I had Evolution re-duct my entire HVAC system in the attic due to a very poor air balance. Last year, I hired a different contractor to replace my old HVAC system, including new zoning through a family friend contractor. It turned out to be a big mistake as the zoning installation was not properly installed. As I learned more about it, I realized how poorly it was installed and what a bad idea it was. Anyhow, I got quotes from two big-name contractors to remove the zoning and/or completely redo the ducting to ensure that the air would balance throughout my two-level house. There were several vents on the first floor with very limited air, and it took about 40 to 60 minutes to increase a signle degree. Before making the decision, I decided to call Evolution for my third quote, and I am glad that I did. Brain, the estimator, came over to my house and provided two options. He did not try to sell or pressure me into pursuing the expensive complete redo option. I asked for a second opinion from their Senior Technician, which they graciously provided. Thereafter, I decided to pursue a full complete redo instead of partial repair. A very polite and professional crew of three guys completed the entire job in one day. I was very nervous because my house has PVC fire sprinkler pipes that are fragile and all exposed in the attic. They are challenging to see due to the insulation and minimal lighting. However, the crew was very careful and completed the job safely and on time. The air balance improved significantly, and it no longer takes 45-60 minutes for one cycle. The weather has been warming up, so I have not had a chance to run the heater for a lengthy time, but they provide one-year after-service warranty, so I feel good. Bottom line, the staff at Evolution have been very professional and easy to work with. Thank you, Rose, Brian, and the entire team. I work in the construction industry as an engineer, so I am not so easy to work with. I highly recommend that you consider Evolution for any HVAC work. I can not express how grateful we are for Evolution Heating and AC. My husband asked for about 5 different quotes from other companies. One of the companies was our neighbor's actually. My husband was very happy with Brian whom was the gentleman that came to check out the unit that needed to be replaced (coils, heater, water pump, you name it). Brian was very informative and had the best pricing (about $2.5k cheaper), quality equipment and parts; not to mention VERY HONEST. Long story short, the guys that showed up to do the work were super professional (no/yes ma'am/sir), they wore shoe covers and left everything clean. I used Jeff Kieffer about fifteen years ago to replace my A/C unit and after a couple of other quotes, I called him on a Sunday morning and was pleased to see he was still answering the same phone number. He made arrangements to come by in a couple of hours and showed up right on time. He doesn't try to upsell you at all. He just gives you the quotes and lets you decide which route you want to go. I got a quote for just the furnace, furnace and coil and one for the complete replacement of the system. The quotes easily beat all the other quotes I had received by a big margin. He replaced everything for less than the price for just the furnace cost I had received from one company. Not only was the price incredible, he scheduled me for installation at 8:00 am the next morning. The guys showed up right on time and were polite and efficient. When I showed them where the old a/c unit was, they said they would need a crane to take care of that and two hours later the crane arrived and they were ready. They had already removed the furnace and coil and had the a/c unite all disconnected in 20 minutes the old unit was removed and the new one was in place and the crane was on his way. Aram and Ramon were great they kept everything clean and installed everything perfectly by 4:00 PM they had completed the install cleaned up all the mess, vacuumed and showed me how everything looked. They did a beautiful job in the furnace room and I was very impressed. For the first time, I could actually feel the A/C blowing on me in the den. This had never happened before. I was referred to Jeff Kieffer, General Sales Mgr and Evolution by two of my neighbors who had had new systems installed. Called Jeff in am and he was out the same Daytonas give me a quote. After listening to my horror stories about other HVAC companies, Jeff listened to my wants, assessed my system needs and quoted a very reasonable price, far below what his competitors had quoted. I have two separate heating and A/C units for a large two story house and two zones. I also wanted attic gable fans installed to help cool the house when the A/C wasn't running. After assuring me that the system he was quoting would meet my needs, that there would be no additional or hidden fees and everything would be checked and upgraded, I signed the contract. The next morning the crew arrived on time and ready to workers promised. Foreman Raul, Gilbert, Ramon and Adam got to work and took precautions to safeguard both my floors and carpet from dirt. They also took Covid19 mask precautions throughout the day even though it was hot in the attic and outside. Through the whole installation they were efficient and willing to answer my questions (I'm nosey) about what they were doing and why. They completed the job in one day and they took the time to program and explain my Wi-Fi thermostats and explain the entire system including the filters and new vents. They cleaned everything up and removed anything to indicate that workers had bee here. They and Jeff delivered on their promises and the system worked to perfection. The next day, I had a question on adjustment of my attic fans. I called Jeff and without hesitation, he scheduled Raul and the crew to stop by in the afternoon. They made the adjustments I requested and now everything is perfect. Jeff followed up to ensure I was satisfied, which I am. Talked me through my options, boosted my ego ;), but most of all set me up with an entirely new heating and air system with ducts and up to code at a fraction of the price I was quoted by other companies. On the day of install, Diego and his crew came in fully protected with masks, gloves and made sure we were comfortable in the house while they went to work. I legitimately thought this was going to be a 2 to 3 day process but lo and behold, they got it done same day. When they finished I had a brand new system and ducts up to code, much more powerful system than previous and absolutely no mess left behind.
