A November delivery from Petro was over $1.50 more per gallon than Jurassic. Just got my 3rd delivery from Jurassic and all have been great. They have always delivered before their promise date which is usually within 3 days anyway. Their online ordering is simple and effective. They also email right away to confirm your order. Regarding pricing, they have always been lower or tied for lowest with anyone else and dramatically lower than the average pricing posted by the state. Since their website is so efficient, I haven't spoken to anyone there, but their drivers are always respectful of our property, do their job, and leave so you might not even realize they they were there until you look at your tank or in your mailbox. You do have to monitor your tank level and place the order as they don't monitor your estimated level, but heck, as a homeowner you should monitor anyway. Also, there are no contracts. It seems like their business philosophy is simple...provide quality product, reliable service and a great price and they retain customers. The technician arrived on time and began to assess the situation. We agreed on a price for the service and the technician, John Keating, began the task of completing the job. He was courteous, professional and explained exactly what he was doing. After clearing the blockage, he ran water down the line for about five minutes to be sure the pipes were clear.
