    Their Mandarin Salad
    Vito K.

My fiancé and I came in yesterday for a quick lunch after out workout. Cool Interior and exterior. Really good menu options. Super friendly customer service. I had one of their chicken sandwiches my fiance had one of their salads and we had a couple of their chocolate chip cookies. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend and recommend and definitely will be returning soon.

    SPICY FALAFEL BOWL

we've been getting this for lunch at the office recently and it's just astonishingly sad food. the chicken is so dry and ugly and horrible and the little tiny falafels so crusty and old looking. every ingredient is just low quality. get sweetgreen or something else. mixt is the kind of food that looks, smells, and tastes like it's going to make me sick. some deep animal instinct tells me not to eat it.

    Tofu banh mixt sandwich: great!

Great vegan sandwich option. I'm trying to incorporate more vegan meals into my diet and I thought the Tofu Banh Mixt sandwich was really great. The combination of marinated tofu and avocado made me almost forget that there wasn't any meat or animal products. The sandwich comes with a side salad which goes well together. And given the portion I'd say the price is pretty worth.

Caesar Salad with Chicken - $13.45

As usual, the food is high quality, fresh and healthy. Their vegetables are distinctively fresh. The salads are not cheap but the portions are generous (even for an 8-month pregnant lady like myself). I cannot overstated how much they truly understand the art of putting a good salad together. Don't expect the typical boring salad here. Their salads have crisp, crunch, protein, flavor and that extra push to make them heartier & more filling than your average salad. Staff is so friendly and they've taken protective measures during the COVID-19 outbreak. Definitely my favorite lunch spot! The food doesn't make me feel sluggish and brain foggy after eating. I feel full, satisfied and able to complete my workday. You really can't go wrong with any of the salads but my favorites are the Caesar with Chicken and the Cowboy. My husband's favorite sandwich is The Royale. Their fresh lemonades are also good. Try the strawberry ginger one :).

    PUEBLA. Nice lunchtime salad.

Very good lunchtime salad. I ordered the Puebla for delivery. They were a little stingy with the dressing and the roasted sweet potatoes, but the chicken is cooked to perfection.

I cheated on Sweetgreen and went here. In comparison they're almost the same when it comes to price and ingredients. I thiiink I prefer Sweetgreen however. I ordered a Zesty bowl with chicken. It's an overpriced bowl with quinoa, greens, oranges, feta, chicken, and a zesty vinaigrette. I didn't notice until I glanced over at my friend's bowl (I know, cardinal sin here), but his turkey was obvious. My chicken however, was nonexistent. I went back and brought this up and had a chicken breast placed in my to-go container. So. Here's the thing. I wasn't asked if I wanted a bowl or to go container (I would have preferred a bowl versus wasting plastic). If I were taking my order to go, I would have been royally upset to have spent almost $20 on just greens and quinoa. The place is designed beautifully architecturally, it's hipster-chic with it's communal dining. But, customer service and quality control matter!

The moment you walk through the door, you feel it. This place is a zen oasis in the middle of the city. The energy is calm, intentional, and warm -- a true escape from the chaos outside. And the staff? They set the tone immediately. Every team member we encountered was genuinely warm, affectionate, and deeply proud to share their chef's creations with you. You don't feel like a table number here. You feel like a guest. Special shout out to Lilly! The experience begins with a stunning homebrewed tea -- aromatic, beautiful, and the perfect opening note for what's to come. Then the tasting menu unfolds, and dish by dish, you understand that you are in the presence of something truly special. THIS CHEF IS AN ARTIST IN EVERY WAY. The plating alone is art. But more impressive than how the food looks is how it tastes. The flavors are so masterfully layered and built upon one another that one would never dream of salt, pepper, or any condiment - EVER. Not that they were on the table, they would be so needless! Everything is perfectly seasoned, perfectly balanced, perfectly conceived. This is the kind of cooking that makes you rethink what food can be. Transformative! A discovery: I tried tremella -- a unique fungi I had never encountered before -- and was completely captivated by it. I also had a tofu dish that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. I'll be honest: I am not a tofu person. But I could have eaten three more plates of what they served me. That says everything. Every dish had it's place -- the Mountain Elm mushrooms - CHEF'S KISS! The risotto! Dishes I loved: The Jade, The Veil - Honestly every dish was astonishingly good. P.S. I should say I am a pescatarian, not a Vegan, but my friend and I both did the vegan tasting menu and we agreed - one of the ALL-TIME top meals of OUR LIVES. The portions are generous and satisfying, and for the quality and creativity of what you're receiving, the value is actually remarkable. This is a tasting menu EXPERIENCE. You can also order whatever you want but the tasting menu was a really fun, delicious, captivating experience and I highly recommend it. Perfect for a special occasion of any kind or even just a nice night out with a friend (like I did tonight) catching up and enjoying a phenomenal culinary experience in a beautiful setting (we ate on the patio - lovely but the inside is just lovely as well). My friend and I chatted and ate and said "MMMMMMMM" about 1000 times! BRAVO!!! P.S. We came with a group on a saturday and they were able to seat us immediately - plenty of parking in the large plaza where the Hat and Shiki Buffet is (previously hometown buffet location). All of the items on the menu were intriguing, but I was eyeballin' the salt and pepper one and the fried tofu. My buddy got the lemongrass "chicken" and also the curry with bread. Since we were eager to try the different types of food, we did a family style and that was the best decision. We also got eggplant, and the rice cake/egg. I thought the rice cake looked underwhelming, but our entire group had a consensus and voted that as the top fave of the night. Everything was super tasty and we left happy and full and with leftovers! Super excited to return and to recommend to others. I look forward to come back to try some of the other items such as the "beef" noodle soup or the bun rieu or pho! I also appreciate that some of the dishes came with rice included -we actually ended up with too much rice, but perfect for leftovers the next day. Upon checking out, there was delicious thing by the cash register that was green and resembled a bundt cake in slices. It was labled mochi pandan, and it was AMAZING. so spongy, so delicious and a little sweet. Perfect end of the night that my buddy got one to go right after. I also ordered the loaded tots both visits, and those were easily the highlight. Absolute hit. Crispy, satisfying, and exactly the kind of comfort food that hits the spot. A friend of mine has been coming here for years, so I wouldn't let my one off moment stop anyone from trying it.
