My husband and I LOVED THIS PLACE! We saw a post from IG and so glad we tried it when we went to LA. We highly recommend the Di Parma with prosciutto. It was DELICIOUS! Location is perfect by Santa Monica Blvd and the cashier was really nice and helpful. Place has a nice Italian touch with a lot options for Italian cookies and pasta bags. Will be back here again!
I've been wanting to try this place for a while because so many people rave that it has one of the best sandwiches in LA. Unfortunately, I left pretty disappointed. I do want to start by saying the service was great. Everyone was welcoming, and my order came out quickly. I ordered the Di Parma, and to me it was just bland. The prosciutto was salty, as expected, but everything else, including the bread, lacked flavor. I kept eating, hoping it would get better, but it never did. The sandwich just felt underwhelming from start to finish. I know a lot of people love the bread, but I didn't find it to be anything special. Overall, it was really disappointing, especially for a sandwich that's around $30. At that price, I expected much more flavor and a more memorable experience.
Incredible Italian sandwiches. The special handmade bread of Florence with your choice of gourmet fillings! I love the Cardinal paper thin sliced Oven-roasted turkey breast, artichoke cream, roasted tomato, Comté cheese, baby arugula! You can add or substitute. The staff is super friendly, especially Dorathy! The sandwiches are so large enough for two people or two days! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also Mamies is very dog friendly with cute tables outside![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Excellent coffee imported from Napoli!

I went here on a Monday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. We got the monaco and Eros sandwich. The service was really fast and [[HIGHLIGHT]]they had seating inside and outside which was really nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The bread on the sandwich was amazing. I did enjoy both of the sandwiches, they had a variety of options and you can also customize your own. I'd come back here again to try the other sandwiches as well! I
I got the Viale de Guanciale (instead of the Viale de Parma bc I'm more partial to guanciale) and my boyfriend got the Colucci. Both sandwiches were wrapped very nicely and so so good! I preferred my sandwich because I loved the crunch from the pistachios and the sweetness that came from the jam. It was a good size - I only ate about half and saved the rest for later. I originally thought that the amount of guanciale was lacking but it was still an overall well balanced sandwich so I didn't mind while eating. I enjoyed the mushrooms that came in the Colucci but wanted more of the eggplant flavor to come through. For both, I could tell the quality of the ingredients itself and the freshness of the bread - which is KEY! I also got a nutella canelé (which I've never tried) and that was the perfect sweet treat to end off my meal. DEF RECOMMEND! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Before you even come in, you can smell the focaccia baking.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I came here on a Saturday around 11am and there was no line - it took about 10 minutes to get my sandwiches and there was ample seating inside and out. Tried Mamie today and it was so worth it 10/10 The meat is sliced super thin, everything tastes fresh, and the bread is perfectly crunchy on the outside but soft inside--so good. Portions were just right too, filling without being too heavy. I've been craving a good sandwich for a while and damn this place hit the spot! I ordered the Eros sandwich and added sun-dried tomatoes to it. Ooooo! That first bite was delicious! Service was fine. You wait in line and place your order, they give you a number and call your number when it's ready. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space was kinda small, so my suggestion is to have one person wait by the counter for orders to be called, and the other person stake out for anyone leaving a table.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Ridiculously delicious sandwiches- we got two di parmas i believe, but one with added cal chilis. Outstanding service too! Polite, genuine, no pressure and the staff went out of their way to give my dachshund some turkey to enjoy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The shop is aesthetically pleasing and felt warm and welcoming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The bread was phenomenal, the gooey cheese and prosciutto along with pistachios just elevated each bite. Visited from sac and cannot wait to return! Only wish there were locations elsewhere in LA as Hollywood area traffic definitely plays a factor. The viale di Parma is sooo yum. It has a delicious fig jam (but when you order make sure you say viale bc there's also a di parma which was also good it's like pesto and truffle). Def will be back!! The parking situation is not ideal but that's how West Hollywood is. We found street parking around the block which was free which was nice! We sat at a table inside there isn't too much seating but there's also an outside area which was nice!
Honestly, my sandwich was really good. The prosciutto is delectable however, I chose to add mozzarella and they didn't add it. Mozzarella is legit an extra $4+ so I'm pissed, especially since that was the main thing I was looking forward to. Cheese is a main part of what makes a sandwich good. Other than them forgetting my $4+ mozzarella, it was a great sandwich. But was it worth $30 (for them to forget to add my cheese)? Probably not.
What a great find in the WeHo area while taking a break from wedding dress shopping. It's on a great corner spot with both inside and outside seating. The service was good, but not great. They seemed to want to rush us through and luckily we had previewed the menu before we arrived. These Tuscan style sandwiches are my favorite of all sandwich types. And my favorite is the mortadella with straciattella cheese and pistachio cream. The one thing that I really liked about their sandwiches was the bread. It was nice and crunchy on the outside, but light and airy on the inside. I prefer this over the more dense bread at All' Antaico Vinaio.

