There is rarely a line here (strangely, one at breakfast on a Saturday around 6a was the longest) but otherwise, it's fairly quick service and the employees have been nice. Food is reliable, never had any issues, no complaints. I've tried a couple other locations, but this is my mainstay, and I am happy with the way things are here.

ALL of the workers and the manager were very friendly and helpful, I had a small issue with the App (rare these days but a very common occurrence a few years ago) and the manager eliminated my concern immediately. The shakes are always of great quality and the chicken sandwich is always one of my favorites. I'm not in Hollywood often, but I'll continue to highly recommend this location for its high standards of service and fare.

She took our order, we paid, and found a place to sit. We waited about 10 minutes and then our order was called. My husband then brought it to our table on trays. For my meal I ordered the Astro Burger no cheese. It came with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, signature sauce, and I added mustard. With my meal I got a side of onion rings and feta cheese fries. The burger was good. You could definitely taste the charbroiled meat and the signature sauce added flavor. The onion rings were really good. They had a crispy exterior and the onions were sweet.
