the absolute worst bagel experience I've had in Cincinnati! a simple order of a well toasted sesame bagel with vegetable cream messed up twice . after waiting 25 minutes for two well toasted bagels , they both came barely (if at all ) toasted and incorrect . I returned and politely informed them that mine was not toasted and had plain cream cheese . I waited another 10 minutes for the redo and opened it to another barely toasted , doughy , big thick disgusting bagel . This place is great! If you're looking for a good bagel for breakfast, this place is it. I got the mexi-melt which someone in line had recommended to me and it was delicious. The boyfriend got a Lox which was also super yummy. I got a latte and he got a black coffee. He said it wasn't bad, but I thought mine was pretty good. The only thing was everyone seemed very rushed and almost as if we were an inconvenience. But there were some extremely friendly employees also. Overall, definitely worth a try! Family owned business! It's always nice to support a family business. They have great sandwiches, wraps, soups, sweet rolls, and of course BAGELS! They make fabulous sandwiches for breakfast, lunch, and late lunch. I'm pretty sure they make everything fresh. I always get the chicken salad wrap, but I have also had the veggie wrap and the tomato bisque which are all delicious. We have grabbed a bag of bagels for home too. Very good. I wish they stayed open later. That would be my only complaint & even then I wouldn't call it that. It's most definitely a place I would recommend! read more

We recently moved to the area, and I was looking for a quick place to get some filling breakfast for my husband and I, as we moved our stuff from storage into our permanent apartment. Ok, I've been here a few other times now, so it's only fair to add to this review. On every occasion since the first I've been met with a smiley cashier, and have tried other things. The chicken salad is probably my top choice so far, and maybe my incredible hulk hunger was causing me to want to do a HULK SMASH!!! I'm a NJ transplant and everyone knows that you won't find a better bagel anywhere outside of there...so who'd have thought you could find a comparable substitute in Eastgate/Union Township/Clermont county, Ohio???!!! Well take it from me, Everything Bagel produces a pretty good product...nice and crisp on the outside, yet delightfully chewy on the inside. Poor customer service!!! I'm not usually one to make posts or give reviews, but couldn't keep from sharing how extremely disappointed I am with the customer service at Everything Bagels!!! Today my 16 year old son took his girlfriend to eat breakfast at this restaurant after first getting Starbucks, her favorite coffee. His girlfriend took in her coffee and as they were paying for the food they purchased at Everything Bagels, she asked the cashier if they had any creamer. The cashier politely directed her toward the drinks where the creamer was, and then proceeded to come out to the lobby to make sure there was enough creamer remaining for her use. Soon after, the owner walked out and rudely said "hey guys, don't use our creamer next time, you should've gotten creamer from Starbucks". They said OK, then left. Once he returned home he told his dad and I about this experience so I called and spoke with the owner to express our concern for this poor customer service. The owner did NOT even apologize when I explained what happened and I said we generally like to support small businesses and that my son has been there approx. 6 times in the last month with his girlfriend and he and my husband had been there a few weeks ago as well. (At the time I didn't realize my daughter and a friend had also been there this past week as well) I mentioned that we could come back in and pay for the 25 cents of creamer they used. She explained that if everyone used their creamer without buying their coffee that it would affect their profit. I again reminded her how many times my son had been there (after my conversation with the owner, my son calculated that he has spent at least $20 there in the past week.) I mentioned that maybe we need to take our future business to Panera and maybe should suggest others do as well, and she asked if that was a threat. I simply told her no, but that when people have good or bad experiences, they tend to tell others, which is the intent of this post. I also asked if perhaps she didn't want teen customers to which she replied, not if they're going to come in and steal from us. This was even more offensive to me, to essentially say they stole creamer, especially after having already explained to her that my son's girlfriend had first asked the cashier if they had creamer and was directed to where it was located prior to using it. Unfortunately losing 10 -25 cents worth of creamer was more upsetting to this owner, than losing our family's future business, and potentially the loss of others' business after reading or hearing of this poor customer service at Everything Bagels. read more

One of the best kept secrets of Eastgate. This place should be popping seeing as it's amazing! Every time I come in the service is friendly and fast. The decor is cute and simple. The food is outstanding to say the least. I only wish they would play music softly because it can get a little too quiet for my tastes. read more

What an awesome bagel shop/restaurant. From the outside it doesn't look like much but don't let that fool you. I stopped in here for the first time and they not only serve breakfast all day but lunch as well. I had an Everything Breakfast Wrap and it was the best breakfast wrap I've ever had.
