out with higher milage (80k), but would need to check with the manager. I said I understood and was fine with that (though wish they were more upfront with that when I made the initial ask). Anyways, they disappear into the office for 5 minutes while I waited outside and came back and said the owner/manager denied the test drive because they didnt want to put more miles on the car (that had 80,000 miles on it already). I left saying it's understandable, but still felt strange by the reasoning (10 [0.01%] more miles on a proxy car with 80,000?). It wasn't until I had much more postive/or maybe "normal" experiences later on that I felt compelled to write this review -- no other dealer batted an eye on much more expensive cars to do test drive after I explained timing and what I was looking for. So thanks to Stevens Creek Mazda/Porsche/BMW, Boardwalk Lotus, McClaren SF and Ferrari SF for making it frictionless and calibrating me to the experience outlier here. In retrospect it's apparent they didn't want me as a customer since they didn't ask for any contact or follow-up info (I'd expressed interest in the used Lotus they had on display), and obviously after-purchase or service support would be reflective of that.

We came in on a weekend afternoon to check out a car they had on their used lot. We decided to take a quick look at the car before heading in to check in with Kevin when Michael, another associate, noticed us and asked if we'd like him to grab the key for us to check out the car. It was refreshing to have a sales associate acknowledge us so quickly and politely. While walking around, we noticed a handful of other cars we wanted to check out. Kevin and Jason were both extremely accommodating when I kept asking to sit in multiple cars and I ended up test driving two of them. When we found out one of the cars didn't have wireless car play, Kevin quickly got out of the car and ran to his car to personally let us borrow a cable to test. We were there for a good 30 minutes perusing the cars on their lot and never once did Kevin or Jason pressure us into buying a vehicle. They asked questions about what I was looking for and made recommendations but they never made me feel uncomfortable. When we finally settled on which car we wanted to purchase, and tried to negotiate, Jason was very transparent and asked us what we were looking for. He actively listened to our concerns and met us in the middle without that salesperson aggression. This team is small but their customer service is amazing! Even though our encounter with Michael was brief, I could see him helping out customers and tending to those who were waiting for the finance manager. Highly recommend coming by if you're on the market for a car, whether it's an Alfa Romeo or a used car on their lot. Thank you to Kevin and Jason for all your help!

It was after that experience I promised myself I would happily drive an hour in any direction so as not to set foot in that depressing, time-capsule of a service department again. But, in a market where cars are in high demand, supply is drastically low, and are selling for $10k+ over MSRP... thats as good as it gets. We were referred to Arkady through a friend. Hubby has a long history in retail sales, so the car buying experience has always been... eventful, as everyone knows. But now with 2 toddlers in tow, we weren't able to dedicate the months-long research, wheeling and dealing, and multiple dealership trips all over the Bay Area to get what we wanted. So we decided to give Arkady a try. We told Arkady what we wanted. SPECIFICALLY what we wanted. Down to the T. A brand new Platinum Highlander Hybrid in Pearly White. A special order color, in a very sought after trim level and combination. Arkady looked and found us a few, but we weren't ready yet. So we waited. And the aftermath of COVID was in full affect. The dreaded chip shortage. Dealer lots were empty, cars were being bought up like no other, and the market is now flooded with buyers willing to pay top dollar from a supply pool that would disappear with a sneeze. Unfortunately for us, we just couldn't afford to battle with ballers, so we waited, hoping Arkady could find us a deal. Luckily, Arkady was able to place us an order with the Toyota Factory for our specific car, in our specific trim. We waited a few weeks, putting our trust in Arkady, and we finally got the call. The vehicle had landed and was ready for us. Everything we wanted, as we had requested. Even in this market, he was able to get us below the MSRP, which is absolutely mind blowing. He promised, and delivered in spades. His cost of service is worth its weight in gold. The process was painless. He was prompt with his communication and was always straight forward. On delivery day, we met at his office and spent no more than 15 minutes doing paperwork.... to buy a car... that was tailor made to our specification.... at a deal we were more than happy with... We cannot emphasize at how valuable his services were to us, and our family thanks him greatly. Remember the kids? They didn't even have time to even THINK about throwing a tantrum before they were buckled up in the new car and we were on our way. Arkady runs a no-joke, no-frills, get-it-done business. He saved us a lot of time, stress, and yes, money during the car buying process, and has a customer for life. Thank you, Arkady, for all that you've done!

