They were not distracted and made a nice effort to connect with us. The atmosphere was very relaxing, music was pleasant in the background, and the level of hygiene was noteworthy. A new packet of nail implements was opened containing sterile reusable tools and a new package of disposable files and a buffer was opened too. The meticulous application of polish was exceptional.
