I'm not sure what happened to staples, they used to print things out for you very nicely? Now you have to use the self serve printer, it costed me $8 to print out my papers which was ridiculous especially considering the quality was horrendous. The color was so ugly and faded, the pages were not centered. You used to be able to come here and print out something really nicely for $1-$2 and it looked great. I will absolutely not be using this again and do not recommend wasting your time coming here even though it advertises having printing services. read more

I sent them 3 copies I needed them to simply print, This was at 1:00 P.M. and I paid for the "Express" fees, at 4:30 I arrived in the store and I asked them why they didn't call me and Johnathan said he was busy, I asked why they charged me for the "Express" services and he couldn't answer me, I do not recommend this location for anything, when I got to the register the cashier was less then professional, I had 2 orders of 3 copies each and I asked why they couldn't combine them so I only pay once, and again the cashier could not answer me. read more

The guy who helped me yesterday sure has a stoner mentality. I gave him a box of ink for recycling (4 toner, 4 ink jet cartridges). I watched him count and heard him say 8. He put the box to the side and entered 6. I noticed only after he printed the receipt. So I told him he was missing two. Instead of helping me put in the other two, he told me to step to the side and he was going to help the guy behind me first. Wait, what? You're not done helping me, but you're gonna take the next person? Yeah, fine. I wasn't in a hurry. I had just gotten off work. So the guy behind me hands the cashier some type of organizer/folder thingy. No price. Cashier asks the customer to do the price check for him. "So if you go back to where you got it and get the 6 digit number off the tag for me..." Whoa. Uh, I thought employees do price checks. So now he's waiting for the guy to come back, and STILL does not help me. That really would have been a perfect opportunity to just get the two inks entered since he didn't even start a transaction for the other guy yet. Do kids not understand efficiency? He ended up having to count the inks for a third time and check my receipt a second time before he remembered he had to add two. Anywho, finally got rung up and on my merry way. read more

Customer service here needs some work. Had 5 people tell me they would be right with me. While they proceeded to disappear. Then the one girl at the print big station helped another customer that came in after me. Then when I finally was helped the employee rudely said she couldn't take my package and didn't offer to try and find a way to help. She just referred me back to the company the package was being shipped to. Will not recommend anyone doing business here. Drive further cause it isn't worth it. read more

Went here to print important forms for my passport I left my pens at home that day and we bought some by the time we were checking out no one was at the register. We waited a couple of minutes and the cashier accused us of stealing pages and we checked out at the self serve print machine. Spent a long time at the register just to buy pens and the manager didn't take into account who was the person who didn't check out at the print center. Very disorganized staff :/ read more

I feel really bad for this Staples because of its location. I had a hard time finding it. It is in the middle of nowhere on Camelback. When I did find it, I had a terrible time getting into the parking lot coming from the opposite side of the road. The store clerks were pleasant enough but it seemed under staffed. One thing I can't stand is when you walk into a business and no employees acknowledge you. I came into Staples to pick up a Print Same Day Order. I walked past the cashier who happened to be on their phone. Then I proceeded to the copy & print center and I stood at their counter. There was 2 employees behind the counter with their backs turned to me. It's obvious they were both working on something but they didn't even turn around to acknowledge myself and 4 other customers waiting in line. 2 people continued to ask for help. Eeks! Why in the world would anyone come here? The location of this Staples is even off putting to say the least and for a company that advertises an "Easy" button it was easy for me to say, "Methinks not." I came in since I was in the area looking for Moleskine planners, but to no avail. The place is unorganized, clutter, poor stock of supplies. Many people were standing around to be helped and when asked for help the employees claimed everything they have is out on the shelves. I had to ask them constantly if they figured it out if not they would just see me standing there and ignoring me. I came in to staples for a TSA precheck appointment. They were running behind with a huge backlog and no sign in sheet or other information. Nicole at Staples stepped in to help organize the crowd of about 25 people waiting and help us understand how the process worked. She did this solely for kindness - TSA rents the space and is unaffiliated with Staples. What a kind person who made the whole process go more smoothly. This is also a very clean and organized store. Let me tell you guys something this place is underated.. they have everything from laminate, invitations papers of all sizes posters diy etc... I came at 10:00 am to laminate a poster at 10:15 was done and that was for the time the machine takes to heat and all for a cost of $7.00 dlls for a 22X14 the ladies that work here are amazing they have a smile and they try their best to help the customers. (I notice this couple that wanted to print something in their smart phone and couldn't access they show them how and with all the patience that required and that says a lot about employees . Bad service the lady at the photo ink was supposed to call me after I sent for her pics in email to print a picture collage it has been over 24 hours and I still have not been contacted it she clearly told me she was going to contact me within one hour 24 hours have passed and nothing yet. And the counter and stored self was very dirty fingerprints all over the place just not a good representation. Staff was low and they felt under pressure with only 5 customers at the store. I went to Staples for business card printing because I didn't like the under sized cards that I received online from Vista Print and Zazzle (Less than 3.5x2") and I wanted full size cards. Well, it seems that it's very hard to get decent business cards these days. It took the Staples print center 4 weeks, 5 trips and 3 times rejecting the cards before I had the 4 sets I ordered. I picked up the order in bits and pieces and in the end they weren't all the same color, which I didn't catch until too late because I had to send out the cards to my people over the weeks it took to get everything. Looking back, the experience was a nightmare. I do not recommend ordering anything from this branches print center. If they can't get 4 sets of business cards right and on time, what would happen with any big or complicated project I wonder. read more

