I paid $85 for a simple pedicure and waxing!!! Ive done a very similar design to what I asked for on myself and they had no idea how to do it!!! (It was dots in the shape of a flower). The first time I complained the lady refused to hear my feedback on how I wanted it and then they threatened to call 911 because I wasn't going to pay an extra $15 because they couldn't do what I asked for!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? THEY KEPT ME THERE FOR 2 HOURS FOR A SIMPLE PEDICURE. I've been to Everly nail bar a couple of times now. The salon is clean and offers a range of complimentary beverages, and has plenty of room to accommodate guests. The only negative I have experienced was the wait as a walk in customer. The last time I went, I was told it was a 10 minute wait, but I waited 30 minutes for someone to be free to do my pedi. This place gets 1 star because there was someone actively cleaning the whole time I was there which is always a good feeling and for a gentleman named Sean. Other than that, it was extremely rushed. I started with a pedicure and had to ask her to redo my calluses, she then rushed to pain my toes and it was terrible. I had to ask her to put another coat on and the shine. She left color on my skin too and didn't even clean it up. I then went to my manicure, Sean was slow and took his time with my nails, very friendly and positive too. I had to check a few things for work on my phone and 5 minutes later, the manager or owner was rushing him off to the next person so he would finish. He started to rush, I had to ask for my cuticles to be clipped for $10 more. At one point I took one of his tools to clean up my nails and he proceeded to ask why I didn't ask Sean to do that..... because he was rushed off! Worried to see if my nails even last. read more

Everly nails next to Snooze has some of the worst nail techs I've ever encountered. Rude, ruined my nail bed, unprofessional as hell. Do not recommend at all unless you want your hands torn to shreds and unusable for days. read more

Got a standard mani. Every nail on both hands is a different shape. some nails have odd points on the side. Looks like he clipped with intention to file so all are uniform, but when I asked, he insisted all are fine and nothing else needed. Bizarre. Never had this happen. I've tried this location a few times. I've had 2 nice pedicures and 1 that looked like my 6 year old niece did them. The last was one of the worst pedicures I've had. Toe nails weren't cut straight, cuticles cut so short it was painful and I was bleeding when I was out of there. Nail polish was lumpy looking, tech bumped my toe while putting on the foam flip flop and was irritated when I asked if it could be fixed. I mean it was ok. Obviously it's going to be nice and clean since it's fairly new. I will say my set is just now lifting. Got them done 9/28/23. I didn't get the name of my nail tech but he was ok. Didn't say much. I did point out to him a couple of my nails were crooked he tried shaping them to look straight but eh! Out of all the salons I've been to so far I'd have to say this one has given me the best set in the category of "no lifting". I will give it another try. Today, Friday 27 October I had a Pedi and a Manicure done by Tina. She made my experience here amazing. I was looking for a color that matched my pursue. I selected a color that was way to light and the person doing my Pedi just put the color and I said it was fine but I was not happy with the color. I felt that he was rushing so I didn't want to bother him. Tina l did my Mani and she cleaned my nails and as she was putting the polish on my nails she stopped and said wait. Let me get you a better color. She got a color that matched my purse so well. Then she re-did my pedicure to matched my nails. Tina went above and beyond my expectations. In from out of town. Had a decent set of nails put on at a reasonable price. Decided to get a pedicure and spring for a milk and honey and needed to get a little acrylic on m big toe for a ripped nail. For the price I paid for the pedicure, they should have focused more on trimming my cuticles and getting the extra skin around my toes. I did mention to my nail tech. The big toe looks horrible and it looks like a 2nd grader painted my toes (I sprang for gel also). Not pleased with my service. read more

I went in yesterday for the first time since this nail salon is near my house. The man who greeted me was nice and they have a good check in process on their tablet. The lady who did my nails however seamed upset and aggravated she was pulling my hand and rushing through every nail with the machine and burr.I'm surprised she didn't hurt me. Our initial conversation was about French tips she offered me $55 or $70 I said I just want the $55 classic French tip she pushed for the $70 I said I'm just doing the $55 after that the whole time she has a rushed and rude demeanor I have arthritis in my hands and she was frustrated with that bending my fingers and pulling them. There was no need to rush many of them were sitting around. A lot of the nails were not shaped well and had lines.The older man who did my pedicure however was a sweet heart, the service he provided for me was excellent every step of the way he was super nice and did a really great job. My point is People go to nail salons to relax and pay for a service either you gain a new customer&get the consistent business from the customer or they don't come back, be careful who your rude to im super disappointed. read more

I'm so upset how brittle the guy made my nails! All I went in was for a soak off of gel x and a manicure and didn't think anyone can mess this up. He shaved off so much from the top of my nails. While he was doing it, I felt it was too much but at the same time was trying to trust he knew what he was doing. I left in a hurry cause I had to be somewhere. But immediately they were cracking left and right and can feel all the pressure from the top of my nail bed. My nails hurt from how thin they are and me just using them as normal. The place looked cute and they were nice but that's about it. So sad so many nail techs don't take care of our nails. Like why is it so hard to find good techs. Buyer beware! Because of Lily, we won't be back. She was immediately pushy as soon as I got in with my 2 grandchildren and insisted we chose an upgrade which I thought was just for me. Children's pedicures are supposed to be $25. Because of the confusion and outright bullying I ended up paying $38 each. One was a boy who got his toenails clipped and a leg massage. Total rip off. I went in for a pedicure and a full set of nails. I asked to do it at the same time. I was told twice that it would be 15 minutes for the set. I sat down and was in the process of pedicure. Again asked if there was someone who could do my set at the same time. Told yes, 15 minutes. Another customer walked in 30 minutes after me and they were doing both fill and pedicure at the same time. I was tild I would have to wait until my pedicure was complete. The whole time multiple employees laughing and playing in the back. They had plenty of associates to do it. I tip well, 20 for pedicure and 40 for a set. I will not go to this place again.
