So far, this is the best salad spot that I've come across in Seattle. That being said, it's not the best salad spot in comparison to the Bay Area--and they love their vegan gluten free dairy free soy free etc etc salads LOL but who am I kidding I like those sometimes too They have many different salad options and the price is pretty comparable to other salad places. If you come at lunchtime, it can be 15+ minutes to get your items, so I would recommend ordering ahead on their app, which was somewhat of a pain to set up on my phone, but I got it working. The Groovin' Peruvian (add avocado) is my favorite! These salads are pretty filling and come with a little piece of focaccia(?) type bread. Unfortunately, it's in SLU and there is only street parking, so unless you walk there from an office building *cough cough* Amazon or Google *cough cough*, it wouldn't be easy to go drive over and pick it up--so that's a bummer, especially if I'm craving a hearty salad. Love the multitude of customization options! Definitely more so than a lot of other fast casual salad chains. I had the Feta Late Than Never salad, which was fresh, tasty, and healthy with decently large portions for the price. Located right below the Amazon Arizona building. a bit of a hike for me from my office, but it's worth it on a nice day! I love Evergreen Salads and it's one of the few places I'll go to multiple times a week and drop $16 on a salad to go. The staff here is not really anything to brag about, but their quality of food is good. Most of the staff seems not too thrilled about serving us annoying Amazonian's and aren't afraid to show it! One gal in particular always rolls her eyes at me when I ask to add a bit more of a specific ingredient. Their spicy kale Caesar is and always will be one of my favorites! Something is just so addicting about crispy kale mixed with even crispier bits of jalapeños. I'm drooling thinking about it just typing this out. Their other salads are also really good! But the spicy kale is awesome! Come check them out but don't hold your breath for good service. They are quick! Just not friendly. read more

I don't know if there's something wrong with this location or I'm just unlucky. Every time I order here, they leave something out of my salad that I paid for. Today after eating a quarter of my salad, I noticed they left out the $2 half a micro-avocado. So I brought it back and they grabbed my partially-eaten salad, took it back to the kitchen and brought it back with the Avocado. So I ended up with what I asked for, but I'm not sure Also, at a salad place where they serve greens all day long, is it too much to ask for the greens not to be brown and slightly spoiled at the edges? I keep trying thinking I caught them on a bad day but I think I'm ready to throw in the towel. Super excited to have another healthy option in the SLU area for lunch time! This location is on the "Deck" below the Amazon SEA29 (Arizona) building and shares a space with Jujubeet and Li'l Woody's and is only open Monday through Friday 11am-6pm. They offer several Gluten Free and Vegan options. This location doesn't yet offer online ordering but I hope that they do in the future. I have only had a few different salads so far and they have been amazing! Regular size is more than enough for one person, but a large size would be good to save some for later. Ingredients are super fresh and local and there is an abundance of options to choose from if you want to add something to your Signature choice. I would highly recommend trying all of their dressings before you pick a favorite because they are all great- my favorite is the Lemon Vini (wow!) Oversized lettuce, uneven dressing, and ingredients laying on top are some of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to salad because it renders it nearly impossible to enjoy properly, so I was pleasantly surprised and impressed that they chop the lettuce and toss the dressing and ingredients for you. My favorites so far are the "Dice Dice, Baby" (warning: the Beechers Flagship Cheese is strong) and "Cobb Your Enthusiasm" with Pasta & Co. Big Blue dressing. I ordered a salad with steak, so adding a protein adds $3 to your order. When I opened my salad at home, I didn't see even one cube of meat in my whole bowl. I even mixed it around and dug around to see if it was hiding somewhere or they just gave super little meat. There was in fact no meat in there at all. Why didn't I just not pay the extra $3 for the meat and gotten a normal all veggie salad then? I checked the order receipt and it even said added money for protein. Do I have to open my pick up order in the store and check all the ingredients first before going home or something??? read more

This spot has really good salads, but the staff vary wildly in their quality of service. If you're lucky you could get the manager who's happy to talk camping, workout, diet or anything else you have on your mind while whipping up your salad. If you're not so lucky, you can get told off for arriving at 2:55pm. "Hopefully I'm the last order before you guys close up?" I ask trying to be polite, hoping to hear his joy of a work day coming to a close. "Yeah. Next time I'd appreciate it if you come in sooner, thanks" Is the response I get back. I bit back a snarky response, and instead just said a well chosen "Hold back the gorgonzola cheese, thanks!" It takes about 3 mins to make a salad, and I was done making the payment by 2:59. Evergreens has integration with UberEats which is useful for those that are working long hours and can't chance to leave the office. I came here on a dinner break from work tonight and ordered the cobb salad. The salad was freshly tossed and chopped and then placed carefully into the bowl. My cobb salad was paired with a red wine vinaigrette. It was delicious and the price point was under $10. Affordable for Seattle standards. BTW, next to the Evergreens is a Lil'Woody burger place and to the right is a smoothie place. Lot of options in this little cutaway. My gut feeling is that a lot of Amazonians hit up this place given how close it is to the corporate campus buildings. read more

Ordered online today and walked in an hour later to wait in line about 20 minutes. When I finally got to the counter I was told my salad wasn't ready after 1 and a half hours. The salads are quite good (which gets Evergreens an extra star) but the wait times are not worth it, especially if you want a quick healthy meal at work. read more

I have gotten a couple Evergreens salads through Meal Pal so they are less expensive (but only one option and non-customizable) but I think they are fantastic!! This is my second visit . I think they are a healthy choice to eating out . Their salads really are delicious and fresh . The avocados are perfect every time!! Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I keep reading about how the salads are over priced... about 9-12 dollars depending on size. My thoughts there is we do live in Seattle the days of a 5 dollar salad have been gone since 2000. My only suggestion is to order dressing on the side. A great make-your-own salad, with a vast selection of fresh veggies! Cheese, meat, and avocado cost extra, but everything else is as much as you can eat - I ordered the large and it was enough for two meals. The containers are compostable, and the ingredients are chopped on a chopping board right in front of you so that they're nicely mixed. I really enjoyed my first visit to Evergreens salad on the Amazon campus and thought the customer service was top notch! I loved the flavor of the El Sombrero and would definitely order again! With that said, the prices were a bit high especially for the bottled water. The water was not a top brand but rather a grocery store cents on the bottle brand and to be charged so much was a bit shocking. For the smaller size salad with chicken and a water bottle, it was over $17! Will return just not regularly. read more

Delicious fresh! Great local ingredients in the chopped salads. They ask you how much dressing you want and tend to err on the lighter side but you can tell them if you like more. I personally think the lighter side dresses it perfectly! They also have a program if you buy 10 salads you get one, which is a great deal. I love that it is customizable but the menu options are so great I am not sure I would venture off menu.
