Lily and I got nails done here today and I can safely say this was the absolute worst experience we ever had with nails. Despite an appointment, we waited about 30 min to start. There were several people who came, waited and left because the crazy guy that works here basically kept saying yes to all walk ins and phone calls, while only 3 people total worked the place on a Sunday afternoon. This included a sweet teen who came with her Mum and friends for a birthday mani/ pedi treat. It sucked! The crazy dude also has anger management issues - he was ridiculously rough with my sisters feet. Any time she asked him to go slow; he would make a face and ignore her. When her got to her hands, she told him to slow down again and he basically got up, threw down his instruments and said someone else will do it for you. At this point, we paid and left - because he had now started screaming at his coworker in a different language, and she was in tears soon. People were shocked and just watching. My nails were half done when we left and I still paid for them. The place is very expensive for the service we received - $55 for a lavender pedi with a 15 min massage. The massage just had the lady rub her hands over the same part of my legs for 15 min, completely disappointing. The shape of my nails is like an inverted spoon. Lily's nails look like someone bit her. Never recommending anyone go here, honestly. I know I'm never ever going back. read more

Amazing doesn't begin to describe it. I've been looking for a regular nail place, and every place was lacking, from poor service to shoddy work. Not this place! I got a spa pedi and a regular mani. My first mani/pedi since the germ-pocalypse, so my hands and feet were in rough shape. The service list shows how long the massage is, and they actually show you the timer, so you know you got your full time. My pedicure came with not only a massage, but hot stone massage and wax. The polish was well done. Time for the manicure, and just the plain $15 manicure came with a quick shoulder massage while the hot wax set. Seriously, do yourself a favor and run to this place. I'll never go anywhere else. The 5 star is absolutely deserved. read more

Terrible experience! The guy who does the mani/ pedi has anger management issues. He was exceptionally rude and crass. When I told him to be a little gentle he almost threw his equipment and said somebody else will take care of me. Eventually he started screaming at the staff. The first plus was that they're open on Sunday's. The inside is very clean and well decorated. I was greeted by friendly staff who had my pick out my color. I'm SUPER indecisive so even after the start of my pedi I was looking at the dress I was trying to match on my phone and he assisted me by grabbing the color option book again to make sure it was a good match. Even the massage chair was EVERYTHING. The tranquil music on top of it was enough to send you into a deep sleep. My pedi came out really good and the gel nail was a great choice. Next I was on to my full set and I opted for a gel option that makes the nails look super natural. The staff was so friendly and informative. Now here's for the banger, after my hands were done the staff proceeded to give me a hot towel back massage for a few minutes. Well, first time here since new ownership, now formally known at C1. Got a pedi and gel mani. Pedi was good, color looks great. The mani however, not great. My cuticles were cut too much and now randomly bleed, it's been 4 days. I hope it's not infected, I'll continue to monitor. The nail station was dirty, clearly not wiped down in between me and the previous customer. And the tray with the sanitized tools didn't really look sanitized, I should have known when they didn't open a new package in front of me. And their Covid plexiglass was filthy. Just don't go. This place is incredible! I won't divulge all their secrets I'll make you go see for yourself nice little extras. Definitely worth it, prices are comparable to other salons in the area but the treatment you receive is five star every time. read more

I did a lot of research when choosing where to get my first pedi since Covid began. I've done my best on my own this past year but my feet were in need of some serious attention. I am so glad I chose this place. The staff was friendly and courteous and the pedi itself was just amazing. The spa pedi includes a 15 minute leg massage and a short shoulder/neck massage at the end while polish is drying (both of which they time so you won't get shortchanged), and it was so luxurious. The space is really large compared to many places I've been. It was clean and sanitized. I could not be more pleased with my experience, and best of all my feet look and feel amazing. I went here based on other comments. I have found my new place. They are super awesome and clean and organized. I got an Apple pedicure and eyebrow wax both were amazing. It is very relaxing in here also and not crazy busy on a sat morning which I loved. I def feel like they are not a cut corners kinda place even if they were busy. I went to this location in hope of having nice nails for my birthday. Today I went and asked the girl if she was able to do a cheetah print design and if she was unable to I would stick with a plain color. she told me she knew how to. They told me the price was $65 which was fine because i was getting four fingers designed. when she began doing the design on one finger I realized it was nothing like i asked and asked her to just switch all my nails to plain black. She huffed and puffed so loudly as if I had offended her and then told the other girl something I couldn't understand. when i explained it to the other girl she said it was no problem. after the girl left the lady doing my nails told me it would be $10 extra because she had to change it, which was not true since I had her stop while doing the first one. She told me that it was $10 to fix 4 nails but i told her that i wasn't getting a design anymore so the price should not go up especially since she couldn't do what I asked for. She charged me $75 and my nails look like I did them myself in my basement. Truly and awful experience and now since i just spent $75 on a set of nails, I can't go get new ones because I do not want to spend the money on nails again in the same week. This place became my go to for a bit because I found a time that was not usually busy. I came here today with a little over an hour window and my nails were soaking in acetone for about 35 minutes before the woman came back and started doing them. Only because a woman with an appointment came in. She then was rushing through my manicure and my cuticles look like I've tried biting them off. The manicure takes about 30-40 minutes and this woman made it take an hour and thirty minutes. Need more staff in order to serve everyone who was coming in. read more

One of the women who works there ruined my acrylic set and my skin and cuticles by not even using the acrylic liquid to make the ombré I requested and drilled haphazardly making me bleed. She literally glued a nail on, filed it and cut it, then put a base coat on and stuck my whole finger right into the dip powder container. I asked her 3 times when she was going to make the nails harder and I was ignored every time other than her looking at me laughing then made fun of me with the other workers. I finally got upset when she and the other woman and a man named Steve who works there kept arguing with me that they were fine and I bent the nail in front of them and cracked it off. If you've had real acrylics you know they don't do that so easily. All of my nails cracked and ripped off leaving my pinky finger bleeding while they tried to fix them and used completely different colors than the other nails. I finally told them to stop touching me and left. I had to go to another salon and have them rescue my nails and skin. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never go here. And they don't bother cleaning the stations after each person or wearing gloves read more
