French Toast Sampler - pick any 3
    Pam B.

Nice brunch spot if you're looking for one in ktown with parking and less congested area. I was here last Saturday after 10am, found street parking in front. Got in and it was already busy and I was seated even though my cousin and her partner have not arrived. They ended up being late but the servers were really nice. I ordered latte and the French toast sampler while waiting. The French toast is really good - I picked 3 flavors- the Plain, Nutella and strawberries and crème. I will recommend this because you get a sampling of 3 different kinds of French toast and I like variety so this is perfect. The vibe is casual and I would say fun, very chill. They serve mimosa flights too and some cocktails if you're into that for brunch. They have a parking lot and I think they have a waitlist in yelp which I didn't even use as I might be early enough and got in before they got busy. When my cousin finally arrived they ordered the chicken and waffle and I believe a chicken wrap. I didn't try it but they seem to enjoy their food.

Dare I say best chicken Caesar wrap I've had so far? I love that they toast the tortilla to a crisp. The food was good and we got seated right away. Our server was so sweet and passionate as he had created the menu templates so they are really part of the team. It's really cute in the hotel and at the time we went it was free parking as valet was not out yet. Also heard that they started happy hour and also have bottomless mimosas so we'll definitely be back.

What can I say! Still good. I come here occasionally for brunch when I can because of my hectic schedule, and every time I do come it does not disappoint. One of the best brunch spots in Ktown. Good Service, good food, and good brunch bevies. Ambiance is vibey, and there can be a wait on busy weekends but overall still one of my top places

Staff and service are always so nice. Been here 3 times and it's a beautiful brunch spot. I'm coming back to try more items on the menu! So good truly.

Perfect brunch spot with friends or even for a date. They have a wonderful menu & everything is pretty flavorful. My favorites are definitely the chilaquiles! Would definitely come back

I want to give the place so much more love I bought to mimosa flights and was very disappointed in the champagne choice. Promotions showed a higher quality brand. Service was the highlight. Everyone is very attentive and helpful. This small anquaint cafe and connected to the H Hotel.

Came here for their extended hours launch with my sister and nephew. I was able to catch the Happy hour special (5-7pm) got the sliders, man n cheese and pastrami fries ! So good! Must try! The atmosphere was vibe and the service was amazing. Definitely coming back !

As a restaurant/cafe for Ktown, I would definitely recommend for the parking! Parking is free and valeted for this spot in Ktown! For food, the PORTIONS were HUGE and great! I got the Mac and cheese and it was nice and creamy with a panko crust which added a bit of extra crunch! However, for the California burrito, they had a LOT of potatoes which was really filling! For ambiance, it was pretty loud! However, for service, I raised my hand for about 3-5 minutes and didn't really get service until I flagged down a waiter/server by having direct eye contact with one. TIP: There's FREE parking where you can drive into their parking lot and they have restrooms!

I've been wanting to try this place for awhile and then I was suddenly in the area! It's casual but the food was good! I had chicken with waffles and it was not dry which happens with fried chicken most of the time and my boyfriend had the buffalo chicken sliders which also were good! And I had the Mimosa flight which you must try as there are so many flavours available. Our waitress was really nice and helped me pick which ones! We will definitely be back

H Café was always on my list but it being in k town made it not as immediate to try because of the location. Thankfully we got lucky with parking but it is very very rough at times but thats expected for k town lol. The menu had a variety of options but I had heard much about the pancakes and I knew I had to try it which ended up being pretty good! I didn't think the lemonade was really good as described but the service was decent and the ambiance was cute throughout it.

ORDER country breakfast burrito -- hot sauce, guac, gravy, and sour cream on the side it was honestly just so bland :') the flavor was so light, i didn't really taste anything besides the hint of gravy. i didn't want my burrito to get soggy, so i asked for everything the burrito would be topped with to go on the side. it is super filling. the burger was delicious though! SERVICE soso friendly and accommodating. AMBIANCE there is street parking and valet parking on the side (no one was working valet when i went). outdoor and indoor seating available.

We couldn't be seated right away given that we were late, and the wait ended being an extra 15 minutes longer for our party of 7. They really made it work for us, so we were very appreciative. Parking: Our group split up between $8 and $10 nearby lots for the whole day. All within a 5 minute walk away. Location: Right across the street from the Original LA Flower Market warehouse. Fun activity to do after eating. Also had a bunch of other flower and plant shops nearby. Restrooms: Shared with the Flower Market. Clean, and no need for a code. Just push the door. Food: Last but not least - scrumptious food! Plating is beautiful, and food was very satisfying. I got the chicken + waffles, and it was delicious with the honey and butter glaze. If you're looking for more leafy greens, I also highly recommend the Fried Chicken Egg Benedict.

They focus way too much on what the food or reels look like and forget that they still need to serve the customer. The service was slow. Our server, Brea, treated us like a large group (which meant an automatic 20% gratuity), but she didn't take all of our orders at the same time. Instead, she made us wait as if we were separate tables. She took the orders from two sections of our group and then just left. We thought she was simply putting menus away and would come right back. Nope. She cleaned other tables, cashed out another table, and we eventually had to wave her down just to place the rest of our order. The food was good, but not good enough to overlook the service. I ordered the Shrimp and Grits. The first few bites were delicious, but after a while the grits became a little too salty for my liking. Overall, I'm glad I tried it at least once. My husband ordered the Waffle Chicken Sandwich, which was really good. The sauce tasted similar to buffalo sauce, and it paired well with the sweetness of the waffle. Unfortunately, the wait for our checks was just as bad. Our server would make eye contact with us and then continue doing other things. It was ridiculous how little she checked on us after taking our order. The tables and chairs were already uncomfortable, so having to sit there even longer waiting to pay was frustrating. The only reason this is a 3-star review and not lower is because the food was really good and well seasoned. I would not come back again. Javier was the one who finally helped us pay our check and get out of there. I wish we could have removed the automatic 20% gratuity based on the service we received, but at that point it was what it was.