Horrible Service I went here to get my laptop formatted and they gladly accepted to undertake the job. They even called me much earlier than the day they promised to give it to me. But, when I went to collect it, there was no technical assistance provided to me on queries I had. They said that there is nothing that they could do about it and that they were sorry. When they contacted the technician, he refused to talk to me on the phone. They said it was his off day. My laptop was formatted but the settings were not done to my specifications during the formatting process. The Assistant Manager apologized over and over again without realizing that as a customer, my problem was not being addressed and solved. They after I complained once, called once and went there again and complained that they finally agreed to do the job again and wanted me to wait till it's done not realizing that I have to stop everything I am doing the next day to just sit next to the technician and observe whether he is doing it the way I want. This is ridiculous. I would never go there again. They wasted my money, and wasted my time. There are less staff and they are always busy and have no time for you. One woman in particular kept ignoring me when I was complaining. It is my right as a customer to receive the service I wanted and what was promised. The company has no right to violate this simple right of ours. They charged me $ 129.00 and did not do the job the way I requested and they way they promised but kept on apologizing to me. I come here alot for all my office needs. Anything as simple as pens and paper for the office to chairs and desks. I really like their printing area, where if you need a quick copy of something to faxing in there self serving machines they make it easy and quick. For bigger projects as making business cards,flyers,posters & banners as well so much more they have staff there always ready to help guide you in making your ideas real with their easy to use templates for you to use. I especially appreciate Elizabeth as she has always helped me in getting every project done correctly and on time. Waited for 15mins in line to just pick up printed materials while only one customer had 3 people helping her. I finally got called to the counter and waited again while they all went to help this same girl. Most incredibly awful and rude service I've ever received. I work for a corporation and I'll be sure to never use Staples again. The entire group of employee, including the customer, were Hispanic. I was definitely discriminated upon. Once staples corporation reviewed this they contacted me. Acted like they were so concerned, but once they got more info from me then it was completely dropped. Way back when this used to be part of a used car lot. Shortly after I moved to the area Staples took over the building and I have been coming here since. Service varies depending on the folks working here at any given time. This latest experience was very good. I needed business cards and envelopes because of a move. If I had just gotten the business cards they will print them while you wait and their prices have come down considerably over the last year. Because my order was bundled with the envelopes I get to wait a couple of weeks. And they now will ship it all to me at no extra charge. read more

I've almost met every employee here and I can't say I've run into any negative Nancy's yet. The only thing I don't particularly care for is how highly priced everything is. I needed some documents printed out. Their self service computers were down. I had to email the info I needed printed out to the copy center. The first email thwy gave me was wrong. They let me wait 30 min helping others before checking to see if they got the email. Only to discover the email they game me was wrong. So they gave me a second email. Again waiting as they helped every other person. My husband bought a printer, hooked it up and had everything printed out, they came back to the store to pick me up all before they print center checked their email. read more

I haven't been to a Staples in ages but at work we needed a brochure made quickly because our marketing department couldn't turn it around by the time we needed it. I made a phone call to Staples and ended up on hold for fifteen minutes. I ended the call, called back and spoke with 3 different people, 2 of which talked over me before I could explain what I needed, to the point that I had to raise my voice to get the second girl to be quiet for 2 seconds. So rude! I pop over to this location (the entrance is a nightmare if you're heading east bound on Camelback - fyi) and the printers are all down so I can't even get a proof of what I sent over. Okie dokie! No problemo, I leave my contact information and I'm assured I'll at least get a proof. Nope! Never came. So today I call and guess what?! Placed on hold again for a good ten minutes before I threw up my hands and decided to go somewhere else.