Obviously the sales staff are paid by commission, which can create a rather cutthroat environment. However, at enterprise the staff work as a team. So the team that does the work for you split the commission. And it shows in the way the staff members supported each other. I also found out that Enterprise cares about its staff and has internal procedures to promote their careers Enterprise also has a no haggle policy, the price is the price and that's it. This made the car buying process so much simpler. It's one less factor to juggle around. All of the prices are below the bluebook value. Furthermore, enterprise does not sell cars that are more than four years old. Obviously the used cars that are available are from their rental fleet. I doubt they keep cars that are more than five years old. You can sift through the cars by here by make, model, year, and mileage. They automatically give you the Carfax report. They have enough in inventory that you have some choice. Both Pat and Kate help me decide which make, model and helped me narrow down my choices. I told them my first priority was reliability. Pat proceeded to show me a Toyota, a Nissan and oddly a Mitsubishi. I was not aware that Mitsubishi was in the most reliable car category. I was very interested in the Nissan Altima. It had a lot of bells and whistles, some neat safety features and was priced about $5000 less than the Toyota. After further research, it turns out Nissan has had a troubled history in the last decade and a half. Certainly cars from that era were less than reliable. However, seems like the company has turned itself around, and the cars are greatly improved. However, the turnaround has been recent enough that it's unclear if the new cars are reliable. they simply don't have the history to prove it. As for Mitsubishi... Before enterprise allows a car into the used car pool, it must pass inspection by their mechanics. You must obviously bring the car for an independent assessment from your trusted mechanics. My mechanics told me two of the tires needed to be replaced. I was rather angry because I had already paid for the car. Now the manager ( whose name has escaped me) send me to Pep Boys and promised enterprise would pay for the replacement tires. It was at Pep Boys that we discovered the tires were perfectly fine. I was totally confused. So I decided to buy a tire tread gauge. I measured the tire treads myself and the numbers agreed with the numbers from Pep Boys. I reread the report from the inspection by my mechanics. There was no indication that the tire treads were worn. This reinforced my belief that it was just a verbal mistake. There is nothing like having two silver Toyota Corolla's in the garage at the same time. Well, those enterprise mechanics won this round. Overall, enterprise runs a clean ship. The used cars all have a complete and documented history of maintenance. They don't sell used cars that have been in accidents. Overall, the experience at Enterprise was superb. Both Pat and Kate understood that I was still in the middle of trying to figure out the make the model and the age of the car which fit my budget. They carefully selected judicious choices for me to test drive. All in all I think I spent about 6 to 7 hours total reviewing their inventory and making my pick. Although I spent much longer than that doing extracurricular research. Compared to other used car dealers, the Enterprise buying experience blew them away. Pat and Kate listened carefully to what I wanted and brought forth the best fit . Another dealer were excellent, but they had small inventories. One dealership just seemed phenomenally rude. A third dealership seemed hell bent on selling me an SUV which was way more car than I needed. When I asked to see a four door sedan, they turned away and started to show me a Subaru Forrester. Finally, Enterprise completes all the paperwork for the DMV. The title, new plates, car registration will arrive in the mail. It can take 2 months or thereabouts but your temporaries are good for 3 months. Since I donated my car only thing I had to do was transfer the title for my old car. After all this, the tire pressure warning went off after driving 100 miles. all four tires were about 13 pounds below the recommended pressure. Now, if you under inflate a tire it gives a smoother ride. And if you choose to over inflate your tire the ride will be much rougher. So this is a dirty trick, played by the Enterprise mechanics to smooth out the ride . Enterprise mechanics, you have been caught red-handed. You lose this round.
