I've never been here before and saw they were busy, meaning every tech had a customer in their chair And some folks waiting. But I didn't have to wait hardly near 3 minutes before they sat me! It is a clean big salon so you're not all on top of one another. Everyone was so friendly, but I had CeCe who did my nails and they're perfect! I came in requesting regular gel manicure but she showed me a new style that is this milky pink builder gel. It's way more natural looking and lasts longer she said as well and doesn't chip like regular gel. She even did a cute heart design on my one finger for Valentine's Day and it turned out great!! I love coming here. The staff are extremely friendly every time we come. I usually bring my weight year old daughter with me too. My daughter doesn't always like to sit still and they still are incredibly patient with her. I've gotten pedicures, manicures, dips, you name it. I've never once had an issue. If you accidentally mess up a nail they happily restart it for you because they are proud of the work that they do. I think my favorite thing is the luxury pedicure. It doesn't cost much more than the regular pedicure. You will want to spend the extra money for this.they also do special designs upon request. I sadly had to give this nail salon three stars. Not only did the guy who did my nails rush on them, but the sizes of my nails aren't the same size as the other hand. The guy who was doing my nails was being extremely rough with my nails and was hurting me. Although the guy was pretty nice even though everything that he was doing was hurting. Maybe the people there could use a bit more practice seen as though i had to pay $43 for a full set of silver sparkle nails with gel. And when i was in the nail salon, it literally smelt like smoke when the guy that was doing my nails walked past me. They also had those nail colors out for me to pick from and the one they had out they didn't even have. I'm going to start this by saying I'm not one to complain but this was very bad. I got there an hour before close and asked for a full set. When it came to my turn it was very rushed. He cut me with the nail file and left gel polish on my skin under my nails and and he did not even glue the tip to my nail all the way. So there's a gap between my real nail and the tip that I can fit my other thumb nail under with the acrylic and gel polish on it. When I went back in the girl told me it wasnt a big deal because the tip was glued to my nail and I told her that water can get in between my nail and the acrylic and can cause fungus. She put glue in there and said next time they can fill it with acrylic. Although it should be removed and fixed properly. And the gel polish is very bumpy and has some air bubbles. read more

They're very rough with your feet when getting a pedicure. They made my dads foot bleed and then used the dead skin grater over the blood, definitely not sanitary. My person was very rough with my feet when clipping my nails. I had to tell them "easy that hurts." I truly wouldn't recommend coming here again. read more

I've tried this spot a few times now while looking for a go-to nail salon. Unfortunately, this location while not be it. I don't think the quality here stacks up to other WNY salons-it often feels rushed and the paint job is often the quality of something done at home. When I went for a gel manicure, I didn't even get my nails filed or shaped-what I've seen as a standard practice across other salons. I'm I guy that maybe goes and gets a pedicure 1 or 2 times a year for enjoyment and to get rid or the calluses on my feet but this time I paid for the most expensive pedicure they do due to feeling rushed the first time because I did the 40 dollar one and the lady was upset she wasn't able to upcharge. So I took it for what it was and tryed again another let down as they said it was about an hour and stopped after about 35 minutes. When I asked why and if I could get discount for the lack of time performed the lady at the front said all the services were performed and continued to get loud so the entire place could hear. Went here for my first time today because my nail salon was closed. i walked in and asked if they took walk ins and he said yes and it would only be about a 15 minute wait i said okay great. they called the two people ahead of me and i was thinking alright i'll be next. they proceeded to call every single person after me and after an hour and a half of sitting there never getting called i was the last one there. i waited another 30 minutes and after being there for 2 hours i got up and left. worst service i've ever received. read more