What a win! Been wanting to try this place and simply couldn't wait til their new location opened. So, when we headed to the grove for the Odyssey, we had to make a lunch stop for sandos before! Mikael was so lovely & made sure we enjoyed after grabbing a turkey and the di Parma. My only request was that we try something with the artichoke spread and boy did it hit the spot. Plan to get messy because these are melt-watering and filled with TOP spreads. The bread was light and airy and Aryeh even claimed it as the BEST sandwich in LA. Best sandwich spot in town! I'm honestly not even a sandwich kind of gal but Viale di Parma is the best sandwich I've ever had and that's an understatement - just try it and you'll know what I mean! Whenever I have friends/family that visit me in LA, I take them here and they also agree and that says a lot! If you've never been here, please go! They deserve all the love and recognition. Service is pretty fast and there's indoor and outdoor seating. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's not a big place but since it's a sandwich shop, people come in & out fairly quickly so it's not too bad![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Definitely add to your list! read more

I literally dream about their Di Parma sandwich! Every component just works without being overpowering. The focaccia was unreal and truly the star of the show, holding together the prosciutto, burrata, fresh pesto (pesto elevates almost any sandwich imo if it's done right and their in-house pesto was in fact done right), crushed pistachios (added amazing texture and flavor that really made the sandwich), truffle cream, and arugula... I can't say I've had anything quite like it before. The only thing is it's pretty steep (~$30) and for that luxury price, I wish they were a bit more generous with the meat. read more

Mamie is bustling and busy--and I'm sure it's not just because of the hype. Though their sandwiches are slightly on the more expensive side, they were mouthwatering and unforgettable. I ordered the Viale Di Parma and wow. Fig jam, 18-month aged prosciutto, gorgonzola cheese and baby arugula nestled in freshly-baked schiacciata bread rocked my world. The chopped pistachios in the sandwich elevated the taste and texture too. It's been a few days since I ate here and I'm still thinking about this sandwich! My boyfriend ordered the Viale Di Guanciale, which is very similar to the Di Parma, but with a different meat instead. As expected, it also tasted flavorful. Though we took our order to-go this time around, I am excited to come back to test out their dine-in experience. The staff are so friendly and from the small amount of time I was there the live music was a vibe. Truly fantastic! read more

Parking was overwhelming but we were highly favored and found street parking right away in front of Mamies. FYI There's meter parking all around. Also a Whole Foods parking lot across the street. I'm guessing some people park there too. There is definitely traffic, so be prepared. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Establishment is beautiful, clean and friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The long lines can feel overwhelming but don't really last that long (we went on a Thursday @ lunchtime). I noticed that most locals order online and just do pickup - which is smart. We had time to sit and enjoy the most amazing sandwiches w/chips and a cup of espressos. Everything was delicious. So glad to see a restaurant that appears to be thriving on this busy intersection in West Hollywood. When Mamie first opened there were very long lines to get in. The influence of TikTok is truly amazing, but is the food really that good? Came here on a Saturday afternoon with a friend about an hour before closing. The place was pretty busy but not crazy busy. The order line was moving quickly. We each ordered a sandwich with a bag of chips and a bottle of water. Just over $50 including gratuity. We received a number and found an inside table. Our sandwiches arrived within ten minutes and wrapped nicely in butchers paper. I ordered the Cardinal and my friend had the Caprese. See menu for description of sandwiches. They both were very fresh and tasty. The in-house made bread was buttery in taste and crunchy. Really good bread. My friends sandwich was vegetarian, and mine came with turkey. My only complaint is the small serving of turkey in my sandwich. A little less arugula and little more turkey would have been perfect. My friend loved his sandwich. We'll definitely come back and hope this restaurant sticks around for the long term. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is very clean and has a good energy to it. Indoor and outdoor dining. This place gets really busy on weekends and early afternoons daily. Open 11a to 5p daily. Street parking only on Santa Monica Boulevard or Fairfax Avenue. read more
Best panini/sandwich in all of SoCal!!! Stopped by to grab a quick bite. Ordered the di Parma (owner said this was one if the fan favorites) and also decided to try a vegetarian option so chose the Capriccio to share. OMG they were phenomenal!!! Di Parm-My favorite EVER!!! Generous amount of prosciutto 18 month aged, fresh/creamy burrata, truffled cream, pesto, baby arugula, and chopped pistachio (the pistachio bites made the sandwich!!!!!). The pistachio just added a slight nutty flavor to it which I absolutely loved. Such a great touch!!!!!!! Capriccio-Creamy Italian burrata, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted bell peppers, pesto, baby arugula, and of course chopped pistachio bites. Another fantastic choice. This place was just a gem. Highly recommend to anyone in town. They had just opened 15 minutes before we arrived, but there was already a small line, about 5 people waiting for their orders, and of course uber/doordash orders. I really enjoyed my sandwich here!! I stole by on a whim and got their most popular sandwich. The people were kind, the space has an Italian deli feel, and the sandwich was crispy and chewy and salty and delicious. Kinda pricey, especially since the sandwich wasn't terribly big, but I'll give it another try and see what else they have, soon. read more

