    Pasta Pesto
    Hailey C.

Yummy! I love their pesto pasta, it's such a beautiful vibrant shade of green and the taste is very yummy. The burrata cheese that people usually get is also light and pairs well with the pesto pasta. Service is great - you order at the counter and sit down.

My younger brother is a huge pasta lover, so we've tried a lot of different pasta places together. If you're someone who doesn't like food that's overly salty or heavily seasoned, I think you'll really enjoy this restaurant. The flavors were well-balanced, and everything we ordered was seasoned just right without being overpowering. The food tasted fresh, the pasta was delicious, and the overall dining experience was great. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I'd recommend if you prefer lighter, more balanced flavors!

I am obsessed!! I've only heard about this place, since people always raved about it, but I've actually tried it out myself. Glad my partner decided to come eat here for dinner! Wow! The pappardelle tagliatelle was delicious! Don't forget to add burrata on the side, cuz that was great addition to it! My partner also ordered this garlic pasta, which is now off their menu, and it was also delicious. Didn't really care for their desserts -- chocolate salami and the caramel panna cotta. For a dessert, it was just too bland for my taste. You can go somewhere else for dessert! Parking can be a major pain in the ass. Good luck! May the odds be ever in your favor!

Worth the hype! Sadly not as affordable as it was when it first came onto the scene. It was renowned for handmade pasta at really cheap prices but now is equivalent to other sit-down Italian restaurants. However the quality is still not lost! The pasta definitely tastes from scratch, fresh and al dente. The sauces were well seasoned and not overly salty. The seafood bisque pasta and the carbonara tasted like they were made in your grandma's kitchen (if your grandma were Italian). Enjoyed my roasted broccoli (tasted more sauteed, $8). Some small seating indoors. Free soft bread with your order. Very friendly staff. I loved talking to them. Complimentary spa water you dispense yourself. Small parking lot in this strip mall but you should be able to find parking there or on the side streets.

Wow! Tiny little place with a tiny little parking lot but man it's worth waiting for a spot! Fresh pasta and fresh bread! Super sweet staff! The food was so delicious and all well fresh! They gave us focaccia with oil and balsamic while we waited for our food and let us know it was made that morning! Highly recommend

Staff here is super welcoming. Food smells amazing as soon as you walk in. I enjoyed their Bolognese with the papardelle noodle. Note, you can pick what style noodle you'd like to enjoy and I feel like having that option alone is a huge plus. They also have the option of adding extra pasta for a bigger portion, small up charge but the price point is still really good. There is complementary bread with every order. The tiramisu was phenomenal! Made with love. Parking can be a little tough to find as its located in a small strip mall plaza but well worth the visit. Join their reward system. Pasta Sisters, I will be back. Thank you for the warm first welcome.

Wow, this place was just amazing! You can't miss at Pasta Sisters. The pastas are cooked perfectly al dente and the sauces are light and tasty. Highly recommend getting the burrata add-on. The complimentary focaccia that comes with the pasta is addicting and the tiramisu was a perfect ending. We came on a Friday, a little before 12 pm, and were able to be seated for a table of 3 with no wait, after ordering at the counter. The restaurant is small and was almost full when we came in, but was pretty empty throughout the 12 pm hour. We got a spot in the small parking lot and there were several spots free throughout our time there. Service was super nice and accommodating. The staff checked in with us regularly about our orders and focaccia refills despite being pretty busy with takeout orders behind the counter. Officially my favorite pasta place in LA!

Tried pasta sisters on a whim. I was nearby so I went to check out Yelp for any nearby recommendations. Pasta sisters came up and thought that would be a great choice for dinner. The pasta is so fresh and so delicious. They weren't lying about fresh pasta made in house. With a few bites in, I felt like I back in Italy trying authentic pasta again. I had the pesto and it was phenomenal. Husband had the arrabbiata pasta. He enjoyed it. I'm still thinking about the pasta even though I was here days ago. Small restaurant with just a few tables available so I recommend going by yourself or with a friend. I think it would be difficult to go with a larger party. Nonetheless I highly recommend Pasta Sisters Food was amazing and the staff were friendly. I will definitely be back if I'm in the neighborhood. I saw they have another location so I may try that location since it's a tad closer to me.

Loved it the first time and had to come back with friends! It has such a warm and inviting feel, and the staff is always incredibly helpful. Ordered three dishes again! One I had to get was the cacio e pepe my absolute favorite. It's perfectly creamy and cheesy every single time. I'll always order it. The pesto gnocchi was pillowy and full of flavor, and the spicy arrabbiata spaghetti with burrata was perfection, theres literally a picture of this dish on their wall. I also ordered a chicken cutlet that was perfectly fried and juicy, not dry at all Every dish was plated beautifully. My friends loved their dishes too! They went with salmon pasta and the three-cheese gnocchi and they loved. Will always come back, still so much of the menu to explore!

