I'm happy with the results. They're a little shorter than I would've liked, but my nails were weak from the acrylic, and some nails grew more than others and had to be evened out. Some technicians are better than others, but everyone does a decent job. Walk in wait isn't too bad. Today I waited 30min. They do take appointments.

It's way more natural looking and lasts longer she said as well and doesn't chip like regular gel. She even did a cute heart design on my one finger for Valentine's Day and it turned out great!! She had NO idea what I was doing.I It took her 20 min to take polish off 1 finger and then she did not get it all off . had to show her how to trim my nails. She tried to uses clippers til I said some thing. She said she would not charge me fill price.
