This place has opened up recently in place of the old fish restaurant. The interior is decorated modernly and the outside patio seems fine. There's ample seating available and some umbrella to hide from the sun under. The server was friendly enough, but was the only one juggling tables when I came in. She was pretty busy. The menu consisted of noodle choices from Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, and Italian. They did not joke around with the name with everything noodles. I asked the server for her suggestions and ended up with the shrimp green curry spaghetti. Most of the flavor was concentrated in the oil and imparted a good herbal green flavor. Unfortunately I think its a little too sweet and tastes of white sugar rather than thai palm sugar. The noodles were done well, but the ratio of veggies (Thai basil, green peppers, and cooked onions) to noodles was off. There is too much greenery for what is essentially a pasta dish. The noodles carry the oil well. The shrimp were okay, definitely not fresh, but cooked properly. The dish shows promise. With refinements I think its a creative way of presenting a Thai green curry. All in all, a mixed bag with the good outweighing the bad. It receives a mild recommend to try out if youre in the area.

I love it when new places show up in our neighborhood. This one was sitting in the pre-opening state for quite some time, so it's great to see that it is finally up and running. There are a large variety of noodle dishes for everyone to enjoy, and I was particularly impressed by the drunken yakisoba. Great textured noodles, spicy, great flavors, and nice and hot. Prices are very reasonable, and the inside is pleasant for dining in. I plan to return in the not too distant future to try a ramen.

Wish every new business lots of success so I'll be as gentle and helpful as I can be here... the service was polite... not friendly. The atmosphere... needs a lot of work. We sat outside. There's one umbrella. You're surrounded by weeds and a broken fence. No music. The inside looked more cleaned up. The food came with two forks and one napkin. (There were two of us) We requested chopsticks and another napkin. They were out of Diet Coke, which I had really been looking forward to. Seems like any easy enough thing to obtain if you sell out... alas. For the meals, when you order, they ask you what kind of meat you want. I love meat, I eat meat, but I don't like using meat as a flavoring and I wanted veggie. That wasn't an option that was mentioned, and I didn't want to pay for meat and just not get it, so I got shrimp. I don't believe the menu listed the options either but I see the online menu does. I ordered the pad see ew with shrimp, it tasted pretty good but it was a tiny portion. I left hungry. The pan fried gyoza we got were deep fried, not pan fried as the paper menu said, and they're from a store. We have this exact variety in our freezer from the Korean market. So I wish them the best and hopefully they make some major improvements so they can be successful.

We've been waiting for Everything Noodles to open their doors. Finally, that day has arrived, and it was more than we had hoped for. The service is incredible - so welcoming, and I love that they're open later than the typical South Bay restaurant. We've tried the gyoza, the pad see ew, the khao soi, and even the duck soup. We are hoping to eventually cross everything off the menu. Our daughter asks for the pad see ew weekly, and the flavor of the khao soi is something that I still think about. They also do BYOB right now. OH, and dessert! Great magi sticky rice, and we also tried a sticky rice in bamboo dish - not sure what it was called but it made all of our jaws drop. So much flavor. Welcome to the neighborhood, Everything Noodles! Please go support them!

Fantastic Pad Thai. Some of the best in the area. Pad See Ew also very good. Sells Ramune drinks. Very friendly owners and cook! Haven't tried the ramen but they make their own broth. Interior is clean and modern.

Great spot with friendly service and amazing food! Lots of vegetarian options. Casual and comfortable atmosphere. I've come back multiple times.

We loved both of our dishes so glad this new addition is here in El Segundo! We also tried the sparkling yuzu and I will be back here to order that again during the hot summer days. Ramen broth had plenty of flavor (better than Japonica TBH) and my yakisoba was great. Great new place!

