The cashier actually talked me out of it and recommended I go to Staples or Walmart/Target. I thought Staples was too expensive, and since it was further, I stopped here. However, the box I was looking at here was $9. It was only $5 and some change at Staples so I did end up making a further drive for it. I appreciate that she didn't want to sell it to me since I wasn't shipping there. She had also explained that their boxes are super heavy duty for shipping, but since I just needed something for storage and/or donations, I could use a different one. Since this location isn't too far from where I live, it's my go-to location when boss man wants me to drop off a package for him. I've never had any issues dropping off boxes.

If it wasn't for the fact that UPS has specific parking spots for drop offs the parking would be a problem. Yes, a lot of customers come into this store for many reasons. I have not ever have spent more than ten minutes if that to take care of my business. Once you take your package to the counter it goes fast. Of course every time I use UPS is for a return item and I always have the labels ready so I'm always prepared. Their service is fast and they are very helpful as I noticed the young man taking care of an elderly lady and giving her guidance on her package. I could tell she was really appreciative of the help she got from the young man. I will continue to use this one location when I have to. This one particular UPS store is located near 30th Avenue and Peoria Avenue in Phoenix. Like I said busy location but they are quick.

I also asked if I can reschedule and he said I couldn't since he already opened the appointment. I then called someone to drop off a second form of id for me as i live down the street, about 5 mins, and he kept asking how long every 2 mins and kept mumbling under his breath when I said a few mins. not joking, they showed up in 6 mins all together. as we were waiting the girl in the pink hair made a comment on what he was doing as there was 3 other customers in the store. when he told her, she got upset and then proceed to argue with a customer because she didnt understand her last name in Spanish. worst place to go, worst customer services, and it shows this isn't their first complaint.