(more like a 3.5 star) best thing about these sandwiches is the bread, so yummy! but they all definitely need more meat! my favorite sandwich was di parma, the pesto was good and i love anything with burrata. the prosciutto gave a nice saltiness and the pesto added bright flavor of basil i also really liked the viale di parma. the fig jam gave a nice taste of sweetness and the crema di gorgonzola was not overpowering the diva sandwich was my least favorite. although all sandwiches needed more meat, it was most evident in this one. all i could really taste was arugula considering that these are fairly pricey and there is not enough meat, i am not sure if i would come back. read more
This place is so good! The bread was perfectly crunchy and soft and the insides were so flavorful. I loved the tuna in the Monaco and the Eros was such a light sandwich. The artichoke cream is also really good. I've heard this spot can be a hit or a miss but luckily I came on the day it was a hit. Come for: honestly, any sandwich Know that: can get pretty busy around lunchtime I came on a Sunday morning and couldn't have been happier. My wait wasn't long, about 15 mins from arrival to sandwich. But I did see a like start to form around 12 pm. Service was very friendly and ordering at the register was easy. The hardest part will be choosing which sandwich out of the many great options you want. I went with the Viale di parma and the di parma. The Viale cost about $7 less and I have to say, I enjoyed both about the same - a lot. Both sandwiches were absolutely delicious with the bread taking center stage. Crispy but soft, literally the perfect sandwich bread. The Viale had a fig component to give a sweetness that I really liked, while the di parma was more savory. My one wish was that they gave a little bit more prosciutto as some of the other ingredients, especially the vegetables masked some of that amazing prosciutto taste. Ambiance of the place is like an Italian cafe - chill vibes. Outdoor patio was nice but gets full really quick. Overall, one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Lord have mercy that sandwich was so damn good. If I wasn't a big back, I would have had the second half for later or share (so good size) The Bread is crunchy yet soft. There's a little bit of salt on the top, which I think is fantastic, however, I did have prosciutto which made it ever so slightly salty combining those two. I had the Parm Di? The one with prosciutto and pesto and burrata. Holy smokes that was bomb. Were those pine nuts?! Random but I liked I happened to be visiting the valley, so I made a point to drive here on my way home. I can see myself making a special trip 40 minutes just to try another sandwich it was that good. read more

UNBELIEVABLE. Quality ingredients on freshly house-baked focaccia. Sandwich is large and absolutely shareable if you have a side. I was looking forward to the Monaco the most, but the pistachios in the Viale di Parma added a unique texture and flavor I've never had in a sandwich before. With its pleasant store front and location, I look forward to becoming a regular here. read more
This place is SO good. We always order two sandwiches: the Riccione and the Eros. They were basically perfection. The bread is flavorful and really tasty. The aged prosciutto is divine and the portions are quite big enough to share. (I usually eat half and save the rest for lunch the next day.) Can't talk about the service as we always order online and run in to pick it up. They are always busy! No parking though so be prepared for that.. There are a couple sandwich shops selling VERY similar sandwiches but Mamie is simply better than the rest. Try it and beware because you'll never go anywhere else. The specialty here are Tuscan/Florentine style paninis that are served on schiacciata bread. The dough for this bread is allowed to ferment for over 72 hours and you can tell they use really high quality ingredients here. In addition to their sandwiches, they serve other food items, such as pizza and they also serve up great coffee drinks. I wish I could talk about the other food items more, but when I visited, I knew that I wanted one of their sandwiches... and a cappuccino. I ended up ordering the Di Parma. Once I saw the 18 month aged prosciutto and buratta, I knew I had to order it. Mind you it's not a cheap sandwich, but it's so tasty and they're definitely working with some costly, high quality ingredients. The ratio (bread to ingredient), flavors, and textures were all working in unison to make a great sandwich that I thoroughly enjoyed. The coffee was great as well. The place is not huge, but there's some seating inside and outside. It can get pretty busy early in the day on the weekends, which is when I went. I kind of beat the crowd because I was able to get a seat right away and the line just kept getting longer while I was enjoying my food. Definitely a gem of a sandwich shop in the neighborhood of West Hollywood. read more

The location is awesome, right on the corner of Fairfax and Santa Monica Blvd., and it's a very open aired kinda place. They also have great sides and soft drinks. Thought the bread itself could be crunchy and filling ratio could be better. I mostly tasted the fig jam in it. Worth a try but not incredible in my opinion. read more
Their Italian panini's are SO good! I'm so happy we got to try this place. It seems their volume is so high that they are constantly baking more bread for their sandwiches. Apparently they spend a lot of time making their panini. 72 hours of slow fermentation before it goes into the oven apparently! When you try it, you'll understand. It is otherwise a very busy place. There was a line that constantly stretched to the door. The inside can sometimes feel a little smoky from the baking but we got used to it. We go the Viale di Parma and the Cardinal. Both were awesome. They tasted wonderful and I'd get them both again. The bread was a little on the oily side but it was only noticed by my friend (I was too busy chowing down).
