Everly nail bar has a nice atmosphere. It's quiet, clean and relaxing. Lily was amazing and did a great job accommodating my needs and making sure I was comfortable. She is very knowledgeable about nails and talked to me about technique and treatment. She was thorough and attentive. I am picky with my French nails and took a break off my acrylics but my French gel manicure turned out great as well as my toes. I have been a faithful customer at Everly as long as they have been open. While I was originally very pleased with my experiences several months ago, I think their quality of materials and their service has gone downhill. Every time I come to fill my acrylic set, it seems the prices increase monthly. On top of this, my most recent nail set has chipped twice in four days. Each time that I returned to have my nails fixed at Everly, I was never offered an apology, and the manager rolled his eyes at me for asking to have them fixed. If you choose to get your nails done here, I recommend Lily and Mymy. Kenji is very rude, and I would not recommend him. read more

I am so grateful for this new updated nail salon to open in Kyle. The front desk was attentive, provided a full size coke and was able to take me immediately with plenty of chairs. The technician was kind and always checked in with me to make sure nothing was too hot or sharp. I could barely feel a thing while closing my eye. The chairs are the most current state of the art massage chairs so they aren't throwing you across the room while heading into back. The massage was practical finally from a machine. I did the pamper treatment and got wax, stone, a heated neck pillow, and cooling gel massage. They have HGTV on the screen. It felt like a clean environment. So excited for this new place. I don't mind paying for quality nails; however, I got the most basic French tip full set on medium length coffin nails... they charged $25 more for the set due to "XL length and design". Didn't trim my cuticles, and didn't do anything special for my nails no lotion or anything. They were quicker than my pedicure. Imagine if I asked for a design... also, they cut the side of my foot and toe during my pedicure. I'm not asking for cheap nails. But stop overcharging for simple stuff when you don't even give the full experience of a nail salon. read more

But, when it came to doing the design on my nails (my set was a white french tip with 3 hearts on each nail) this lady comes to do the hearts not even asking me what i wanted she just sat down and started rushing them i was like wtf and i tried to tell her "uhm i wanted 3 hearts on each one" and she was getting frustrated and says under her breath "if you would've told me sooner that would've been better" i was like ??? she didn't even give me the chance to? she just made the experience completely overwhelming and then i ended up paying for a rushed design that just look tacky :/. the nails aren't the most horrible nails i've ever gotten but just an overwhelming experience. read more

The service was very disappointing. While In the middle of my pedicure, which I had made appointment for , I was asked to move to getting my pedicure because they had a customer who wanted her manicure redone. So I agreed. Than after my pedicure, I was left to wait while they had about 5 employees hanging out on the back room. There was no management presence . No one in charge. When I asked why I had to wait , an employee approached me and it look like I was being impatient. Very disappointed . The quality of my manicure and pedicure was good so I may return . I did ask for the manger but they brushed me off . I asked who it was and they said it was a young man who stayed in the back room the entire time I was there, which was about 2 hours. All they would say is that I would find out at the counter. Like no??? I want to know the price before I get my design done!! It took 4 people to finally give me a price of $15. I paid $85 for a simple pedicure and waxing!!! Ive done a very similar design to what I asked for on myself and they had no idea how to do it!!! (It was dots in the shape of a flower). The first time I complained the lady refused to hear my feedback on how I wanted it and then they threatened to call 911 because I wasn't going to pay an extra $15 because they couldn't do what I asked for!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? THEY KEPT ME THERE FOR 2 HOURS FOR A SIMPLE PEDICURE. I had somewhere to be and couldn't wait for someone to do a simple design AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME so I said it was fine to the lady that did it but complained about how bad it was to the person charging me BECAUSE I HAD TO GO. This place gets 1 star because there was someone actively cleaning the whole time I was there which is always a good feeling and for a gentleman named Sean. Other than that, it was extremely rushed. I started with a pedicure and had to ask her to redo my calluses, she then rushed to pain my toes and it was terrible. I had to ask her to put another coat on and the shine. She left color on my skin too and didn't even clean it up. I then went to my manicure, Sean was slow and took his time with my nails, very friendly and positive too. I had to check a few things for work on my phone and 5 minutes later, the manager or owner was rushing him off to the next person so he would finish. He started to rush, I had to ask for my cuticles to be clipped for $10 more. At one point I took one of his tools to clean up my nails and he proceeded to ask why I didn't ask Sean to do that..... because he was rushed off! Worried to see if my nails even last. read more

I've tried this location a few times. I've had 2 nice pedicures and 1 that looked like my 6 year old niece did them. The last was one of the worst pedicures I've had. Toe nails weren't cut straight, cuticles cut so short it was painful and I was bleeding when I was out of there. Nail polish was lumpy looking, tech bumped my toe while putting on the foam flip flop and was irritated when I asked if it could be fixed.