Ok so I have to precursor this entire review with the fact that I love getting my nails done it is legit the only thing I will pay good money for, however I will never go here again. I only complain when things are real bad. Today was bad. I get my nails done pretty regularly once every two weeks. I just moved back from the west coast where the nail game is on point. Today I went and got a gel manicure and a pedicure- I read through their menu and decided to Pay extra for the pedicure because it had a 10 min massage (only difference between the packages). When we let them know that's what they wanted the guy who was doing mine (there were three of us), kind of huffed and gave us an attitude- no big deal I thought maybe he was having a bad day. Mind you we got there 20 min after they opened so it wasn't busy yet.The entire thing was really awkward like he had no idea what he was doing- also the paraffin that was put on my feet covered on entire foot and half of the other for example. Manicure was totally basic- like cleaned up my cuticles and changed my gel polish, no lotion not cuticle oil when I was done nothing. I was there for two hours. My gel color I picked was chrome silver nails (which I have gotten a million times). The guy took forever and I expected he had no idea what he was doing; eventually had to have another nail technician finish it. I had no problem paying extra for the special way they are done but if you don't know how to do it then don't offer it to your customers. After almost having my nails done twice And completely making them look awful I wasn't even offered a discounted rate. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done and they look awful- the gel is all over my fingers and I had to ask for some of it to be filed off, in addition there are waves on my nails you can see from the sides- some are super thick and then thin in other spots and the gel goes up and over my cuticles. The chrome color also has layers you can see where they forgot to put the dust on the first coat ( hard to put in words) For $108 bucks I expect things to be done correctly. I also expect the services done that I am being charged for. Or at least be nice about it. It is clear this place is all about getting people in and out the door and not doing good work. It's a shame too because I heard so many great things. Lastly when I went to pay they charged me full price for a really crappy polish job and when I went to leave a tip they said you can't on your card- which isn't posted anywhere in their shop. I thought about asking to speak to the manager and asking if I could come back and get them redo but after my experience I didn't think it was worth it. I would think twice if you decide to come here- if you do I would make sure you get all the services they are advertising for what you are paying. UPDATE: this morning the little girl who went and got her toes done and had little flowers painted woke up to her toes smudged. There is zero way it takes 12 hours for polish to cure. Update October 2018: I was a loyal customer for years. Since the new owners took over, the place has gone downhill. The new owners switched to cheaper products, caused my mother to have a reaction when she had her mani pedi (confirmed by employees that was the cause). Not to mention, the quality of service has gone down considerably, my acrylics were of much poorer quality. I left and now give someplace else my business. This is the second time I've come to this location. The lady who did my nails the first time (I got gel polish and a manicure) went super fast and did an okay job. I don't get my nails done often so I'm not familiar with the process and she was not happy with me when I didn't tell her I wanted my nails cut to begin with. The second time however the lady did a better job because she wasn't rushing. She took her time and did a pretty good job. Went on a girls day here to get our nails done for my best friends wedding....and when the bride tells you "get your nails done!", ya better do it. Haha I keed. So the prices are posted, but what they don't tell you is, if you're getting acrylic, the shine coat to finish them is an extra $3, so you get a little surprise when you go to pay. I have been frequenting this business for over 2 years and never had any issues. I have spent over $6,000 dollars at this business since I began going there. On Saturday June 15, 2019, I arrived for a "Luxury" pedicure, dip, and manicure. The luxury pedicure is $50 and is supposed to include several services not included with other pedicures. When I sat down for my pedicure the individual assigned to me appeared to be very confused as to what they were doing. I had never seen this person before and therefore had to assume that they were new. This individual proceeded to very sloppily begin my service, there are several different creams, exfoliates and lotions that go on at different times throughout the service, but this person slapped them all on at the same time, rubbed them together for a little while and wiped them off with a towel, Then this person proceeded to trim my toenails, pretty much as short as they could possibly go, and not file them down, which caused a few to snag and rip on my blanket that night. This person did not even address my hangnails which are the reason I go so frequently, if they are not maintained my shoes will hurt my feet from the pressure. They are extremely obvious, anyone with experience would immediately see them and address them. All this was super sloppy but I think the biggest issue was when this person used a cheese grater on my DRY FEET! I couldn't even believe what was happening! Needless