In the refrigerator, I found to my surprise Spēka, the chocolate covered cottage cheese bar in assorted flavors that I had sampled at the Restaurant Show and has been difficult to find in the Big Apple. I bought four in lemon and gave one to Raj to try. The only drawback to this cafe are the hours whereby they close at 6 pm all week.

It was about an average croissant but the Biscoff spread added some nice flavor to it. I think it could've used more though. It was buttery and flaky; pillars a of what a croissant should be.