There's a real chew here--a springy, structured bite that gives just enough resistance before yielding. It's deeply satisfying and makes every dish feel more intentional. The cappelloni shows it off best: that almost-famous sauce wraps around each piece, but the pasta holds its own, so you get that perfect balance of silky and structured. Same with the tangiello--the meat sauce tastes like it's been simmering for days, rich and layered, but the noodles never get lost because that chew carries through. The Caesar isn't an afterthought either. It's got a subtle spicy kick that wakes everything up, and if you add chicken, it's done right--well-seasoned, nicely grilled, juicy with a bit of char. It turns a classic into something you actually remember. Dinner is where things go a little heartier, and the pork chop delivers. Fall-off-the-bone tender, but still full of flavor--not just soft for the sake of it. Jame just gets the fundamentals right, then pushes a little further. Thoughtful, textured, and the kind of place where even the chew of the pasta becomes part of the experience.

The sauce was well balanced and wispy. I usually don't like olives, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the olives here. I think it had to do with the fact that these olives were marinated, not brined. I don't like briny stuff. The Tonnarelli was the highlight of the meal. The sauce was thick and creamy, and coated the pasta nicely. The pasta was cooked al dente, making it perfectly firm and chewy. For my drink, I had the Light and Stormy mocktail which had lemon, ginger, lime, and mint in it. It was slightly carbonated and tasted like a really good virgin mojito. I would say the service here was good, not great. It took like 10 minutes for a server to come to us after we were seated to take our order. However, our server was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu items. Parking here was tricky. There were lots of reserved parking spaces on the lot for specific businesses. You may get lucky finding an open parking spot on site, but we had to drive around to find one. This place is a nice spot for family gatherings. I think we will be back soon to try out more items from the menu.

Secondly thanks to our waitress Tara who was super attentive and took care of us. She was good. Now down to the bad and the ugly. I understand it was busy, there were people running around the kitchen, tons of chefs, but that doesn't mean their signature dishes, the pastas, should be super bland and boring, you're an Italian restaurant. When you ask for salt for pasta at an Italian restaurant, you're in trouble. My Ricotta Cavatelli was horrible. Lump crab was more like limp crab. The pasta was bland, it was bad, salt couldn't help this dish. To top it off, there were two of us who ordered the dish and my bowl looked like it was a $5.99 lunch deal meal, such a small portion for an almost $30 bowl. It was sad. Tara took care of it though and comp'ed me another bland bowl of the Cavatelli dish. Thank you for making up for it a bit. Overall it was a good experience with the atmosphere and service as it was sort of a family dinner with people who I haven't seen in a while. It was nice to be able to sit outside and have the good service from Tara. unfortunately the food was lackluster.

The food itself was decent -- the pizza was good, and the chicken-broccoli alfredo had nice flavor, though I do wish the toppings were a bit fuller, but I understand that's their set policy. The team working the floor was genuinely kind. They greeted us with smiles, kept the dining area clean, and offered great customer service. Up until the owners arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Once the owners came in, the energy shifted. They didn't acknowledge guests -- not even a simple hello or smile. Instead, there were blank stares that made the environment feel uncomfortable. I also overheard a private conversation between them and an employee right by the front counter, which really should've been handled in the back for everyone's comfort. Overall, the staff was lovely and the food was fine, but the presence and demeanor of the owners took away from the experience. I wish them well, but I don't think I'd return.

The crust tasted really fresh and had a nice softness. I also ordered a slice of their Chicago style, and think that this is where this place really stands out. This is not just thick fluffy crust that is being called Chicago crust -- here it's real Chicago crust which is more cakey, bready, buttery than what other places usually claim is Chicago crust. They put the toppings on the bottom and then the sauce, just like you're at Lou Malnati's or another Chicago place. I love that they sell it by the slice(!) for their flavor of the day. This is unusual as you usually have to buy a whole pie for Chicago deep dish crust. Service was excellent, they really take care of you here and want you to be happy. Service was really great and they were so sweet to bring coloring pages and crayons to keep our little ones busy. We started off with the cheesy garlic bread with marinara. It may look normal, but it was all the carby cheesy goodness you would want. It was almost like having a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup... So comforting! Then we shared the pasta a limone and the garlic butter shrimp. The sauce on the pasta was amazing, perfect to dip your garlic shrimp in! The pasta doesn't have any protein in it if you order it by itself, hence our side of shrimp, but I didn't feel like I needed it. The handmade pasta is well cooked.
