Solid bakery café, but confusing online ordering. I'm apart of the Corner Bakery Café rewards program and I was offered a free chicken salad voucher. It was a bit confusing to navigate the app to apply the reward, but with a bit of help from customer service I was able to do it. I scheduled to pickup my order in advance. However, upon arriving to the location I ordered at, the location did not receive my order. The staff were confused, but I showed them my order confirmation which showed the time and location accurately. It took the staff a while to investigate, but eventually they went ahead and prepared my order. They were overall nice about it. The chicken salad sandwich was decent. The chicken salad was good, but nothing special. I liked the croissant buns, but it would've been a lot better if there were warm, fresh, and buttery. The buns seemed a bit old. The food was sad and only 1/2 the sandwich had most the ingredients but was missing the pesto and basil on both halves. One half had roasted tomatoes and spinach, the other half hardly any meat or ingredients listed. I also got harassed by a homeless woman asking for money with her hands out.
