These guys are great. Right now, This is my second time using them. I had a leak two months ago and hired someone else to detect the leak. That company supposedly located the leak using some sort of device but stated that they were unsure and must break the wall to find the exact location and could not give me an estimate for the repair. I decided to get a second opinion with Exact Leak. They came and identified the leak right away and gave me an estimate. They were very good. Now - I have another leak, and obviously, I have Exact Leak doing my repair. The owner, Rick, scheduled me in right away for next day. They repaired the leak and show me the damaged pipe. After finishing, the identified another leak around the same area and fixed that too. The customer service is great and I really appreciate them showing and fixing the 2nd leak. Jose and Abran were friendly, professional and informative. It probably save me money because they were already here. It is relief that I hire them to fix my leaks. They are the worst company to work with. We had a water damage in hot water pipes so they came out to fix but while fixing they messed up with cold pipes. We noticed cold water piped were leaking after they left and they were supposed to come out on certain days. They didn't show up on dates multiple times and let two weeks pass by with no reason. After they fixed cold water pipes, they forgot to connect pipes to back yard and front yard. So they have to come out again.......... They were supposed to come out again today but didn't show up again. Called to confirm, and they said nothing was scheduled. What the.... Don't waste your time and money with these guys. Today Alonzo came to check why we had water leaking in our garage. He used a pressure regulator and explained to me that the pressure was in the pipes. Company did not install supply lines that were in the kit and refused to come back and install them. This company charges for parts (installation kit). They are pretty good with Leak Detection, but when it comes to helping you fix the problem, they'll ghost you unless it is a big job. They are also pretty expensive compared to other plumbers, and even if you are willing to pay their high price tag, you are still going to get ghosted. read more

Discovering you have a water pipe leaking under your slab is stressful and worrisome news enough. Wondering how you're going to pinpoint the source of the leak, repair it and make everything look whole again at a reasonable cost is even a bigger worry that immediately follows. My insurance company recommended Exact Leak Detection to find the leak, which they did by sending out Damien the very next day, who was a very courteous and experienced technician. Once the area of the leak was confirmed I then used Exact's plumbers to re-route the water line using PEX pipe (better than the copper pipe it was replacing), and after that used Exact Leak's recommended drywall contractor/"artist" to repair and texture all of the access holes in the ceiling and walls that were necessary to re-route the new pipe. Aaron and Anthony were both super to deal with doing a very thorough and professional job on re-routing the water line including draping plastic everywhere necessary to isolate the drywall dust from other parts of the affected rooms. They also did a through job in cleaning up and putting everything back when they were finished which was much appreciated by my wife and me. Rick, who scheduled and coordinated all three phases of the job for us over the phone, including a last minute reschedule due to a work conflict on my end, made the whole project from leak detection to final drywall repair go much smoother, efficiently and quicker than we had imagined it would. He basically took our stress off of the whole experience.