to say, after I paid $50 for this joke of a service, I went to speak with the owner about my experience and explain that as a regular customer, I would like something to be done as I did not receive the service that was advertised, or that I paid for. He told me to come back early in the morning so that I could get my nails done and he would take me first without an appointment (my nails were never addressed as there is a process to remove the dip and that is typically done during the pedicure to save time, but this person did not know how to do it, I could not add another 20 minutes to my time so I had to decline on that day) I said ok, I'll be back in the morning for my nails. I returned this morning (6/16/19) at the specified time of 10:45am. He was there but nowhere to be found so I watched countless people go before me while I continued to wait. When he finally came out of the back, I explained that not only did I have a terrible experience and did not receive what I paid for, I was actually injured from the process as the soles of my feet have been burning since I left yesterday and was unable to sleep from the pain. I also explained that I may have a foot infection as I believe the person cut my foot. He said, "Oh that's too bad." I then requested that I receive a gift certificate to redo my pedicure for after my feet stop burning/heal. He said he would trim the hangnails and repolish (it looks like a small child did it) but not redo the pedicure. I was not happy with this but since at the time I really didn't want to look for a new nail salon , I begrudgingly agreed and then finally sat done to have my nails done. As I was finishing my manicure I asked the woman if she would be trimming my hangnails and repainting my toes as the owner had said. And she told me that he changed his mind and won't offer that anymore. So I paid another $40 for my nails and left. (On Sundays it's cash only and no receipt given so I can only assume they do not have to report their earnings to the IRS) I am in complete disbelief that this even happened. I also do not believe that the individual that attempted my pedicure is even licensed. I will not be returning to this salon ever again, it is so sad that after so long I could not even get a gift card to redo the pedicure I didn't get. And then he changed his mind after telling me what he could do for me. Terrible business practices. The people that work there are always so nice, but the owner does not seem to have any customer service skills and really did lose one of his best customers, and his employees will miss out on some pretty amazing tips. read more

What a terrible manicure. I get a gel manicure with a French tip once every three weeks. This employee couldn't even do a clean rounded line for the French tip. Not to mention instead of my nails looking nice and rounded they look like I let my five yr old niece file them. They look jagged and uneven. I paid $37 dollars and when I handed the lady my debt card she huffed and rolled her eyes at me. How rude!!!!!!!!! I will never go back. What a waste of time and money. I went for my first pedicure since having surgery on my foot, so I had a bit of callus built up on my heels. I warned the man doing my pedicure to be careful because my foot was tender. I paid for the $35 pedicure but the guy was talking on the phone instead of doing his job. Also, he used some kind of tool to grate off the thick callus and didn't even check to see how rough it was. My heels are now the consistency of badly poured cement. When I went to pay, he didn't like the small tip that I gave him, so he threw the cash back at me and said it wasn't enough. Seriously. They were very attentive and overall the price was pretty comparable to other nail salons. For the manicure and pedicure it was $90 for both of us and they did a great job. We both would come back. This USED to be my "go to," YEARS AGO. Now? Never again! The place is FILTHY! Having hand sanitizer everywhere, is useless when everything else you need to put your hands on is dirty. The massaging chairs are absolutely gross. They do NOT clean after each customer, just check out the controller on the massaging chair. They hand wash their tools and they are not sterilized. I literally watched them. THEY DO NOT HONOR APPOINTMENTS! We had a wedding to get ready for, apparently OUR time didn't mean anything to them, so they let us wait for 45 minutes past our appointment time, as I watched them take two others, while trying to appease us in the pedi chair! It's like a doctor's office. They put you in a chair, making you think you're gonna be taken care of yet, allow you to sit for 45 minutes. The girl was extremely unprofessional, making a grossed out noise when she looked at my Son-in-Law's feet and then did a horrible job. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE!! When we arrived some of us had to be put on the other side of the salon , separated from the rest of our party. The mother of the bride got a full set and her nails are very thick and they are all pointing up! My 8 year old granddaughter got a mani , half of nails are not completely painted and all chipped !!
