I was a walk in on a late Thursday morning when I had time to spare before a next meeting. But I didn't have to wait hardly near 3 minutes before they sat me! It is a clean big salon so you're not all on top of one another. Everyone was so friendly, but I had CeCe who did my nails and they're perfect! I came in requesting regular gel manicure but she showed me a new style that is this milky pink builder gel. It's way more natural looking and lasts longer she said as well and doesn't chip like regular gel. She even did a cute heart design on my one finger for Valentine's Day and it turned out great!! Overall, I would definitely recommend here and their prices are reasonable aa well. I'd especially request having CeCe as your nail tech!

She had NO idea what I was doing.I It took her 20 min to take polish off 1 finger and then she did not get it all off . had to show her how to trim my nails. She tried to uses clippers til I said some thing. She said she would not charge me fill price. But when I went to pay the manager was there and charged me fill price and said I should of had appointment. I think this is BS . I'm sure they will know how posted this. PS I still had to come home and file my nail.

Polish was gunky and not to cuticle, so left with what looked like a week old mani. Four "gel" nails chipped the night of and I had to go back the next day to get fixed. Should have asked for my money back and gone elsewhere. Very disappointed to say the least, especially with the loss of length.
