I've walked in here a couple times. The first time, I tried to buy boxes when I was doing some spring cleaning earlier this year. The cashier actually talked me out of it and recommended I go to Staples or Walmart/Target. I thought Staples was too expensive, and since it was further, I stopped here. However, the box I was looking at here was $9. It was only $5 and some change at Staples so I did end up making a further drive for it. I appreciate that she didn't want to sell it to me since I wasn't shipping there. She had also explained that their boxes are super heavy duty for shipping, but since I just needed something for storage and/or donations, I could use a different one. Since this location isn't too far from where I live, it's my go-to location when boss man wants me to drop off a package for him. I've never had any issues dropping off boxes. read more

February 10, 2026 I walked inside around 9:42 AM this morning and I patiently waited for the next available UPS worker to help me with my notary she looked over to the person sitting next to her who was eating a full course meal out in the customer area. She refused to help me with my notary because her shift wasn't scheduled until 10 supposedly and I had asked her for her manager's number because of how rude and uncaring she was she did not give me a pleasant UPS experience and I have been using UPS for years and now I am going to switch over to FedEx due to the fact that they have better customer service that was just terrible and I hope no one has to deal with that. I give them a one star review and don't recommend doing business here even with you going in willing to pay the business for They will not complete that service for you. I had high hopes for this location because my previous experience renting a UPS box was great. However, not all UPS's are created equally. I've had 2 "delivered" packages disappear and 1 showed up a week later. The staff, though pleasant would appear baffled as to where my items could be. No. I'm done. I'll try my hand at USPS. It's a shame that you can't give negative stars. As a long time customer of this location with multiple boxes I can say with a certainty that this location was once amazing when owned by the prior owner, John. However, since it was sold a few years back, it is absolutely a crap show. The employees lack professionalism and courtesy. The ownership doesn't respond when you try to escalate things, and the positive side of owning boxes there has been completely removed. There is literally no benefit to giving them your business. Should a problem arise, the level of service you get is absolutely horrid. Even those that are supposed to be "managers" are insincere, sophomoric, and childish in their inability to take feedback or provide good service in the first place. I'm only writing this as a frustration from being a long-term customer and repeatedly seeing myself and other customers being treated poorly time and time again. Please, take into consideration your long-term customers. Please, train your employees to "give an ish". Please, do better. I have started moving my boxes for my business and at some point will have all of them moved away from your clown show of a business. It's truly sad, as I would have rated this store amazing back in the day when John owned it. Robert isn't super helpful, is rude to customers, and is consistently on his phone, slurping his Starbucks, or ignoring customers. In 25 minutes, he did the following: 1. Told a customer he wasn't going to handle the conversation he was having on the phone for what sounded like getting a fax sent to a hotel room. I understand how customers having two conversations at once is annoying, I've been there, but politely ask them to step aside while they finish their conversation. 2. Told me I needed to give them more advanced time to print double-sided color pages. It is an emergency since my ink ran out of color during work and I needed to printing done asap. 3. Told a customer his mail box was terminated in October 2022 despite having an email that states he was due for renewal in April 2023. When the customer asked for his mail, Robert slammed it down onto the counter. Roxanna was extremely nice, patient, and helpful. Please promote her! read more

Drove 25 minutes in traffic to pick up a package arrived 10 minutes before closing time 6pm and they had the door locked saw me and did nothing to service me or tell me they were closed. Store is closing earlier than 6pm to avoid work while they're still in there clocked in and having them just stare at you while refusing any servicing. I came to this location earlier today to get fingerprint clearance done, and was having a heck of a time getting the scanner to pick up usable fingerprints. I spent about an hour working with Josh who was very kind and courteous but still nothing. After spending 30 minutes more with customer service investigating alternatives, an employee named Rae offered to help. She took a hands on approach and guided me through the process again, and thankfully we saw successful results. Took a very sour experience and turned it around for me. My only suggestion is that you guys get a scanner that's slightly bigger as my fingers awkwardly fit on the surface causing more issues than anything. read more

I went into UPS on 1/29/22 at 10am for a fingerprint appointment. There were 2 young ladies working and they were so incredibly patient with me while the fingerprint scanner was being difficult. It took almost 2 hours to complete, but both of the ladies working there were so polite and helpful to me and the other customers that were lined up in the store. I brought my parents' 75 year old antique glass pitcher and 6 glasses here for them to wrap and pack and ship to my cousin. They arrived with 2 glasses broken. My cousin said there was only a thin layer of bubble wrap on the top and bottom of the box. The glasses were only wrapped in the single sheets of newspaper that I had brought them to the store in. And the box was dented and open on a corner. I called the store to report it and and I am still waiting, 3 days later, for the manager to return my call. Do not trust this store to pack your valuables. read more

I ordered some expensive PC parts and had them delivered here, only to find out they'd given away several thousands of dollars worth of my packages to someone else! They fed me this fishy story about how someone claiming to be authorized to pick up on my behalf came in and took my package with a "photocopy" of my ID, and apparently this didn't raise any red flags for the people working here, who deemed it appropriate to simply hand over my very expensive order without question! And I'm seeing other reviews on Google/Yelp of other customers claiming this happened to them here, so I'm very suspicious of this place--and you should be, too. Either the people working here are so incompetent that they'll repeatedly hand valuable packages over to people not presenting legitimate ID (and no, a photocopy is not "legitimate," assuming their story is even true), or one or more UPS employees is conspiring to steal. Either way, don't send anything valuable to this place! It will almost certainly go "missing." read more

Never had a problem with shipping or printing but there's this elderly employee with short white hair who always licks her fingers before handling papers and shipping materials, counting money etc. It's gross, no one wants your spit all over their stuff. I called to get a simple quote on the price of insurance on a package. I prefer to use businesses in the vicinity of my neighborhood to support the community. The way I was treated as a customer has caused me to go elsewhere. He couldn't understand what I was asking and made assumptions when he did understand. I asked if the arrival date on the package would be affected by the storms in the Midwest and the man answering the phone told me he couldn't account for that. I told him the UPS website stated there were delays in shipping times and he told me there weren't any delays and acted insulted that I had asked. All I wanted to know was if my package might arrive later than usual due to delays. He assumed I was asking for a refund if my package wasn't delivered on time. I had to raise my voice to practically a yell in order for him to understand what I was saying. I'll go elsewhere just for some piece of mind knowing they are aware of shipping delays and able to answer my questions. read more

The printing was sent to a an outdated personal printer that took 15 minutes to print 25 pages and prints in low quality.