It was time for some pasta so why not go to a place with pasta in the name? My wife and I stopped at Pasta Sisters for dinner last weekend and thanks to timing, were able to secure one of the small tables inside the restaurant. You pretty much only come to this place if you want one thing and that's exactly what the menu specializes in, PASTA! I ended up ordering the Bolognese and soon after adding a chicken cutlet to it, which is my only real complaint here. They charged like $12 for a single chicken cutlet, which is absolutely insane. I would not of done it if I saw the price before hand, but I was just excited to make my pasta dish chicken parm like, so I did it anyway. I really liked the pasta itself and the chicken cutlet was pretty standard for a chicken cutlet, but when mixed together, it made for a pretty satisfying dinner and once I rather enjoyed eating. Overall, Pasta Sisters was a solid dinner spot and had some really good food. Would I ever pay $12 for a single chicken cutlet again? My god, no, absolutely not. But the food was good, the staff was friendly, and I left with a full stomach so I'll give it a pass for now.

Came late around 9:20 pm and we politely asked if we could still dine in and they were very kind and welcoming us. Got porcini mushroom, carbonara, and tiramisu. Everything was delicious.

Best pasta.. haven't been back for awhile. Was in neighborhood and had to stop by. Luckily they started serving on Sundays. Yay and it's still as delicious as we remembered. Always friendly service. Tiny parking lot but luckily theres turnover so there usually is parking we went on an off prime time though 2:30pm on Easter Sunday.

    Regina A.

It's a small place (though cozy feeling for sure), so be warned if you're looking to dine in. We came in just shy of the dinner rush. Ordered the porcini mushroom with the taglatelle and it was perfectly cooked al dente and well seasoned. Bread given on the side perfectly soft. Tiramisu was rather delicious too. Tasty food, but what really puts this place over the top is the top notch service!! The person handling the counter was very welcoming, explained the entire menu and always checked in on us. Despite it getting super busy eventually, he was still very attentive and friendly!

They have good f***ing pasta yes.

Hello. We do have gluten free options. But making our pasta in house we can't guarantee any of our dishes to be 100%. Thank you for the question.

How are the portions? Are you still hungry after having their pasta?

I was full, but I also ordered an appetizer. If you're a guy and you eat a lot, you may want to order more

The menu can be a bit overwhelming, but trust that any way you want your pastrami sandwich, you can have it! I went with a friend, who at the moment is on a pastrami only diet. He was just in NYC, eating at several well known places for pastrami, yet still craving more when he returned! We split a sandwich, with coleslaw on the side so he could build his sandwich his way. I am a purest with pastrami, nothing but mustard! The pastrami here is thick cut, tender, something to ENJOY not bury! They offer a few mustards and other condiments on the table. The pastrami of course was amazing, but the gravy/chili was just as amazing. Some heat but not a lot, just perfect! We ended with a slice of carrot cake, it was okay but who comes for the dessert! For those that frequent or live on the West Side, Norm's daughter Trisha has a place called Daughter's Deli. Same excellent pastrami and rye bread! I have been there many times and seen Trisha and sometimes Norm there working hard! My sandwich was very well portioned and absolutely delicious, some of the best pastrami I've ever had! Fries were good, Cole slaw was good, and the whole experience was great. Great, attentive service too. They were busy for a very good reason. Come here hungry! The portions are very generous.

So it seemed fitting to honor both of them and it satisfied my craving. The catered memorial looked great but it was difficult to make a proper plate. I always crave matzo ball soup. Luckily I had my fan to help cool off my soup. I did add a little salt and pepper. Other than that it was total comfort. $15 We shared a club sandwich and got French fries instead. All the condiments, Russian dressing, ranch come in prepackaged little containers. Ranch tasted fresh and homemade. I used a little of the Russian dressing. Is that a Brent's thing? $22 + $3 for French fries. I wanted a little sweet and got the blueberry cheesecake. That was the best cheesecake ever. Actual blueberries inside the cheesecake. So creamy and delicious. $11 Pickles are always my favorite. I got bagel chips with my matzo ball soup. I ordered corned beef and cabbage for my 99 year old mom. She said she didn't like the cabbage, no taste. She's 99 ‍ It's been a while since I was there. It feels the same. Booths and tables. Same decor. Our server Laura was super sweet and patient. Helpful in our decision making. Ricardo cracked me up because he brought a small soup container for my friend's cabbage soup. She was a little perturbed it was too small. Ricardo insisted it would fit and it did PERFECTLY.

If you're visiting the area, I highly recommend making a stop here. My biggest piece of advice is to go early because it gets incredibly busy by lunchtime--and for good reason! Keep in mind they are closed on Monday and Tuesday. While you can order online, I'll always choose to go inside so I can browse everything they have to offer. Their selection of fresh pasta salads is fantastic, and the desserts are always tempting. Whether you're craving lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, a chicken Parmesan sandwich, or one of their many other Italian specialties, you really can't go wrong. Be sure to check out the wine section in the back left of the market. It's extensive and absolutely incredible! This is the kind of place that keeps people coming back year after year, and it's easy to see why. Being Italian American and growing up with an Italian mother who loved feeding everyone, this was one of our favorite places to visit together. Those memories make every trip here even more special. My personal favorite is the Godmother sandwich--hands down one of the best you'll ever have. It's packed with flavor, made with quality ingredients, and it's the sandwich I find myself craving every time I come back. One of the things I love most about this place is the atmosphere. It has an energy that immediately makes you think of family. Everyone is genuinely kind, welcoming, and happy to help, making you feel right at home the moment you walk through the door. It has that warm, old-school Italian family vibe that's becoming harder and harder to find, and it's a big part of what makes this place so special.
