It's pretty convenient. Timing- they are punctual, even called a few minutes before they arrived to make me aware. They worked from the moment they walked into the door to once the last box was dropped. Covid- all three of the gentleman were wearing masks and conscious of social distancing. service- Ziggy, Dandre and Micheal were a trifecta, they are personable, hard working, and very careful. They each introduced themselves by name, we did a walk through, I explained a few things and they started. They even stopped to ask questions when they were unclear of anything. MS have such a great rhythm with each other and flow of what to move when. (I didn't get it, but I didn't need to.) I also appreciate how carefully they wrapped items, supported each other on the heavier or more difficult items, and kept going for hours. One of the movers appeared to be intoxicated during my move. He was an older, shorter Hispanic gentleman, and every time he came near me I could smell alcohol. This made me very uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about professionalism, safety, and whether this contributed to the delays during the move. I was also charged a fuel fee for a move that was only 0.3 miles away, which felt completely unreasonable. On top of that, my final bill nearly doubled from the original estimate. I was charged approximately $350 for packing supplies even though I had already purchased and provided my own tape and wrapping materials and placed them in each room for the movers to use. I even have photos documenting this. When I questioned the charges, I was first told there was a misunderstanding and then told the supplies "weren't seen." Despite me clearly communicating that my own supplies were available, the movers chose to use company materials anyway. While I understand charges for sofa covers and a TV box, one of my smaller TVs had already been wrapped and I specifically stated it did not need to be boxed. They proceeded anyway and charged me for it. The most upsetting part was feeling pressured to pay the full amount before my belongings would be unloaded. After reviewing everything afterward, I truly do not believe the charges were fair or transparent. I gave the company an opportunity to resolve this professionally before posting this review, but the lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating. Customers deserve honesty, professionalism, and fair pricing -- unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Their price was fair and everyone worked extremely hard. I would have taken weeks to complete what they did in two days. Best of all they stayed to the quote price they gave a minimum and a maximum and came up in the middle! The only words of caution I would give to you are to expect a staff with only one or two native English speakers . The other guys are working extremely hard to please and take feedback very well, though. you may need to be clear and demonstrate or write out how you would like the box labeled for them. I felt like they did their best to respect our home, not tracking too much dirt. They also ensured that they missed nothing in our previous home packing even the tiniest of things. When they ran out of packing supplies, they called their supervisor who came by with more boxes. We paid additional to have our treadmill moved, and that wentoff flawlessly. They built all furniture that was taken apart, and I can't think of any damage we found. I would recommend treasure moving to anyone I knew. The owner called me and made sure I understood the pricing and was comfortable with the work being done at my home.

They put a hole in my wall, pulled moldings off of the entryway and broke a very expensive corbel on the front of the house. I've been chasing them for about a month and the supervisor (Eugene) has been giving me the run-around. I would advise that you not even consider using this company. Eugene says that his crew denies doing any of the damage. If the supervisor can't trust his crew to be honest with him, how can you trust the company to be honest with you? If you use this company, make sure you watch them closely.