This past visit I came with a large group and was still seated immediately. I didn't realize just how large it is inside, as I usually am towards the front or on the small front patio. ANYWAY The Korean wings were very good but admittedly could have been a bit spicier. The loaded fries had a bit too much melty cheese on top that oversaturated the other ingredients. The chicken quesadilla was I enjoyed but was a little basic. Last time I was here before this I had a chicken tikka quesadilla which I think was a more inventive dish that is certainly more memorable than this one. Small critiques but I do very much enjoy District and will one day come not just for happy hour. The cocktail of the day is usually good!

I wasn't a fan of their margarita with a splash of soda, so they made another one without hesitation and it was terrific--well balanced. It wasn't too tart nor too sweet. No rooftop view or wonderful food can change the way you are made to feel. I knew it wasn't just us when a nearby table made a comment "good luck" when trying to get our server, Tony, to come back to finish placing our order and another table with a similar comment when we needed a pen from our server who seemingly avoided for 15+ min after our check was tossed on our table with no thanks or any words. Sad, because the food here.. 5 STARS!!! Hands down some of the best food! Other staff also... 5 STARS!! So welcoming and friendly like the entire hotel staff being guests at the hotel. Our server Tony was 2 stars as he started off ok but ran away mid order thinking it was the loud music and did get drinks delivered very quickly. When he returned with drinks my son was able to finish his menu order that was missed. Tony did explain the small kitchen and items would arrive at different times.. all good and things came out quicker and in sync more than expected. Allergies were noted and accommodated so that was appreciated. After food was delivered and we had time to enjoy our meal, the manager (I presume) was welcoming and interested in asking how we enjoyed our meal. It was all wonderful and told him so.. once he left however, it was as though we didn't exist or were of little importance. Tony came back and tossed the check on the table and turned away quickly, never stopping to see if we actually needed anything else. Had to get his attention to order dessert. My son ordered the strawberry cheesecake bar and I ordered an espresso martini.. this wasn't on the menu and I would NOT recommend an espresso martini. One of my favorite drinks I've had from MANY places. This one was all VERY strong espresso. It looked like a martini but there was NO sweetness of vanilla, chocolate or any other sweet flavor. There was no smooth finish of vodka... literally very harsh espresso with nothing else. I put it to the side hoping our server would come back. My son finished his dessert entirely and we waited... and waited. My drink sat full on the side of the table and Tony tossed our check down without question and turned to run away. I had to nearly chase after him to get his attention when I explained my drink was not good and just wanted it removed from my bill. He asked if I wanted them to remake it and I said no, I wasn't even sure it was the drink I ordered. He did have it removed but literally came back with the check and tossed it on the table and ran away quickly again without a pen so we couldn't sign to our room and leave. It dragged painfully on and on ruining what could have been an amazing experience. My son had to finally get up and ask for a pen which Tony gave him with no words and seemed annoyed. So odd and lacking in hospitality. Is this normal at an upscale restaurant to not care if your customers are satisfied? Coming from the Bay Area and dining at other upscale restaurants I just haven't ever felt "less than" like I did here. I sill left 20% but Tony, I am a 30-50% tipper and you judged us wrong. We may not have been in sequins and tux's after coming off an 8 hour drive and in comfort clothes, but deserved better. Serving is a demanding job, and I appreciate hardworking hospitality professionals as I was once one in my younger years. Customer interactions significantly impact a guest's experience and a server that is dismissive or unfriendly does not reflect the level of service I would expect from a business with such a great atmosphere. Food: -Cara Cara chopped salad - honestly best salad I've had anywhere hands down.. flavor, crunch, zest -Golden Hour Burger for son commented on how juicy and flavorful it was even cooked Med-well -Truffle Mac n cheese was the item that didn't get ordered as Tony ran away too quickly, but was ok. Was drier than expected and not as creamy and cheesy as expected. -Ragu tomato pizza had a most light and flavorful crust, my son loved it more than I did so he finished it as the tomato sauce was a bit much for me and I was more than happy to keep to my chopped salad

My friend just flew in for a day because his relative had forgot her passport and needed to travel to Korea, so we stopped here. He missed a few meetings, a vet appointment and other things, but also saved the day, otherwise his relative wouldn't have been able to make it to Korea. While here, they ordered a salad with cherries and pecans that was pretty amazing. I think that may have been one of the better salads I've eaten. In addition to that, a cucumber burrata salad was ordered, and that was made well too. When my venison burger arrived, I took a few bites and it had the exact flavor I was hoping for and I thought the burger was done extremely well. My friend also ordered a pork chop, and it was an amazing cut, cooked perfectly, tender, juicy and everything you could ever want in a bone in pork chop. They also cut the entire piece for you and scraped every last bit off of the bone too. The service is really attentive. They come by your table a lot to ensure you have everything you need. The ambiance is a bit dim in lighting which sets a nice mood. And the place just happens to be dog friendly too. Sorry for the lack of photos, but I didn't wanna intrude on everyone else's meals. You can spend 1 hour finding street parking or paying an arm and a leg for a lot. The ambiance is modern but warm. I've been a few times but this might be the last for a while.
